新型18核铜-稀土簇合物|Cu_(12)RE_6(OH)_(24)(Pyb)_(12)(H_2O)_(18)(ClO_4)|~(17+)的合成与结构

新型标题18核钢-稀土簇合物从pH3.5的Cu~(2+)-RE~(3+)-pyb(RE=Sm,Tb,pyb=吡啶甜菜碱)水溶液反应体系中分离,经单晶结构测定.分析表明,簇合物阳离子具有一个包裹μ_(12)-ClO_4~-配体的八面体结构的[Cu_(12)RE_6(μ_3-OH)_(24)(μ_(12)-ClO_4)]~(17+)核,其外围有18个水分子和12个桥连pyb羧基配体.     

粤北产五味子科植物风沙藤的化学成分研究(II)

本文继续报道从粤北所采集的五味子科植物风沙藤(Schisandra viridis A. C.Sm)根和茎中分得的另外三个木脂素类新化合物, 即五味子酯(schisantherin)K,五脂酮(Schisanlignone)E和异安五脂素(isoanwulignan)。通过光谱分析和化学转变, 确定了它们的结构和构型。

Chemical Constituents of Ailanthus triphysa

Two new compounds,8(14),15-isopimaradiene-2α，３α，19-triol(1),and 6α，７β－dihydroxy-17(20)-cis-5α－pregna-16-one(2),together with four known copounds,a oxygenated rare phyllocladane,phyllocladan-16α，19-diol(3),kaempferol-3-0-β－Ｄ-galactopyranosied,kaempferol-3-0-α－Ｌ－rhamnopyranoside and scopoletin, were isolated from the leaves of Ailanthus tripysa.Structures of 1-3 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data as compared with related compounds.     

Two New Isobutyltartrate Monoester from Coeloglossum viride （L.） Hartm.var.bracteatum（Willd.） Richter

Two new isobutyltartrate monoesters,coelovirin A (1) and B(2),were isolated from the rhizomes of Coeloglossum viride (L.) Hartm. var. bracteatum (Willd.) Richter (Orchidaceae). Their structures were elucidated as (2R,3S)-2-isobutyltartrate-1-(4-β-D-glucopyranosyloxybenzyl) ester 1 and (2R,3S)-2-isobutyltartrate-4-(4-β-D-glucopranosyloxybenzyl) ester 2 on the basis of physical constants and spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.

用计算机分析模拟方法研究了２－（４－氨酰基－２－噻唑基）－１，４－脱水－Ｌ－木糖醇及其氟代衍生物的糖基构象，计算结果显示，６个碳核苷类似物的糖基构象均为Ｓ型。核磁共振谱和晶体Ｘ射线衍射结果与计算结果相吻合。     

人工光合作用反应中心的研究进展

本文对几种人工光合作用反应中心系统,做一个简单的综述,其中包括叶绿素和细菌叶绿素二聚体,卟啉二聚体,卟啉-苯醌共价键络合物以及其他合成中心。     

固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/SiO_2-TiO_2催化合成异维生素C钠

在异维生素C钠(D-VcNa)的合成过程中,以SO42-/S iO2-TiO2复合固体超强酸作为酯化反应催化剂,2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸(2-KGA)和甲醇为原料,采用精馏脱水酯化工艺,不断除去酯化过程中产生的水。催化剂的最佳焙烧温度为550℃,催化剂用量为2.5%;反应时间3~4 h,产品收率为88.6%,催化剂的重复使用性较好,催化体系优于硫酸法。     

α-氨基酸-丁醇-水三元体系中分子间的异系焓相互作用

利用2277热活性检测仪的流动测量系统获得了298.15K时甘氨酸、L-丙氨酸、L-缬氨酸和L-脯氨酸分别与n-丁醇在水溶液中混合过程的焓变以及各自的稀释焓,依据McMillan-Mayer理论关联得到异系焓相互作用系数,讨论了不同氨基酸与n-丁醇分子的作用机理.对hxy值分析结果表明,不同氨基酸与n-丁醇分子间的异系焓作用系数的大小主要取决于氨基酸分子结构的差异,氨基酸的不同侧基(非极性或极性)对焓作用系数有着不同的贡献,焓作用系数值的相对大小最终取决于各基团之间竞争平衡的结果.脯氨酸特殊的五元吡咯环结构对hxy值有较大的正贡献;n-丁醇的疏水性比尿素或甲脲大得多.     

N—（β—羧丙酰基）异鲁米诺的电致化学发光行为及其机理探讨

本进行了Ｎ－（β－羧丙酰基）异鲁米诺的电致化学发光行为的研究。采用正矩形液脉冲电压，在ＫＯＨ－ＫＣｌ－Ｈ２Ｏ２－（ｐＨ１１．６）介质中，Ｎ－（β－羧丙酰基）异鲁米诺测定的线性范围为４．０×１０＾－１０￣７．０×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检出限为２．０×１０＾－１０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。本对此体系的电致化学发光机理进行了探讨。
