A New Triterpenoid Saponin and a New Glycoside from Epigynum aurilum

A new triterpenoid saponin with novel sugar moiety (1), a new trisaccharide derivative (2), as well as a known monosaccharide derivative (3), were isolated from the dried stem of Epigyhum aurilum. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by MS and NMR spectram analyses.     

Sesquiterpene Lactone Glycosides from Carpesium macrocephalum

Two new sesquiterpene lactone glycosides were isolated from the seeds of Carpesium meacrocephalum. Their structures were elucidated as 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranosy-5α,11αH-eudesma-4(15)-en-12,8β-olide and 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranosy-5αH-eudesma-4(15),11(13)-dien-12,8β-olide by spectral methods (HRMS,1D and 2D NMR).     

Two New C—21 Steroidal Glycosides from Cynanchum aurichulatum

Two new C-21 steroidal glycosides, cynanauriculoside I and cynanauriculoside Ⅱ, were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum aurichulatum. Their structures were established using spectroscopic methods including one and two-dimensional NMR.     

病毒性肝炎、肝硬化与微量元素

（1）病毒性肝炎与微量元素锌、硒、铜有关：张冠群等测定了128例乙肝患者血清微量元素含量。结果显示，慢性乙肝患者血清锌、铜、铁含量低于常人，急性肝炎患者血清锌铜铁与常人无差异。任仲轩测定了47例老年慢性病毒性肝炎患者与45例非老年患者血清微量元素含量。结果显示，两组锌、铜、硒含量皆低于健康对照。王晋升等测定了122例急慢性肝炎患者血清微量元素含量。     

聚合物共混物脆韧转变性能研究 Ⅲ.分散相形态参数之间的关系

为了研究形态（特别是分散状态）对聚合物共混物韧性的影响，建立了准网络形态模型，定义了分散相分布系数（ξ，０＜ξ１），并给出其物理意义，推导了基体层厚度的计算公式，研究了形态参数的变化对基体层厚度的影响．对于常见的无规形态，ξ≈１．对于准网络形态，ξ＜１，并且不是常数．计算结果表明，减小ξ和分散相粒径及其分布、增大其体积分数有利于减小基体层厚度．从理论上证明了准网络形态比无规形态更有利于减小基体层厚度．     

螺环五配位磷化物合成新方法

螺环五配位磷化物合成方法虽有不少报道,但有的路线较长;有的原料不易得到;有的条件苛刻且收率不高.本文提供一种新的简便合成路线,即在二甲二硫或二乙二硫存在下,含磷五元或六元环亚磷(膦)酸酯与含有两个活泼氢的双官能团化合物反应,一步制得相应的螺环五配位磷化物.反应式如下:

Two New Xanthone Glycosides from Polygala tenuifolia

Two new xanthone glycosides,polygalaxanthone IV and V were isolated from the roots of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. Their structures were established as 6-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-1-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone(polygalaxanthone IV), and 6-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-1,3-dihydroxyl-7-methoxyxanthone (polyga-laxanthone V),respectively, on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence.     

对MDTA中测样品热容量的准恒温法的评述

对用调制差热分析（ＭＤＴＡ）准恒温法测样品热容量的情形进行了讨论。通过结合最基本的热传导定律和ＭＤＴＡ模型，指出了目前国际上测量样品热容量的准恒温法只能得到在所测温度范围内的物质热容量平均值，调制温度的幅度越大或调制频率越高，所得到的热容量数据越平滑。在所测温度范围内样品热容量基本不变时，用ＭＤＴＡ准恒温法较好；但当样品热容量在所测温度范围内有明显变化时，用传统差热分析法（ＤＴＡ）更好一些。
