利用微生物直接生产羟基丁酸单体

利用重组大肠杆菌E.coli HB101来进行直接生产羟基丁酸(HB)手性单体,研究了含pUCAB质粒的重组体E.coli HB101在各种条件下生长及积累HB单体的情况,研究了HB单体的积累随pH值变化的规律。结果表明,pH=6.8时,48 h内细菌可生产0.5 g/L以上的HB单体。

铟(Ⅲ)-向红菲啰啉络合物的吸附伏安法研究

运用1 5次微分伏安法 ,常规溶出伏安法及循环伏安法研究了铟(Ⅲ) -向红菲啉络合物在汞电极上的电化学行为 ,讨论了络合物的形成机理及条件 ,建立了测试痕量铟的新方法 ,运用该法对样品中痕量铟进行了测试 ,结果令人满意。     

测酚用的酪氨酸酶媒体玻碳电极的研制

通过聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)包埋和外覆Nafion膜 ,将酪氨酸酶固定在以天青—双氰胺 -甲醛聚合物修饰的玻碳电极表面。工作电位 -100mV(vs.SCE),电极对多种酚有响应 ,对苯酚测定的线性范围为0.20～96μmol/L,响应时间t95 小于50s ,用于测标样和炼焦废水样 ,精密度、准确度好。     

KINETICS AND MECHANISM OF PHOTOINDUCED POLYMERIZATION BY α,α-DIMETHOXY-α-PHENYL ACETOPHENONE

α,α-dimethoxy-α-Phenyl acetophenone (DMPA) is an efficient and thermally stable photoinitiator. Here its spectral characteristics in the transient state were shown. The transient species were identified as a benzoyl radical and a dimethoxyi benzyl radical that played a primary initiation role in polymerization. The kinetics and mechanism of the bulk polymerization of MMA were investigated. The exponent of DMPA concentration and k_p/k_1~(1/2) value were found to be 0.5 and 0.066 mol(-1/2)l~(1/2)s~(-1/2), respectively. The existence of oxygen led to obtain the polymer with higher molecular weight, which can be attributed to the occurrence of the subsequent polymerization induced by active polymer end group. In the photocrosslinking reaction, the dependence of DMPA content on initial rate has been found. A principal reason is that the sample contained higher percentage of DMPA has higher light-absorbed efficiency. In solid film, higher concentration of DMPA is permitted to be used because there is little excited state self-quenching effect in the rigid medium.     

Isolation and Crystal Structure of Ent-kaurane Diterpenes from Rubus corchorifolius L. f.

In this study, ent-Kaurane-3β,16β,17-triol(1) and ent-kaurane-2α,16β,17-triol(2), were isolated from the leaves of Rubus corchorifolius L. f. Their structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic analysis. NMR experiments identified the two compounds and X-ray crystallographic analysis confirmed their crystal structures. The crystal of 1 belongs to monoclinic with space group P21 and a = 10.7641(3), b = 7.2789(3), c = 11.7862(4) , β = 95.275(3)°, V = 919.55(6) 3, Z = 2, C20H34O4, Mr = 322.49 g/mol, Dc = 1.230 g/m3, F(000) = 376, λ = 1.54178 , μ = 0.661 mm-1, R = 0.0319, and wR = 0.0811 for 10889 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)). The crystal of 2 is classified as orthorhombic with space group P212121 and a = 10.7641(3), b = 12.72224(19), c = 21.3929(3) , V = 1748.94(4) 3, Z = 4, C20H34O4, Mr = 322.47, Dc = 1.225 Mg/m3 F(000) = 712, λ = 1.54184 , μ = 0.625 mm-1, R = 0.0303 and w R = 0.0759 for 10470 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)). Meanwhile, the compound revealed low inhibitory activities toward Hep G2, MCF-7, and SCG-7901 cells.     

Systhesis of double-hydrophilic core-shell type multiarm star copolymer polyethylenimine-block-poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate

Multiarm star block copolymers hyperbranched polyethylenimine-b-poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (HPEI-b-PHEMA) with average 28 PHEMA arms have been prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of HEMA in a mixed solvent of methanol and water using a core-first strategy. The hyperbranched macroinitiator employed was prepared on the basis of well-defined hyperbranched polyethylenimine with Mw/Mn of 1.04 by amidation with 2-bromo-isobutyryl bromide. The polymerization condition was optimized to prepare star copolymers with narrow dispersity, and the variables included the volume ratio of methanol to water, the molar ratio of initiating site to CuCl and the molar ratio of [CuCl]:[CuBr2]. Under the optimized polymerization condition, the lowest Mw/Mn value of the obtained star copolymers was around 1.3. Kinetic analysis showed that an induction period existed in the polymerization of HEMA. After this induction period, a linear dependence of ln([M]0/[M]t) on time was observed. The obtained HPEI-b-PHEMA could adsorb hydrophilic molecules. The comparison with the star copolymer with hydrophobic core and hydrophilic PHEMA shell verified that both the hydrophilic core and shell could host the hydrophilic guests, but the amidated HPEI core was more effective than the PHEMA shell.     

A Novel Synthesis of (-)-10-epi-α-Cyperone

The eudesmane derivative, (-)-10-epi-α-cyperone 1, is widely used as a chiral starting material for the synthesis of other fused-ring sesquiterpenes1. The first synthetic work was reported by Howe and co-workers via condensation of (+)-dihydrocarvone 2 with 1-diethylaminopentan-3-one methiodide in 32% yield2. 杂环取代苯并[4,5]呋喃[3,2-d]嘧啶类衍生物的合成及其抗癌活性

采用生物活性因子拼接的方法将活性基团1,3,4.三唑等引入苯并[4,5]呋喃[3,2-d]嘧啶化合物中,合成了7个未见文献报道的杂环取代苯并[4,5]呋喃[3,2-d]嘧啶类衍生物,其结构经NMR,IR和MS表征.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物对人前列腺癌细胞PC3具有一定的抑制活性.
