ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF THE DRIFT-DIFFUSION SEMICONDUCTOR EQUATIONS

This paper is devoted to the long time behavior for the Drift-diffusion semi-conductor equations. It is proved that the dynamical system has a compact, connected and maximal attractor when the mobilities are constants and generation-recombination term is the Auger model; as well as the semigroup S(t) defined by the solutions map is differential. Moreover the upper bound of Hausdorff dimension for the attractor is given.     

Dromion and Multi—soliton Structures of the （2＋1）—Dimensional Higher—Order Broer—Kaup System

Using the standard truncated Painleve analysis and the Backlund transformation,we can obtain many significant exact soliton solutions of the (2 1)-dimensional higher-order Broer-Kaup(HBK) system.A special type of soliton solution is described by the variable coefficient heat-conduction-liker equation.The inclusion of three arbitrary functions in the general expressions of the solitons makes the solitons of the (2 1)-dimensional HBK system possess abundant structures such as solitoff solutions,multi-dromion solutions,ring solitons and so on.

文[4]通过构造反例断言文[1]中定理的必要性证明有误,本文首先指出文[4] 的这个断言不正确,然后对文[4]中定理2.1作了本质性的改进.     

方程f″—zf=0解的零点

首先于实数域内，用ｓｔｕｒｍ比较定理证得ｆ″－ｘｆ＝０的非平凡解的零点集含有可列个负数；尔后延拓到复数域内，把特解Ａｉｒｙ积分Ａｉ（ｚ）用Ｍａｃｄｏｎａｌｄ函数表示。通过复围线积分计算证得Ａｉ（ｚ）仅有负数的零点，从而获得了ｆ″－ｚｆ＝０的非平凡解有且仅有可列个负数零点的结论。     

高阶强迫泛函数分方程的渐近性和振动性

本文研究了较一般的高阶非线性中立型强迫泛函微分方程的解的振动性和渐近性，得到了若干较好的充分判据，所得的结果推广并包含了文１的某些结果。     

二阶强次线性常微分方程解的振动性

本文讨论二阶非线性常微分方程 (a(t)ψ(x(t))x’(t))’+q(t)f(x(t))g(x’(t))=0 (1)的解的振动性质。在方程(1)中,α∈C[[t_0,∞),(0,∞)],ψ∈C[R,(0,∞)](R=(-∞,+∞)),q∈C[[t_0,∞),[0,∞)]且在任意的区间(t,∞)(t≥t_0)上不恒等于0,f∈C’[R,R],g∈C[R,R]。关于微分方程振动性的定义,如通常定义,不再详述。在下面的定理中,以下条件将要用到:     

无穷区间上二阶微分方程的边值问题

利用Schauder不动点定理讨论了一类非线性二阶微分方程在无穷区间上的边值问题无界解的存在性，部分改进了郭大钧教授最近得到的结果。
