Studies on the Binding Mode of Pinacyanol Chloride to Nucleic Acids

The interaction of pinacyanol chloride(PC) with nucleic acids has been investigated by a series of experiments.Extensive hypochromism,appreciable peak shifts,isosbestic points and new peaks of the product of binding to nucleic acids in the spectra were observed.They showed that the interaction between PC and nucleic acids occurred.The results from absorption spectra of DNA,DNA melting,electrophoresis and fluorescence polarization studies have indicated that PC binds to DNA in nonintercalative way.Consistent with the nonintercalation,the studies of fluorescence titration and absorption titration specified that the binding of PC to nucleic acids occurred by an outside stacking binding,in which nucleic acids served for acting templates,The fact that the new absorption peaks of bound PC at ca,485nm are just close to the absorption bands of Haggregate of PC at high concentrations without DNA further supports the outside stacking binding mode,In addition,other evidence indicated that the interaction between PC and nucleic acids is not purely electrostatic.     

Dicyano-Functionalized MCM-41-Supported Palladium Complex as An Efficient Catalyst for Allylation of Aldehydes and Ketones

Dicyano-functionalized MCM-41-supported palladium complex was prepared from dicyano-functionalized MCM-41 and palladium chloride. This complex exhibited high catalytic activity in the allylation of aldehydes and ketones with allylic chlorides in the presence of SnCl2. This polymeric palladium complex can be recovered and reused without noticeable loss of activity.     

聚合手性Salen-V（V）配合物催化醛的不对称三甲基硅氰化反应

以聚合手性salen-V(V)为催化剂，对醛的三甲基硅氰化反应进行了研究，在-20℃和1．2％催化剂量下，以苯甲醛为底物获得了91％的ee值和98％的转化率，对其它几种芳香醛和脂肪醛也取得较好的反应结果．催化剂可以方便地回收，重复使用8次仍然保持很好的反应活性和对映体选择性．     

氯化3-氰-2-羟丙基三甲铵的拆分

研究了利用N-乙酰-L-谷氨酸为拆分试剂，成功的对氯化3-氰-2-羟丙基三甲胺进行光学拆分，一次拆分光学纯度为92％，产率为37％；二次拆分光学纯度达95％，产率为29．1％。     

氰桥配合物[Ni(Ⅱ)Ln]_2[Fe(Ⅱ)(CN)_6]的光谱研究

亚铁氰化钾水溶液和[NiLn]~(2+)(L=H_2dmg和tetren分别表示丁二酮肟和四乙烯五胺)溶液反应得到比较稳定的红棕色晶体。经元素分析、UV-Vis光谱和红外光谱的测试,证明它们是氰桥配合物[Ni(Ⅱ)Ln-NC-Fe(Ⅱ)(CN)_4-CN-Ni(Ⅱ)Ln]。     

Stereoselective Synthesis of （R）-Salmeterol via Asymmetric Cyanohydrin Reaction

The authors described a short and highly enantioselective route to （R）-salmeterol involving asymmetric synthesis of cyanohydrin followed by nucleophilic substitution with 6-（4-phenylbutoxy） hexyl methanesulfonate.

合成了抗癌药物4,4′-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-亚甲基)-双-甲苯基氰,测定了其IR, NMR和单晶结构,晶体C17H11N5属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,晶胞参数:a=0.70300(14) nm, b=1.6170(3) nm, c=1.3360(3) nm, β=104.80(3)°, Z=4.结构解析最终一致性因子R1=0.0897.分子间通过氢键和范德华力形成超分子结构.

电位滴定法测定铜精矿中氯

提出了用氧化锌-无水碳酸钠混合熔剂与铜精矿样品在高温焙烧,分离大量的基体元素,用沸水浸取烧结物,在丙酮-水混合溶剂中用硝酸银电位滴定测定其中的氯含量。方法重现性好,适应性强,可准确测定铜精矿中的氯。
