调制式DSC在高聚物研究中的应用

综述了一种新的热分析技术－－调制式差示扫描量热示（Modulated Differentail Scanning Calorimetry）。对其工作原理，优点及在高聚物研究中的应用作了简介。     

中国传统学术视阈中的历史与历史哲学

从中国传统学术的视阈入手，梳理与辨析历史和历史哲学的内涵与外延。考察历史一词的多重含义；指出西方历史哲学乃根据对历史的两分法，即历史事实和历史著述，而有“思辨的历史哲学”和“分析的历史哲学”两大流派；进而指出中国古代对历史有一三分法，即史事、史文、史义，认为史义即为中国的历史哲学，同时史义又包含有“历史之大义”与“吾心之精义”两部分内容。     

末次盛冰期以来长江入海历史的回顾与展望

比较全面地回顾了末次盛冰期以来有关东海海平面变化、长江入海历史、长江河口海岸演变、陆架上的古河道等方面的研究进展；分析了关于末次盛冰期时长江入海状况现存两种截然不同的看法，指出了可能存在的问题。提出了今后的研究方向，即应加强对因气候、海平面变化引起的河道变形作用以及长江与古环境间的相互作用及相互影响的研究，特别是应加强对陆架泥质沉积物的研究，以期取得突破性进展。     

2002年中国现代史若干问题研究的回顾与思考

在中国现代史研究领域，由于近年来新的历史资料的发掘和利用，学人在实证研究的基础上形成了新的学术观点，推动了史学研究的深入，也促进了史学思想和史学观念的解放。而由此．又进一步推动了中国现代史研究乃至整个史学研究领域的活跃和良性发展。     

Ulmus harutoriensis Oishi et Huzioka角质层特征及古环境意义

根据大量室内实验分析，对产于云南腾冲的植物化石Ulmus harutorensis Oishi et Huzioka的角质层进行了细致研究，揭示了Ulmus harutoriensis叶的表皮构造，其主要特征为：上表皮厚1．1μm，下表皮厚小于1μm，上表皮细胞大于下表皮细胞、毛基少、气孔器很小、只在下表皮发育、无规则型、散生、下陷较浅，在此基础上结合其他资料推测了古气候变化，并与现生Umlus pumila L。同时进行了气孔密度和气孔指数的统计，用生物学的方法推测了古大气CO2浓度，讨论了Berner的碳平衡模型。     

Archaeal acylamino acid releasing enzyme/lipase:Crystallization and preliminary crystallographic analysis in a new crystal form

A primitive orthorhombic crystal form of acylamino acid releasing enzyme‘lipase(APE1547)from hyperthermophilic archaeon Aeropyrum pernix strain K1 has been obtained at 291K.The diffraction pattern of the crystal extends to 0.27nm resolution at 100K using Cu Kαradiation.The crystal belongs to the space group P212121 with unit cell dimensions of b=6.399,b=10.439and c=16.953nm.The presence of two molecules per asymmetric unit gives a crystal volume per protein mass(Vm)of 0.0022nm^3 Da^-1 and a solvent content of 43% by volume.A full set of X-ray diffraction data were collected to 0.3nm from the native crystal.     

Quaternary high-resolution opal record and its paleoproductivity implication at ODP Site 1143,southern South China Sea

The correlation of opal content and MAR with oxygen isotopic records of benthonic foraminifera at Site 1143, southern South China Sea indicates that,since about 900 ka,the increasing opal content and MAR during the interglacial periods is inferred to reflect the bigher surface productivity ,for the intensified summer monsoon during the interglacial periods would result in the enhanced upwelling and nutrient supply,Time-sequence spectral analyses of oxygen isotopic record ,opal content and MAR at intervals of 0-900 ka reveal that the changes of surface productivity were dominantly forced by the variations of the earth orbital cycles.     

A new Euprox from the Late Miocene of Yuanmou,Yunnan Province,China,with interpretation of its paleoenvironment

The Yuanmou Basin of Yunnan Province is a hotspot for the research of early homind evolution and its environmental background.During the implementation of the Program“Research of the Origin and Evolution of Early Man and Its Environmental Baqckground” from 1998 to 2001,a huge quantity of hominoid and mammal fossils were collected.The present report systematically describes an Euprox robustus sp.nov.identified during the recent laboratory work on the collected material.Euprox is a group of earliest cervids with true antlers.The new species is the third one of the genus discovered in China.Judged by its morphologic characteristics,the new species feed on juicy and tender leaves of dicotyledon.It implies that the vegetation of its epoch in the Yuanmou Basin is a kind of southern subtropical evergreen forest and the climate is humid and temperate with evident seasonality.The latter is mostly influenced by the monsoon and secondly by the latitude.
