From De Sitter Special Relativity and Snyder＇s Model to Complete Yang Model

The de Sitter special relativity on the Beltrami-de Sitter-spacetime and Snyder＇s model in the momentum space can be combined together with an IR-UV duality to get the complete Yang model at both classical and quantum levels, which are related by the proposed Killing quantization. It is actually a special relativity based on the principle of relativity of three universal constants （c, ρp, R）.     

VORTEX DYNAMICS OF THE ANISOTROPIC GINZBURG-LANDAU EQUATION

In this article, using coordinate transformation and Gronwall inequality, we study the vortex motion law of the anisotropic Ginzburg-Landau equation in a smooth bounded domain Ω  R2, that is, ■tuε = 2Σ/j,k=1 (ajkj■xjkuε)xj + b(x)(1-ε|ε|2)uε/2u, x ∈Ω, and conclude that each vortex bj(t) (j=1, 2,···, N) satisfies dbdjt(t)= -(a1k(bj(t)b)■(xk))a(a (bj(t)), a2k(bj (t))/xk a(bj (t)) a(bj (t)) , where a(x) =(a11a22-a122(1/2)). We prove that all the vortices are pinned together to the critical points of a(x). Furthermore, we prove that these critical points can not be the maximum points.     

Low Regularity Solution of the Initial-Boundary-Value Problem for the ＂Good＂ Boussinesq Equation on the Half Line

关于甘肃省注册商标现状之思考

在世界经济日趋一体化的今天，一个企业的产品要想占有更大的市场份额且走出国门，没有注册商标将寸步难行；运用不好商标则无立足之地；管理不好商标可能会导致商标权的丧失，则意味着企业无形资产不可估量的损失。注册商标的多少往往是一个国家经济发展水平的具体反映。同样也是一个省份经济发展水平的具体反映。本文通过对甘肃省注册商标现状的分析，指出了目前我省注册商标存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了一些建议。

绿色食品标志的管理现状

近年来，随着用以区分绿色食品的绿色食品标志的出现，绿色食品标志的管理应运而生，现行的绿色食品标志管理涉及绿色食品标志注册商标、标志管理机构及人员、相应的申请程序以及相关的特殊规定，依据标准认定并依据法律管理是绿色食品标志管理的两大特点。该管理包括法律管理、行政管理、消费者监督管理三个方面。绿色食品标志管理中存在的五个主要问题，需要我们加以注意并改进。     

Theoretical Study of Isotopic Effect of Oxygen Atom on the Stereodynamics for the O（^3P） ＋ D2 → OD ＋ D Reaction

Quasi-classical trajectory theory is used to study the isotope effect of oxygen atoms on the vector correlations in the O（^3P） ＋ D reaction at a collision energy of 25kcal/mol using accurate potential energy surface of the 3A＇ triplet state. The distributions of p（θr） and the distribution of dihedral angel p（φr） as well as p（θr,φr） are calculated. Moreover, four polarization-dependent generalized differential cross sections （PDDCSs） of product are presented in the center-of-mass frame. The results indicate that the polarization of the product presents different characters for the isotope effect of oxygen atoms. Isotopic substitute can cause obviously different effects on the four PDDCSs.

On a Class of Infinite-Dimensional Hamiltonian Systems with Asymptotically Periodic Nonlinearities

The authors study the existence of homoclinic type solutions for the following system of diffusion equations on R × RN:{■tu-xu + b ·▽xu + au + V(t,x)v = Hv(t,x,u,v),-■tv-xv-b·▽xv + av + V(t,x)u = Hu(t,x,u,v),where z =(u,v):R × RN → Rm × Rm,a > 0,b =(b1,···,bN) is a constant vector and V ∈ C(R × RN,R),H ∈ C1(R × RN × R2m,R).Under suitable conditions on V(t,x) and the nonlinearity for H(t,x,z),at least one non-stationary homoclinic solution with least energy is obtained.
