杨振宁教授荣获富兰克林奖章和鲍威尔奖：杨—米尔斯规范场理论简介

美籍华裔物理学家杨振宁教授，由于他在非阿贝尔规范场理论方面的奠基性工作，荣获富兰春式奖章和１９９５年鲍威尔奖。文章简要介绍非阿贝尔规范场理论及其在物理学发展中的重要地位。     

Weitzenböck空间中的高维Kaluza-Klein理论

本文证明Weitzenbock空间中高维引力作用量可约化为4维空-时中的引力作用量与规范场作用量之和.由此作出结论:在Weitzenbock空间中也存在高维Kaluza-Klein理论.     

高压CMOS管工艺的设计、模拟和验证

模拟和验证了一种低成本的，以标准CMOS工艺为基础，无需对原工艺流程进行改动的高压工艺技术。讨论了低压器件中的各种击穿机理，相应提出了高压器件中所做出的改进，列举了该工艺技术中所用的特殊版图；对此工艺的应用性进行了二维的工艺和器件模拟；将模拟结果与实际测试结果进行了比较，验证了这种高压工艺技术的实用性。     

耗散准模腔场与激子相互作用的量子统计性质

研究了耗散准模腔场与激子相互作用的量子统计特性 ,给出了当腔场初始处于真空态而激子处于真空态与粒子数态大于 2的叠加态时的腔场与激子能量交换的表达式。研究结果表明 ,激子和腔场可以呈现亚泊松分布状态 ,激子与腔场之间的关联是经典的 ,不存在Cauchy Schwartz不等式的偏离现象。     

Brick Walls for Nonstationary Black Holes

The validity condition of the brick-wall model is analysed in nonstationary space-time.It is shown that the model holds only in thin regions,only by using tortoise coordinates near the event horizon of a slowly varying(quasistationary)black hole.The reason for the use of tortoise cooridnates is that the stationary state solutions of quantum field equations in other coordinates do not exist for any region in nonstationary space-time.Meanwhile,the quantum corrections to the entropy of the Vaidya-Bonner black hole due to the spin fields are calculated in terms of the brick-wall model.     

Nilsson平均场加邻近轨道对力模型对超铀区和稀土区核素的描述

利用严格可解的平均场加邻近轨道对力模型, 在区分质子和中子及冻结质子对激发两种情况下对超铀区核素^226—234Th, ^230—239U, ^236—243Pu, 及稀土区核素^160—170Er, ^166—176Yb, ^172—180Hf的结合能, 对激发能, 奇偶能差及偶偶核最低激发态转动惯量进行了计算并与实验结果进行了比较.     

Bistable Behaviour of N Two-Level Atoms Interacting with the Field inside a High-Q Cavity Containing a Nonlinear Kerr-Like Medium

Taking the intensity-dependent coupling between atoms and cavity mode into account, we investigate a system consisting of N homogeneously broadened two-level atoms interacting with the field inside a single-mode Fabry- Perot cavity containing a nonlinear Kerr-like medium. We derive the steady-state bistable behaviour of the system, and further analyse in details the influence of several critical parameters on the bistable behaviour.     

Fission Barrier for ^240Pu in the Quadrupole Constrained Relativistic Mean Field Approach

The fission barrier for ^240pu is investigated beyond the second saddle point in the potentiM energy surface by the constrained relativistic mean field method with the newly proposed parameter set PK1. The microscopic correction for the centre-of-mass motion is essentiM to provide the correct potential energy surface. The shell effects that stabilize the nuclei against the fission is also investigated by the Strutinsky method. The shapes for the ground state, fission isomer and saddle-points, etc, are studied in detail.
