欧洲参考物质研发动态

《理化检验-化学分册》（2002年38卷8期421～425页）曾报道欧共体联立研究中心下属的参考物质与测量研究所（IRMM）供应的标定参考物质已超过500种,其中冠以BCR（Bureau Communautaire de Rererence）注册商标（即以BCR／IRMM作标志）的有400多种。现将当前有关重点分析领域的部分择要介绍。     

关于完善我国商标法的研究

我国商标法的基本框架构筑于改革开放的80年代初期，随着我国市场经济的发展，国际社会对知识产权法律保护的日臻完善，作者认为有必要进一步修改与完善我国的商标法．在研究关贸总协定知识产权协议及参考了大量国外有关商标法规的基础上，作者认为我国的商标法应进行如下几方面的修改与完善：（1）扩大保护客体，增加驰名商标的保护内容；（2）增加查处手段；（3）强化处罚力度；（4）删掉一些法律交叉内容和不可行的规定．     

Boundedness of an oscillating multiplier on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces

Abstract In this paper, we study Triebel-Lizorkin space estimates for an oscillating multiplier mΩ,α,β. This operator was initially studied by Wainger and by Fefferman-Stein in the Lebesgue spaces. We obtain the boundedness results on the Triebel-Lizorkin space Fpα,q（R^n） for different p, q.     

Lipschitz Estimates for Commutators of N-dimensional Fractional Hardy Operators

In this paper, it is proved that the commutator Hβ,b which is generated by the n-dimensional fractional Hardy operator Hβ and b ∈λα （R^n） is bounded from L^p（R^n） to L^q（R^n）, where 0 〈 α 〈 1, 1 〈 p, q 〈 ∞ and 1/P - 1/q = （α＋β）/n. Furthermore, the boundedness of Hβ,b on the homogenous Herz space Kq^α,p（R^n） is obtained.     

Global Smooth Solutions to the 2-D Inhomogeneous Navier-Stokes Equations with Variable Viscosity

Under the assumptions that the initial density ρ0 is close enough to 1 and ρ0 -- 1∈ H^s＋1（R^2）, u0 ∈ H^s（R^2） ∩ H^-ε（R^2） for s 〉 2 and 0 〈 ε 〈 1, the authors prove the global existence and uniqueness of smooth solutions to the 2-D inhomogeneous Navier-Stokes equations with the viscous coefficient depending on the density of the fluid. Furthermore, the L^2 decay rate of the velocity field is obtained.     

New Approach for Normalizing Photon-Added and Photon-Subtracted Squeezed States

We present a new concise approach for normalizing m-photon-added squeezed state a^tmS（s）｜0〉≡｜r〉m and mphoton-subtracted squeezed state a^m S （ r ） ｜0〉） ≡ ｜r〉m, i.e., we construct the generating function ∑m=0^∞ t^m/m!m〈r｜r〉m and ∑m=0^∞ t^m/m!_m〈r｜r〉_m respectively, after calculating them and comparing the result with the standard form of generating function of Legendre polynomials Pm, we find m〈r｜r〉m=m!cosh^m rPm（cosh r）,amd _m〈r｜r〉_m=m! （-i sinh r）^ m pm （ i sinh r）, where r is the squeezing parameter.     

商标近似的法律判定

<最高人民法院关于审理商标民事纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的解释>第9条规定,商标法第52条第1款规定,商标"近似"是指被控侵权的商标与原告注册的商标相比较,其文字、读音、含义或者图形的构图及颜色,或者其各要素组合后的整体结构相似,或者其立体形状、颜色组合近似,易使相关公众对商品的来源产生误认或者认为其来源与原告注册商标的商品有特定的联系.     

金华市婺城区万盛园艺场

金华市婺城区万盛园艺场是浙江金华最大的优质盆花生产企业,主要生产无土栽培的盆栽杜鹃花、桂花、腊梅、梅花、茶花等花卉种类,年产量达40万盆以上,注册商标“万盛园”。婺城区万盛园艺场已从事花卉栽培生产10余年,并设有民营科技机构“金华市婺城区万盛花卉良种开发中心”,开展花卉新品种的引进、试种、选育及开发工作。已经在桂花无土盆栽商品化生产、绿化用杜鹃花新品种选育及开发等方面取得了很好的成功。主持实施的“桂花无土盆栽技术研究”项目在生产应用中成效显著,获2005年度金华市科技进步三等奖“。露地栽培杜鹃花品种选育及开发…     

Boundedness of the commutator of Marcinkiewicz integral with rough variable kernel

In this paper the author proves that the commutator of the Marcinkiewicz integral operator with rough variable kernel is bounded from the homogeneous Sobolev space Lγ^2（R^n） to the Lebesgue space L^2（R^n）, which is a substantial improvement and extension of some known results.     

ON THE SELF-SIMILAR SOLUTIONS OF THE MAGNETO-HYDRO-DYNAMIC EQUATIONS

In this paper, we show that, for the three dimensional incompressible magnetohydro-dynamic equations, there exists only trivial backward self-similar solution in L^p（R^3） for p ≥ 3, under some smallness assumption on either the kinetic energy of the self-similar solution related to the velocity field, or the magnetic field. Second, we construct a class of global unique forward self-similar solutions to the three-dimensional MHD equations with small initial data in some sense, being homogeneous of degree -1 and belonging to some Besov space, or the Lorentz space or pseudo-measure space, as motivated by the work in [5].
