Magnetic and Transport Properties of Ferromagnetic Semiconductor GaDyN Thin Film

Magnetic properties and temperature dependence of electrical transport properties of rare-earth-metal Dy-doped GaN thin film are experimentally studied with a superconducting quantum interference device magnetometer and van der Pauw method. It was found that this thin nitride film has both semiconductor properties and ferromagnetism from 1OK to room temperature. The dopant-band (conducting band due to doping) electron conduction dominates the transport properties of this film at low temperatures. These results indicate that Dy-doped GaN is an n-type ferromagnetic semiconductor at room temperature.     

双抽运Dicke窄化光谱的研究

研究了囚禁于两透明电介质面间Y型四能级原子在双抽运光作用情形下的吸收光谱。由于原子与腔壁碰撞的消激发效应以及光束的消多谱勒配置,吸收线型具有明显的窄化效应,当强抽运光作用于系统时可出现三峰电磁感应透明。     

萃取精馏分离芳烃和非芳烃技术

<正>技术简介本技术提出了一种新的溶剂,采用萃取精馏方法分离芳烃和非芳烃。新溶剂来源容易,物化性质稳定。采用新溶剂,分离效果明显优于NMP(N-甲基吡啶烷酮),分离后的芳烃和非芳烃可作为基本有机化工原料使用。     

Atomic-scale simulation of nano-grains:structure and diffusion properties

Nanograins are characterized by a typical grain size from lto 100 nm.Mclecular dynamics aimubations have been carried out for the nanograin sphere with the diameters from 1.45 to 10.12 nm.We study the influence of grain size on structure and diffusion properties of the nanograins.The results reveal that as the grain size is reduced,the fraction of grain surface increases significantly,and the surface width is approximately constant；the diffusicn coefficlent is increased sharply,and the relation of the diffusion coefficient and the grain size is close to exponential relation below 10nm.     

介孔网络电路

用二次阳极氧化法制备纳米多孔氧化铝板,然后用磁控溅射方式在纳米多孔氧化铝板表面镀金得到介孔网络电路,对该介孔网络电路进行输运测量,发现其具有非线性电阻.     

Raman properties embeddedof GaSb nanoparticlesin SiO2 films

The Raman shifts of nanocrystalline GaSb excited by an Ar^ ion laser at wavelengths 514.5, 496.5, 488.0, 476.5,and 457.9nm are studied by an SPEX-1403 laser Raman spectrometer respectively, and they are explained by phonon confinement, tensile stress, resonant Raman scattering and quantum size effects. The Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman spectra of GaSb nanocrystals strongly support the Raman feature of GaSb nanocrystals. The calculated optical spectra compare well with experimental data on Raman scattering GaSb nanocrystals.     

磺酸系双子表面活性剂的合成与分离

用两步法与正交试验得出磺酸系双子表面活性剂合成的优化条件.通过重结晶对中间体和最终产品进行分离提纯.分离出中间体α-磺酸月桂酸(简称α-SLA),测得其熔点为49～50℃,在生物显微镜下观察为透明片状晶体,由红外光谱认证结构.合成并分离出目标产品--聚乙二醇(α-磺酸盐)月桂酸单、双酯(简称α-SLPM和α-SLPD),其中后者为磺酸系双子表面活性剂.红外光谱认证,二者熔点测定值均在300℃以上.     

三核铜（I）配合物的合成与荧光光谱

室温下，通过双核配合物[Cu(dppm)(NO3)]2(dppm=双二苯基膦甲烷)与四苯基硼钠在甲醇和二氯甲烷混合溶剂中反应制备了三核铜(I)配合物[Cu3(dppm)3(NO3)(OH)](NO3)，经过红外光谱、热重分析、核磁和ES-MS等现代分析手段表征了配合物的物理化学性质，并进一步研究了配合物在室温下的荧光光谱特征。     

碱蓝6B共振光散射法检测DNA

研究了碱蓝 6B与脱氧核糖核酸在酸性条件下共振光散射特征 ,考察了影响因素和最佳反应条件 ,建立了一种测定纳克级DNA的方法。在四硼酸钠 盐酸 (pH =2 90 )缓冲溶液中 ,线性范围为 10～ 10 0 4 μg·L- 1 ,相关系数为 0 9913,检出限为 4 2 μg·L- 1 ,用于合成样品的测定结果令人满意。
