微流控光谱分析进展

本文对新兴的微型分析技术———微流控分析中的光谱检测技术进行了综合评述 ,简介了微流控分析技术 ,并对该分析方法进行了展望     

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy in China

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy （LIBS） has been regarded as a future superstar for chemical analysis for years due to its unique features such as little or no sample preparation, remote sensing, and fast and multi-element analysis. Chinese LIBS comnmnity is one of the most dynamically developing communities in the World. The aim of the work is to inspect what have been done in China for LIBS development and, based on the understanding of the overall status, to identify the challenges and opportunities for the future development. In this paper, the scientific contributions from Chinese LIBS comlnunity are reviewed for the following four aspects： fimdamentals, instrumentation, data processing and modeling, and applications; and the driving force of LIBS development in China is analyzed, the critical issues for successful LIBS application are discussed, and in our opinion, the potential direction to improve the technology and to realize large scale commercialization in China is proposed.     

中国南海软珊瑚Cladiella densa的化学成分研究

本文报道从软珊瑚Ｃｌａｄｉｅｌｌａｄｅｎｓａ中分离出正三十一碳醇，鲨肝醇和柳珊瑚甾醇３个化合物，正三十一碳醇是在软珊瑚中首次发现。     

复方红景天胶囊组分理化性质的研究

对复方红景天胶囊主要组分红景天和黄芪的理化性质进行了综述。     

THE EFFECT OF ANION ON THE MORPHOLOGY OF ELECTRODE, THE ADSORPTION OF QUINOLINE AND THE SER SPECTRA

The effect of different anion on the morphology of electrode,the adsorption of quinoline and the SER spectra are investigented.The adsortion peak of quinoline appears in cyclic voliammogram in Cl^-(or Br^-) -containing electrolyte,but not in NO3^- solution.We also find that the adsorption of quinoline is correlated with Cl^- concentration.This indicates some complex consity of Cl^- and quinolue are produced on Ag surface.Scanning electron microscopy is used to evaluute differences in surface morphology subjected to ORC treatment in different anion solution.The surjace morphology of Ag elecirode roughened in NO3^- solution on which no SER signal can be lbserved differs greatly from that of Ag electrode which roughened in Cl^-(or Br^-)-containing clectrolyte.

化学分析与仪器分析实验课程教学改革研究——评《化学分析与仪器分析实验》

由谷春秀主编的《化学分析与仪器分析实验》(化学工业出版社2012年出版),是培养学生化学分析与仪器分析实践操作能力的重要指导教材,它的内容既包括实用的化学分析仪器的操作技术和维护保养技术,也包括学生通过化学分析仪器来进行化学实验的教学指导。由此可见,该书能够在技术操作方面给予科学规范的指导,还能够在化学实验课程教学改革的层面充分增进学生科学实验素养和科学实验能力的提升。     

近红外光谱分析技术在烟草化学分析上的应用研究

应用傅立叶变换近红外漫反射光义,对具有代表性的300个烟草样品建立了近红外光谱与总糖、还原糖、尼古丁、总氮4种主要成分含量间的关系模型,经分析样品检验模型,结果表明,各成分近红外预测值与实测值之间的平均相对误差均小于5％,近红外光谱分析技术可初步用于烟草常规化学成分的快速定量分析。     

ICP-AES法测定录音带磁粉中七种痕量元素

用顺序ICP光谱仪测定录音带磁粉中Ca、Mg、Cr、Co、Mn、Zn和Ti等痕量元素。样品用H_2SO_4/H_3PO_4/HNO_3混合酸分解。利用仪器的扫描程序,确定被测元素的分析线及背景校正点波长,并求干扰元素校正系数。估计了七个元素的检出限。测得平均回收率在90～104%之间。
