电沉积n—CdSe在多硫溶液界面上的电荷转移机理

通过测定平带电位,澄清了OH~-离子在CdSe电极上的吸附情况,发现在S、S~(2-)、OH~-溶液中S~(2-)离子优先吸附,结合旋转环盘电极测量,证明n-CdSe电极在多硫溶液界面上的电荷转移过程。     

基于小波包变换的图像消噪方法

小波包理论比小波分析更为复杂，但其分析手段更为灵活，具有更为精确的局部分析能力，对图像消噪是其一个最基本的应用．本文先讨论小波包的分解过程及算法，然后利用MATLAB中的函数wpdencmp对一含噪图像进行消噪处理．     

Effects of Processing Parameters on Microstructure and Properties of Nanoscale ZrC/ZrB2 Multilayered Coatings

ZrC/ZrB2 multilayered coatings with bilayer periods of 3.5-40nm are synthesized by rf magnetron sputtering. Analyses of x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nanoindentation indicate that multilayered coatings possess much higher hardness and greater fracture resistance than monolithic ZrC and ZrB2 coatings. A maximum hardness （41.TCPa） and a critical fracture load （73.7mN） are observed in the multilayer with A = 32 nm deposited at the substrate bias -40 V. Higher residual stress built in the ZrC layer can be released by periodic insertion of ZrB2 into the ZrC layer. A clear multilayered structure with mixed ZrB2（001）, ZrB2 （002） and ZrC （111） orientations should be responsible for the enhanced mechanical properties.     

A Multisymplectic Variational Framework for the Nonlinear Elastic Wave Equation

A multisymplectic variational internal energy corresponding equation, its associated local framework for the nonlinear elastic wave equation is presented. The modified to the approximate nonlinea.r elastic wave equation is derived, we obtain the energy and momentum conservation laws as well as the multisymplectic form simultaneously directly from the variational principle     

Pattern时延差编码四信道水声通信技术研究

本文所研究的是基于Pattern时延差编码（PDS）体制下的水声通信技术.PDS水声编码体制利用Pattern码片出现在码元窗的时延差值进行时延编码,通过码元分割,有效的降低了水声信道的多途干扰;通过频率分割划分四个通信信道,增加通信速率至1000bit/s.在接收端利用带通滤波器来实现通信信道分割,每个信道再应用拷贝相关器实现码元分割并估计出时延差值,完成译码.仿真实验表明,该系统适合于大量不同水声信道高可靠性工作,为水声通信网络化打下坚实基础.     

Pregelation Behaviour of Coagulation Processes with the Constant-Reaction-Number Kernel

We propose an irreversible binary coagulation model with a constant-reaction-number kernel, in which, among all the possible binary coagulation reactions, only p reactions are permitted to take place at every time. By means of the generalized rate equation we investigate the kinetic behaviour of the system with the reaction rate kernel K（i;j） = （ij）^w （0 ≤w〈1/2）, at which an i-mer and a j-mer coagulate together to form a large one. It is found that for such a system there always exists a gelation transition at a finte time to, which is in contrast to the ordinary binary coagulation with the same rate kernel. Moreover, the pre-gelation behaviour of the cluster size distribution near the gelation point falls in a scaling regime and the typical cluster size grows as （to - t）-1/（1-2w）. On the other hand, our model can also provide some predictions for the evolution of the cluster distribution in multicomponent complex networks.     

浅谈多层钢筋混凝土框架结构设计

钢筋混凝土结构是由钢筋和混凝土两种性质截然不同的材料组成的，因其具有诸多的优点而广泛应用于土木工程中。把多层钢筋混凝土框架结构应用于建筑中会遇到的一些具体问题，我们展开了一系列基础性及应用性的理论研究与工程实践。     

溅射功率对多层膜质量的影响

用磁控溅射技术制备薄膜，用X射线衍射研究在基片和靶间距离固定的情况下不同的溅射功率对薄膜结构的影响。结果表明：过低的溅射功率下淀积的薄膜有畸变的X射线衍射特征峰，特征峰强度小，半峰全宽大。而比较高溅射功率得到的薄膜有比较尖锐的X射线衍射特征峰，强度高和半峰全宽非常窄。研究表明，X射线衍射特征峰强度小和半峰全宽大的薄膜结构疏松，而强度高和半峰全宽非常窄的薄膜结构致密。
