晚清彩瓷釉料的拉曼光谱研究

本文利用便携式拉曼光谱仪并结合显微拉曼光谱仪对几件清末彩瓷的拉曼光谱进行了研究。根据谱峰分析, 这几件晚清彩瓷中暗红色釉料均为Fe2O3; 浅红色和绿色彩釉的主要原料是碱式碳酸铜, 是由于工艺不同而导致铜化合物显色不同; 青黄色颜料的主要原料则是复合铅锡锑黄釉料。     

Apoptosis of T-47D Cells Induced by Cinobufacini via a Caspase-3-dependent Manner

To investigate the mechanism of the anti-tumor activity of cinobufacini on the breast cancer cell line T-47D,the inhibitory effect of cinobufacini on the proliferation of T-47D was detected via MTT assay and the morphological changes of T-47D and HBL-100 cells caused by cinobufacini were observed with an inverted microscope.Cell apoptosis and cell cycle stages were detected by flow cytometry analysis.The effects of cinobufacini on the expression of active-form and pro-form of caspase-3 were assessed by Western blot analysis.Cinobufacini dramatically inhibited T-47D proliferation in a dose-and time-dependent manner.We found that more than 20％ of T-47D cells were killed after treatment with 20 mg/mL cinobufacini for 24 h in vitro.After 6 d of treatment with 20 mg/mL cinobufacini,the cell survival rate decreased by more than 40％.Flow cytometric analysis demonstrated that cinobufacini induced significant apoptosis and changes of the cell cycle distribution of T-47D cells.We used breast cell line HBL-100 as the control,the above experiments except cell cycle analysis showed that cinobufacini more obviously induced the apoptosis of T-47D cells than that of HBL-100 cells.Western blot analysis confirmed the protein expression of active caspase-3 increased with increasing the dose of cinobufacini.These results indicate that cinobufacini induces the apoptosis of T-47D cells via the up-regulation of caspase-3.     

多光轴校轴仪调校关键技术研究

针对多传感器光电系统存在的光轴平行性调校需求,介绍了一种光轴跨距较大的高精度校轴仪及其工作原理。该装置核心为卡赛格林系统,其主镜采用了一种新型粘接与光学定中心方案用于解决受力变形,实际变形结果验证了该方案的可行性。通过精确调校卡赛格林系统以及检测光路的光轴平行性,文中的校轴仪理论检测精度可达10以内,因此其配合大口径离轴反射式平行光管使用时,能实现对多传感器光电系统光轴平行性的高精度调校。     

微波吸收介质管-微波辅助提取水果中的有机磷农药

使用自行设计的微波吸收介质管辅助加热样品, 建立了一种新的微波加速提取法, 并以正己烷为提取溶剂, 利用改装的便携式微波提取仪提取了水果中的4种有机磷农药. 将微波介质密封于玻璃管内制成微波介质管, 使微波介质可重复使用, 同时加快了提取速度. 提取产物无需纯化, 可直接用于气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析. 自行设计改装的交直流两用便携式微波提取仪可用于野外现场的快速样品前处理. 以水果样品为例, 对提取溶剂的种类、 料液比、 提取温度及提取时间等条件进行了优化, 结果表明该方法简便、 快速且高效. 4种有机磷农药的回收率为79.4% ~107.6%, RSD<12.20%, 检出限为0.15 ~0.42 μg/kg.     

红外热像仪在纵向涡强化传热研究中的应用

应用红外热像仪对水介质中HP-LVG4和HP-S背面温度场进行了拍摄,结果表明在加热功率密度基本相当时,HP-LVG4内壁温平均值相对于HP-S降低了18.1%;在平均内壁温基本相当时,HP-LVG4的加热功率密度比HP-S提高了29.3%.以上结果说明,红外热像仪可以较好地应用在纵向涡强化传热研究中.     

Alignment techniques for DRAGON-Ⅰ LIA

DRAGON-I designed and manufactured by CAEP is a linear induction accelerator which can produce a 20 MeV-3 kA-60 ns electron beam. The high performance required for the machine is determined by the beam quality and thus is greatly dependent on the accelerator alignment. In order to reduce the chromatic effect of the beam, the stretched wire technique has been developed to measure magnetic axes of the cells precisely, and the dipole steering magnets have been equipped into each cell to correct its magnetic axis misalignment. Finally, the laser tracker has been used to examine the installation error of the accelerator. In this paper, different alignment techniques and the primary results are presented and discussed.     

离心机动态失准角测量方法的研究

针对精密离心机动态失准角测量中存在的问题,提出以双轴光电自准直仪为核心测量仪器的失准角测量方法,在测量系统中采用真空光路屏蔽技术,减少了由于测量环境空气扰动带来的误差。对组成测量系统的各环节进行了误差分析与设计,理论分析与实验表明系统测量不确定度可达到0 2″。     

动态扭振法在树脂固化研究中的最新应用

用计算机全自动控制的LHX-Ⅱ型树脂固化仪对热固性树脂基蒙脱土纳米复合材料、热塑性树脂PMMA基蒙脱土纳米复合材料以及聚合物互穿网络等体系进行了固化反应的研究。借用Avrami理论来处理树脂基纳米复合材料的固化行为,求取固化反应表现动力学参数。     

基于视觉行为的长下坡路段彩色路面设置有效性研究

为研究高速公路彩色路面对驾驶员视觉行为的影响规律,采用Smart Eye Pro 5.7型非侵入式眼动仪记录了在彩色路面路段的驾驶员眼球运动数据,并选用瞳孔面积、XY视角、注视次数百分数、注视时间百分比、平均注视时间等眼动指标对数据进行分析。结果表明:彩色路面能够有效引起驾驶员的注意,但也影响了驾驶的舒适性。彩色路面会导致驾驶员对近处与远处的关注变换更为频繁。对于隧道出口同时又是转弯的彩色路面路段,驾驶员注意力分散,关注于弯道内侧,因此彩色路面设置的方式还有待改善。。     

基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的高精度频率仪的设计

为缩短系统的开发周期,将μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统移植到高速混合信号微控制器C8051F060上,然后通过调度多个任务,实现对信号的周期、频率、时间间隔的测量,并实时地显示时间和温度.在信号的测量过程中充分利用了C8051F060丰富的片内资源,使用几乎最少的外围电路,实现了对宽频率范围信号的高精度测量(误差在十万分之一以下).
