催化抗体及其在化学中的应用

3-羟基-4-氨基丁酸及其类似物的合成进展

3-羟基-4-氨基丁酸（简称GABOB）是一类有趣的氨基酸，它的一些类似物如Statine等存在于一些具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎症等生理活性的天然产物之中。从治疗的角度讲，3-羟基-4-氨基丁酸也具有重要意义。本文简要介绍GABOB类似物的天然存在及生理活性，并从不同的起始原料出发介绍它们的立体选择性合成。     

4-异丙某萘并[2,3-d]-1,3-二氧五环衍生物的合成

４－异丙基萘并［２，３－ｄ］－１，３－二氧五环衍生物具有与半棉酚类似的碳架结构，可作为合成棉酚类似物的中间体。用２，３－二羟基茶为起始原料合成４－溴萘并［２，３－ｄ］－１，３－二氧五环后在同一反应釜内一步完成锂－溴交换，与丙酮加成及脱水反应而直接分离出４－异丙烯基萘并［２，３－ｄ］－１，３－二氧五环。在把－碳催化剂存在下常压催化加氢后即在萘环上引入异丙基。不同合成路线的比较显示了这一方法的优越性。所合成的这些个异同基萘并［２，３－ｄ］－１，３－二氧五环衍生物均未见文献报导。     

{[Gd(DMF)3(DMSO)(H2O)3](μ-CN)[Fe(CN)5]}·2H2O的合成，结构表征和磁性

A new cyano-bridged Gadolinium^Ⅲ-Iron^Ⅲ complex {[Gd(DMF)₃(DMSO)(H₂O)₃](μ-CN)[Fe(CN)₅]}·2H₂O (DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide; DMSO=dimethylsulfoxide) was synthesized by the grinding reaction method. It crysta-llizes in the triclinic, space group P1 with cell parameters: a=0.90363(2) nm, b=1.250 78(3) nm, c=1.41303(1) nm, α=93.174(1)°, β=94.406(1)°, γ=91.817(2)°, and V=1.588 87(5) nm³, D_c=1.582 g·cm^-3, Z=2, M_r=756.72, F(000)=760, μ=2.645 mm^-1. The slightly distorted square-antiprism eightfold-coordinated Gd(Ⅲ) and the approxi-mately oriented octahedrally sixfold-coordinated Fe(Ⅲ) are linked by a cyano-bridge group to construct a dinuclear compound. The {[Gd(DMF)₃(DMSO)(H₂O)₃](μ-CN)[Fe(CN)₅]} species are held together via hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional framework. The Gd(Ⅲ)-Fe(Ⅲ) interaction is antiferromagnetic. CCDC: 223430.     

低浓度CTAB对血红蛋白与阿昔洛韦间相互作用与性质的影响

The effects of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide （CTAB） on the properties of hemoglobin （Hb） at low CTAB concentration were studied in Hb/acyclovir/CTAB system by the methods of UV-Vis spectrum, fluorescence, zeta potential, conductivity and negative-staining transmission electron microscope （TEM）. With the increase of CTAB concentration, the UV peak intensity at 276 nm, the intrinsic fluorescence, the zeta potential of Hb and the system conductivity were all enhanced. Hb was easily oxidized to oxyHb and hemichrome. In Hb/acyclovir/CTAB system, CTAB made the UV-Vis spectrum, fluorescence, conductivity and conformation of Hb tend to be returned to those of the original Hb but the zeta potential not to do so. The UV absorption peak of Hb-acyclovir complex disappeared and the tight structure of Hb aroused by acyclovir was refolded. When CTAB concentration was higher than 5 × 10 ^5 mol/L, the two absorption peaks at 536 and 576 nm appeared again, and the Hb structure became looser again.     

咖啡因及其9种类似物的胶束电动毛细管分析研究

 以十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)胶束为准固定相 ,考察了咖啡因及其 9种类似物在胶束电动毛细管 (MECC)分离模式下的分离行为。研究了运行缓冲液的 pH值、磷酸盐浓度、SDS浓度、甲醇体积分数、分离电压、分离温度等因素对这 10种化合物的迁移时间和分离效果的影响。结果发现 ,这些因素对上述 10种化合物的分离有显著的影响 ,尤以pH值为最。它不仅影响化合物的迁移时间和分离效率 ,还改变其出峰顺序 ,这与碱性条件下化合物仲胺基上氢的电离有关。优化后的分离条件 :运行缓冲液为 2 0mmol/L磷酸盐 2 0mmol/LSDS(pH 11 0 ) ,分离电压为2 5kV。

Studies on the Synthesis of a Natural Product—Piceatannol and its Analogs

Piceatannol,(E)-3,3′,4,5′-tetrahydroxy stilbene, a natural polyhydroxy stibene, possesses many biological activities, its synthesis has been reported. We designed another route of its synthesis, which can be controlled more easily. The synthetic product was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,MS and ^1H-NMR. Its analogs were synthesized by the similar method.     

Synthesis of Tetracycline Analogues and Test of Their Affinity of Synthetic Hydroxyapatite

Eight of new 5-oxo[1] benzopyrano [2,3-b] pyridines as the analogues of tetracycline, were designed and synthesized, and their affinity to the hydroxyapatite-the inorganic composition of bone were tested.
