A—H键振动频率规律性的研究

国内外学者对氢化物A—H键振动频率V_(A-H)规律性的研究做了不少工作,取得一些成果。但对其普遍规律性尚缺乏深入系统的研究,大多公式涉及常数或参数较多,就用面窄,准确性差。文献就分子的整体作用探讨了A—H键振动频率的规律性,取得较为满意的结果,但其中又涉及到另一个需要求算的参数电负性,从而影响了用分子内在性质直接反应振动频率V_(A-H)的规律性。     

缠绕数量子数和A—B相干涉效应

在多连通区域，量子体系的状态应有效的量子数－缠绕数ｋ－存在。在Ａ－Ｂ干涉效应中，干涉花纹在屏幕上极大值的位置应以ｈｃ／ｅ周期性出现，其强度随着缠绕数ｋ的增加而减弱。     

赤霉素的2.5分微分伏安法研究及应用

在０．６５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ硫酸介质中，赤霉素的降解产物－１．０Ｖｖｓ．ＳＣＥ产生一灵敏的２．５次分微分极谱波，探讨了赤霉素降解产物的伏安特性，赤霉素浓度在０．２～８μｇ／ｍＬ范围内与ｅ″值呈良好的线性关系，方法的检出限为０．１μｇ／ｍＬ，已用于试样分析。

本文采用加速度传感器测量振动频谱的原理，对表面振动测量系统的实现进行了较为详细的描述，并用所研制的测振系统进行了实际测量，得到较为理想的实验结果．     

Construction of the HL-2A Tokamak

HL-2A is the first tokamak with divertor in China. The objectives of HL-2A are to produce more adaptable divertor configurations to study energy exhaust and impurity control, and to study enhanced core plasma confinement by profile control and moderate plasma shaping. HL-2A has well optimized operational flexibility and excellent accessi-bility for the diagnostic systems to facilitate various plasma experiments.     

Cu（Ⅱ） effect on the conformation of regenerated silk fibroin in dilute aqueous solution

Much attention has been paid to the natural mechanism of silkworm spinning due to the impressive mechanical properties of the natural fibers. In this work, we studied the effect of Cu（Ⅱ） ions on the secondary structure of Bombyx mori regenerated silk fibroin （SF） in dilute solution by circular dichroism （CD）. The results indicate that a given amount of Cu（Ⅱ） induces the SF conformational transition from random coil to β-sheet, however, further addition of Cu（Ⅱ） is unfavorable for this conversion. Meanwhile, the conformational changes induced by Cu（Ⅱ） follow a nucleation-dependent aggregation mechanism, which is similar to that found in Prion protein （PrP） denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations, leading to the neurodegenerative disease. This work would help one understand further the natural spinning process of silkworm. Additionally, it would be significant for the study of the nervous system diseases, because silk fibroin, extracted in large amounts from Bombyx mori silkworm gland, could be a proper model to study PrP denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations.     

有效抑制癌细胞转移

发现了与癌细胞转移有关的酶 癌细胞一面无限制地繁殖一面转移，不久就会侵入血管或淋巴管并向全身转移。在食道癌的细胞里有一种称为“蛋白磷酸酶（PP2A／Bβ）”的酶，如果抑制这种酶的作用就可以抑制癌细胞的转移。也许在不久的将来，可以制造出划时代的能防止癌细胞转移的药物。
