五四小说纯雅身份的形成

在中国古代，诗歌是纯雅文学，与经国伟业相联系，相比之下，小说则地位低下，属街谈巷议、稗官野史之类，难人大雅之堂。然而，五四新文化运动后情况发生了变化，古代读书人所瞧不起的小说不仅逐渐位居文坛中心，而且由发生学意义上的“俗文学”升格为“纯文学”，担当起启蒙之使命，获得了现代“纯雅”文学的身份。     

Phylogenetic relationship and morphological evolution in the subfamily Limenitidinae （Lepidoptera： Nymphalidae）

The mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I （CO1） gene and the nuclear elongation factor 1 α（EF-1α） gene were sequenced from 29 species of Nymphalidae （Nymphalidae, Lepidoptera）. Phylogenetic trees were constructed based on the sequences determined from the 29 species and sequences of other 36 species deposited in GenBank using the neighbor-joining （NJ）, maximum likelihood （ML） and Bayesian methods with Libythea celtis （Libytheinae） as the outgroup. Our phylogenetic trees indicated four major clades. Clade A includes three subfamilies： Apaturinae, Nymphalinae, and Limenitidinae, excluding the tribe Limenitidini; Clade B includes the subfamilies Heliconiinae and the tribe Limenitidini; Clade C includes Satyrinae, Calinaginae, Charaxinae and Morphinae; and Clade D includes subfamily Danainae. Our study suggested that the tribes Pseudergolini, Biblidini, Limenitidini and Cyrestidini should be considered as subfamilies and confirmed the interspecific relationships within the subfamily Pseudergolinae, namely Amnosia ＋（Pseudergolis ＋ （Stibochiona ＋ Dichorragia））. We then mapped three morphological characters （spot of anal angle, eyespots, and process from outer margin of hind wing） onto the phylogenetic tree constructed by ML analysis using the combined sequence data. Based on this the evolutionary patterns of these morphological characters were identified, they indicated that the three characters evolved repeatedly in the family Nymphalidae.

以福建漳浦的低丘台地平原区为研究区,依据中国土壤系统分类,确定了18个典型土壤剖面的诊断层和诊断特性,对土壤高层分类单元进行分类.按照中国土壤系统分类土系划分的技术规范,确定了土系划分的原则和依据,并对样区土壤进行土系划分.同时还对土壤的发生学分类与系统分类的参比进行探讨.     

过程导向的化学教学设计

化学教学实践往往过于强调知识的直接传承,而忽视知识形成的过程.发生学理论认为,教学应当引领学生重演科学知识发生的过程,重蹈人类思维发展中的关键性步子.基于过程的教学,有利于学生问题意识、思维能力及问题解决能力的养成,从而培养学生良好的实践能力和创新精神.本文以“物质的量”为例进行了这种教学范式的探讨.     

道德演化的逻辑——基于制度发生学视角的分析

从制度发生学的视角来看，道德演化与其他制度演化一样，是个开放的系统，它的产生有两大动力因素：个体的自律性要求与社会的他律性要求。道德起源和演化具有一定范式和路径，面临一种被选择的竞争压力并受人的理性和认知水平的制约和影响。

针对人们关注文学与科技之间差异和对立的惯常做法，本文提出，文学与科技之间存在诸多联系。在发生学意义上，文学与科学具有共生性和互通性；从文化史的角度，文学与科学技术互相促进，特别是科技对文学有较大的冲击和推动作用；在当代，文学与科技存在种种复杂情况，文学在向高科技致敬的同时也有担忧和反思。研究和把握文学与科技的关系，有助于更好地认识文学乃至人类社会的发展规律。     

秦皇岛市土壤系统分类及其参比

根据《中国土壤系统分类检索(第3版)》中的诊断层、诊断特性及检索顺序，本文初步探讨了秦皇岛市土壤类型在土壤系统分类中的归属，对土壤系统分类与土壤发生分类的亚类级别进行了参比，并总结了地理分布规律．

Cloning,Sequencing and Phylogenetic Study of rbcL Gene from Cyanobacteria Arthrospira and Spirulina

Large subunit gene of rubisco (rbcL) of cyanobacteria Arthrospiraplatensis FACHB341, A. platensis FACHB439, A. maxima OUQDSM and Spirulina sp. FACHB440 is cloned, sequenced and characterized. Results show that GC content of the gene in strain Spirulina sp. FACHB440 is higher than that in the others. The alignments based on deduced amino acid sequences indicate that Spirulina sp. FACHB440 is different from that in other three samples of Arthrospira, though they have the same conserved functional sites (95, 98, 121, 124, 221, 257). The nucleotide sequence similarity among the three strains of the genus of Arthrospira (96.5 - 99.6% ) is higher than that between Arthrospira and Spindina (78.1 - 78.5 % ). By comparison of the corresponding sequence of other cyanobacteria, a phylogenetic tree with two clusters is constructed. A. platensis FACHB341, A. maxima OUQDSM and A.platensis FACHB439 form the monophyletic linage, which is fully supported by bootstrap values (1000), while Spirulina sp. FACHB440 and Anabaena sp. PCC7120 cluster in another linage with the bootstrapvalue of 909.
