Luminescence Spectra of SrA112O19：Pr^3＋, Mn^2＋ under VUV-UV Excitation

Luminescence spectra of SrAl12O19：Pr^3＋,Mn^2＋ under VUV-UV excitation are investigated. The characteristic emissions between 4f levels and the excitation of 5d for Pr^3＋ are observed. The emission of Mn^3＋ peaks at 517nm and the excitations clue to the ground to multiplets are observed at 276, 360, 386 and 426nm. However, the spectral overlap between the emission of Pr^3＋ and excitation of Mn^2＋ is absent, suggesting that the quantum splitting cannot be achieved via a Pr^3＋ Mn^2＋ ion pair in the host SrAl12O19.     

紫外线辐照血液输液加常规治疗老年急性脑卒中30例疗效观察

我院自１９８８年７月￣１９９３年１０月，应用本院研制的ＹＸ－Ａ型管式血流光量子治疗机治疗急性脑血管病３０例，均系首次发病，进行紫外线辐照血液输液加常规治疗，取得明显疗效，总有效率为９０％，我们认为紫外线辐照血液输注治疗急性脑卒中，疗效肯定且方法简便易行，是现时防治脑血管病极有希望的辅助疗法之一，值得推荐。     

Effect of Zn Interstitials on Enhancing Ultraviolet Emission of ZnO Films Deposited by MOCVD

ZnO films are grown on Si （111） substrates by a metal organic chemical vapor deposition method. Samples with different stoichiometric composition of Zn and 0 are obtained by varying Ⅱ/Ⅵ molar ratio between 3 and 1/3 in precursors. The x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and photoluminescenee results show that the ultraviolet emission enhances with the increasing Zn/O composition ratio of the samples. It is suggested that the supertfluous Zn atoms pile up at interstitial positions to form Zn interstitial defects. The radiated recombination of the coupling of free exeitons with donor Zn interstitial enhances the ultraviolet emission of the samples.     

Luminescence Properties of Sr2SnO4：Sm^3＋ Afterglow Phosphor

A new long-lasting phosphorescence （LLP） phosphor, Sr2SnO4：Sm3＋ which emits reddish-orange LLP upon UV-excitation, is prepared by a conventional high-temperature solid-state method. After irradiation under 247-nm UV light, Sr2SnO4：Sm3＋ emits an intense reddish-orange emission afterglow from the 4G5/2 to 6HJ （J = 5/2,7/2,9/2） transitions. The afterglow decay curve of the Sm3＋-doped Sr2SnO4 phosphor contains a fast decay component and another slow decay one. Due to the presence of the slow decay component, the afterglow can be seen with the naked eye in the dark clearly for more than 1 h after removal of the excitation source.     

物理环境对人发结构特性的影响研究

研究了电吹风、紫外线照射等物理环境对人发形态结构、直径、断裂力的影响。结果表明,电吹风的吹干和紫外线长时间的照射均会对头发造成一定程度的损伤。     

紫外线在水处理中的应用

紫外线消毒技术用于饮用水消毒有着较大的优越性,并应用于许多行业的水消毒,是一种具有发展潜力的现代消毒技术。     

现代分析仪器在高中化学教学中的应用*——以“防晒霜的防晒效果实验探究”为例

从高中化学原子、分子等抽象性的知识教学出发,以防晒霜的防晒效果实验探究为例,探讨了现代分析仪器在高中化学教学中的应用。通过利用现代分析仪器紫外可见分光光度计,结合紫外线变色球实验探究防晒霜的防晒效果,分析并认识防晒霜中化学防晒的机理。结果表明,防晒霜的厚度越大、SPF越高,防晒霜的防晒效果越好,并且防晒霜的防晒效果可以持续一段时间,但是不同类型的防晒产品存在一定差异。在化学教学中渗透现代分析仪器的应用,为学生进一步了解化学学科在改变学习方式、拓宽学科知识领域、推动自身全面与可持续发展方面打下坚实的基础。     

影响洋葱表皮细胞骨架制片效果的探讨

以洋葱表皮细胞为材料,探究其经卡诺氏液固定后进行细胞骨架制片观察时,1%Triton X-100抽提非骨架蛋白的最佳时间,并研究洋葱不同表皮细胞及经不同理化因素处理的材料,经卡诺氏液固定后进行细胞骨架制片的步骤及制片效果。结果表明:经卡诺氏液固定后,1%Triton X-100抽提非骨架蛋白内表皮30min较佳,外表皮25min较佳;不同成熟度的鳞片叶细胞骨架形态及稳定性有差异;经紫外线、温度、秋水仙素处理后增加固定步骤再制片对制片观察结果基本无影响。
