Construction and Analysis of N-phosphoryl Peptide Libraries

N-Phosphoryl peptide libraries were constructed by transformation from homo-oligopeptide libraries, which was synthesized by self-assembly of amino acids with the assistance of phosphorus oxychloride. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to monitor the reaction.     

蛋白芯片法同时检测食品中克伦特罗与莱克多巴胺的残留量

建立了食品中克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺残留含量同时检测的微阵列蛋白芯片法。结果显示:克伦特罗的线性范围为0.07～1.2 ng/g;莱克多巴胺的线性范围为0.05～0.8 ng/g。猪肉、猪肝中上述两种物质的加标回收率为74%～132%,相对标准偏差均小于10%。将所建立的方法与HPLC-MS方法进行对比,两者检测结果一致。该方法简单、快速、通量高,可用于实际样品中克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺残留量的检测。

建立了一种检测人血清中乙肝Ｅ抗原的新荧光光度法，通过酶促反应，对氟苯酚＋Ｈ２Ｏ２→＾ＨＲＰ苯酚＋Ｆ＾－＋Ｈ２Ｏ与Ａｌ－酸性铬蓝Ｋ荧光体系相偶合，测定辣根过氧化物酶（ＨＲＰ）及其标记物，测定ＨＲＰ的线性范围为０．１９～３１ｍＵ／ｍＬ，检出限为０．０４ｍＵ／ｍＬ。     

蛋白质组学在人乳蛋白质研究中的应用

人乳是新生儿最理想的天然食物，蛋白质是人乳中最主要的营养成分之一。随着蛋白质组学技术的发展，利用蛋白质组学的方法研究人乳蛋白质也取得了一些研究成果。本文综述了近年来蛋白质组学技术在人乳蛋白质研究中的应用，分别从人乳蛋白质的组成研究、动态变化、人乳与其他来源乳汁的蛋白质差异比较、人乳磷酸化蛋白和糖基化蛋白研究、人乳内源肽的研究及人乳蛋白与疾病等几个方面进行了阐述。蛋白质组学技术使人乳蛋白质的研究进入了微量营养研究的时代，人乳蛋白质组学的研究成果将为母婴健康提供更好的保障。     

硫代苄基半胱氨酸结晶介稳区的测定及分析

考察了硫代苄基半胱氨酸(SBC)在不同的温度、pH值下的不同溶剂中的溶解度及SBC的结晶介稳区。并应用经典成核理论，计算得到固液界面张力σ，预测了SBC的结晶介稳区，理论计算值与实验数值非常相近，表明Mullin估算方法对于氨基酸类化合物结晶分离研究，仍有实际指导意义。     

IFA诊断巴尔通体感染

目的：了解间接免疫荧光抗体测定法(IFA)的技术路线及其在巴尔通体(Bartonella)诊断中的应用。方法：查阅相关文献，认识IFA的敏感性及特异性、交叉反应。结果：IFA对巴尔通体感染的诊断尤其是在属的水平上的敏感性及特异性均较高。结论：IFA通过抗原抗体的特异性反应而对感染病原作出诊断，尽管有部分交叉反应存在，IFA仍以其高度的敏感性及特异性，以及操作简便而成为诊断巴尔通体感染最实用的方法。     

Archaeal acylamino acid releasing enzyme/lipase:Crystallization and preliminary crystallographic analysis in a new crystal form

A primitive orthorhombic crystal form of acylamino acid releasing enzyme‘lipase(APE1547)from hyperthermophilic archaeon Aeropyrum pernix strain K1 has been obtained at 291K.The diffraction pattern of the crystal extends to 0.27nm resolution at 100K using Cu Kαradiation.The crystal belongs to the space group P212121 with unit cell dimensions of b=6.399,b=10.439and c=16.953nm.The presence of two molecules per asymmetric unit gives a crystal volume per protein mass(Vm)of 0.0022nm^3 Da^-1 and a solvent content of 43% by volume.A full set of X-ray diffraction data were collected to 0.3nm from the native crystal.
