Synthesis and Characterization of Amphiphific Block Copolymer Containing PVP and Poly（5-benzyloxytrimethylene carbonate）

Amphiphilic copolymer of 5-benzyloxytrimethylene carbonate （BTMC） with poly （vinyl pyrrolidone） （PVP） was successfully synthesized using immobilized porcine pancreas lipase （IPPL） or SnOct2 as catalyst. Hydroxyl terminated PVP, synthesized with 2-mercaptoethanol as a chain transfer reagent, was employed as a rnacroinitiator. The resulting copolymers were characterized by GPC, ^1H NMR and IR. Increasing the BTMC/PVP-OH feed ratio （[B]/[P]） resulted in the increase of Mn of corresponding copolymers and the decrease of Mw/Mn. Immobilized enzyme has comparable catalytic activity to SnOct2 for the copolymerization.     

新显色剂噻二唑偶氮二甲氨基苯甲酸与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究和应用

本文研究了噻二唑偶氮二甲氨基苯甲酸与Cu(Ⅱ)显色反应条件,确定在pH3.0～4.5范围形成蓝紫色络合物,组成比为1:1,摩尔吸光系数ε=4.55×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),1gβ=7.32。应用拟定的方法测定天然水中微量铜,获得满意的结果。     

液相沉积法制备光催化活性TiO2薄膜和纳米粉体

采用液相沉积法，在35℃通过向六氟钛酸铵水溶液中添加硼酸和结晶诱导剂锐 铁矿型TiO2纳米晶，沉积出具有光催化活性的Ti02薄膜和纳米粉体．用XRD，AFM， 阶梯仪,UV-vis，BET法对Ti02薄膜和粉体的沉积条件、结构、厚度和性能进行了测 定和表征，并用亚甲兰的降解，评价了TiO2薄膜和纳米粉体的光催化活性．结果表 明，当反应物六氟钛酸铵与硼酸的摩尔比为1：2—1：4时，沉积的粉体和薄膜含有 锐钛矿相Ti02；经300℃热处理的Ti02薄膜和纳米粉体具有最高的光催化活性，它 的光催化活性是未经热处理前的5倍．本文还解释了经300℃热处理的薄膜和纳米粉 体具有最高光催化活性的原因．     

Two new C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum delavayi

Further phytochemical investigation of the unique C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum delavayi Franch ledto the isolation of two new norditerpenoid alkaloids,delavaconitine F 1 and delavaconitine G 2.Their structures were determinedfrom spectroscopic evidence.     

N-苯基苯二甲酰亚胺和2-苯基喹噁啉晶态分子动力学行为研究

本文在晶体结构分析的基础上, 对二个芳香杂环高聚物模型化合物N-苯基苯二甲酰亚胺和2-苯基喹噁啉分子的原子热振动参数进行分析, 结果表明N-苯基苯二甲酰亚胺晶态分子基本上为刚性分子, 而2-苯基喹噁啉分子的热振动应包含分子内取代苯基的内旋转运动, 其平均平方振幅为53(25) deg~2。     

Vibrational Spectroscopic Study on Ion Solvation and Association of Lithium Perchlorate in 4-Methoxymethyl-ethylene Carbonate

Solvation interaction and ion association in solutions of lithium perchlorate/4-methoxymethyl-ethylene carbonate （MEC） have been studied by using Infrared and Raman spectra as a function of concentration of lithium perchlorate. The splitting of ring deformation band and ring ether asymmetric stretching band, and the change of carbonyl stretching band suggest that there should be a strong interaction between Li^＋ and the solvent molecules, and the site of solvation should be the oxygen atom of carbonyl group. The apparent solvation number of Li^＋ was calculated by using band fitting technique. The solvation number was decreased from 3.3 to 1.1 with increasing the concentration of LiClO4/MEC solutions. On the other hand, the band fitting for the ClO4^- band revealed the presence of contact ion pair, and free ClO4^- anion in the concentrated solutions.     

含茂基及酰亚胺基镧系金属有机化合物的合成

在室温下由邻苯二甲酰亚胺[phthalimide, H(Pht)]与Cp3Ln在四氢呋喃溶液中反应, 合成了六个新化合物: Cp2Ln(pht),CpLn(pht)2, (Cp=cyclopentadienyl; Ln=Yb, Er, Dy;pht=phthalimido)。它们均经元素分析、红外光谱和质谱鉴定, 为非溶剂化的桥式二聚体结构。     

Preconcentration and Determination of Chromium Species Using Octadecyl Silica Membrane Disks and Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

A novel and selective method for the fast determination of trace amounts of chromium species in water samples has been developed. The procedure is based on the selective formation of chromium diethyldithiocarbamate complexes at different pH in the presence of Mn(II) as an enhancement agent of chromium signals followed by elution with organic eluents and determination by atomic flame absorption spectrometry. The maximum capacity of the employed disks was found to be (396±3) µg and (376±2) µg for Cr(III) and Cr(VI), respectively. The detection limit of the proposed method is 49 and 43 ng·L^?1 for Cr(III) and Cr(VI), respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied for determination of chromium species Cr(III) and Cr(VI) in different water samples.     

Synthesis of an optically active intermediate for A-ring of 19-nor- 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3

An optically active intermediate 5 for A-ring of 19-nor-1a,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 2 has been synthesized in five steps, starting from readily available, inexpensive D( )-xylose 6 with good yield.     

Effect of Cationic Surfactant on the Inhibition of Ligninase by Hydrogen Peroxide

The inhibition of lingninase by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of cationic surfactant CTAB was studied by kinetic speetrophotometdc technique. Results showed that addition of CTAB enhanced the inhibition by H202, but it did not alter the inhibition pattern and the inhibition constant changed little with theco-ncentration of CTAB. Modification of the enzymic protein by the surfactant monomer may be responsible for the above mentioned results.
