7,8-二氢-6,6-二甲基-7,8-环氧-6氢-吡喃[2,3-f]苯并-2,1,3-噁二唑的合成

本文给出了一条较好的制备7,8-二氢-6,6-二甲基-7,8环氧-6氢-吡喃[2,3-f]苯并-2,1,3-噁二唑的合成路线,即由对乙酰氨基苯酚经酯化、Fries重排、环合、还原、脱水、硝化、脱酰基、氧化、脱氧和催化环氧化等反应制得标题化合物,其结构经元素分析和光谱数据确证。     

2—甲基—6—溴苯并碲唑及其衍生菁染料的合成

以对溴苯胺为原料，经汞化、酰化，再与四氯化碲发生亲电取代反应生成２－乙酰氨基－５－溴苯基三氯化碲（内盐）；后者以硼氢化钠还原、浓盐酸关环，用碳酸氢钠中和后即得关键中间体２－甲基－６－溴苯并碲唑，苯并碲唑经碘甲烷或碘乙烷季铵化后，用原甲酸三乙酯缩合制得相应的对称染料２，２’－二甲基－５，５’－二溴碲碳菁碘盐和２，２’－二乙基－５，５’－二溴碲碳菁磺盐，屯它们的可见吸收光谱。     

几种新的3,7-二取代二苯并五元环状溴鎓盐的合成

4,4′-二硝基联苯在浓硫酸中与嗅化钠及过硫酸钾反应,直接生成3,7-二硝基二苯并溴五环盐(5).5经SnCl_2-HCl还原得到3,7-二氨基二苯并溴五环盐(6).由6制得的重氮盐溶液分别与氯化亚铜、溴化亚铜及碘化钾反应得到3,7-二氯二苯并溴五环盐(7),3,7-二溴二苯并溴五环盐(8)及 3,7-二碘二苯并溴五环盐(9).5～9均为新化合物,其结构经~1HNMR、MS、IR证实.

反相PHLC法测定舒心口服液中阿魏酸含量

本文报道了以反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定舒心口服液中阿魏酸含量的方法。试样酸化后经乙酸乙脂萃取，甲醇定容，用ＳｐｈｅｒｉＰＲ－１８５－Ｍｉｃｒｏｎ柱，甲醇－５％乙酸水溶液（２３：７７）作流动相，检测波长为３２２ｎｍ，线性范围０～１４．４８ｇ／ｍＬ，平均回收率为９６．７０％。该法简便，灵敏，准确，适合药品生产中的质量控制。     

3-芳基-6-对甲苯甲酰氨基均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成及生物活性

利用3-芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-均三唑和对甲苯甲酰异硫氰酸酯在乙腈中反应, 得到一系列3-芳基-6-对甲苯甲酰氨基均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑, 用¹H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析确定了其结构, 并对其进行了抗菌活性测试.     

1，4二环己基取代六元瓜环与Na(Ⅰ)自组装实体的合成与晶体结构

A novel complex of a new 1,4-dicyclohexyl cucurbituril(DCYQ[6]) with sodium(Ⅰ) ion was synthesized, and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction technique. In this self-assembled entity both the cavity interaction of DCYQ[6] included a nitrate anion and the portal interaction of the dipole carbonyls of DCYQ[6] with sodium cations lead to form self assembled molecular capsules. The crystal structure of the entity shows a packing of the self assembled molecular capsules connected by hydrogen bonds of water molecules. CCDC: 271400.     

2MgO·2B2O3·MgCl2·14H2O-7.8%H3BO3-H2O体系多温相关系研究

研究了2MgO·2B2O3·MgCl2·14H20在不同温度下的7.8%H3BO3水溶液中的相转化产物及其溶解度.IR,XRD,TG及化学分析表明,相转化产物在0～22℃范围内为MgO·2B2O3·9H20;22～68℃为MgO·2B2O3·7.5H20;68～95℃为MgO·2B2O3·7H20;95～98.8℃为MgO·2B2O3·5H20;100～110℃为MgO·B2O3·3H20;110～120℃为2MgO·B2O3·2H20;120～170℃为2MgO·B2O3·1.5H20;170～200℃为2MgO·B2O3·H20.提出了相转化反应原理.     

吲哚并喹嗪衍生物的立体选择性合成

用锂铝氢四还原卟啉得到卟啉醇,它与甲乙酮反应得相应的羟甲基氨基酮,在相转移条件下,它能被转化成光学纯吲哚并喹嗪衍生物.列出了环化机理的反应流程.     

(R)-1，1′-联萘手性单元通过溶胶凝胶法合成杂化硅干凝胶(英)

Precursor molecule (R)-6,6′-bis(triethoxysilylethen-2-yl)-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (R-2) was synthesized by Pd-catalyzed Heck reaction of (R)-6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (R-1) intermediate with vinyltriethoxysilane. The hydrolysis and polycondensation of the precursor R-2 produced the corresponding xerogel. Both precursor and xerogel were analysed by NMR, FTIR, UV, CD spectra, fluorescent spectroscopy, polarimetry and elemental analysis. The precursor and xerogel can emit strong blue fluorescence and are expected to have a potential application in the separation of chiral molecules as fluorescent sensor. The precursor exhibits strong Cotton effect in its circular dichroism (CD) spectrum indicating a highly rigid structure.
