NaNO3掺杂Y2O3材料的制备及电流变性质

利用NaCO3和Y（NO3）3做主要原料，合成了一系列用稀土氧化物（Y2O3）作为基础材料的新型电流变材料——NaNO3掺杂Y2O3材料。对于这些材料的介电性质、微观结构和电流变性能的研究结果表明，NaNO3的掺杂可以明显地提高Y2O3材料的电流变活性。材料在二甲基硅油中的悬浮液的剪切应力随NaNO3在Y2O3中的掺杂程度有明显变化，当Na／Y（物质的量的比）为0．6时材料的电流变性能最好，     

The uv-Decomposition on a Class of D.C. Functions and Optimality Conditions

In this paper,the UV-theory and P-differential calculus are employed to study second-order ex-pansion of a class of D.C.functions and minimization problems.Under certain conditions,some properties ofthe U-Lagrangian,the second-order expansion of this class of functions along some trajectories are formulated.Some first and second order optimality conditions for the class of D.C.optimization problems are given.     

γ-LiAlO2晶体生长、改性和热学性质研究

采用快速提拉法生长出了透明、完整的γ-LiAlO2晶体,但是晶体的高熔点和易挥发性限制了γ-LiAlO2晶体质量.采用气相传输平衡法(vapor transport equilibration technique,VTE)工艺对晶体改性,半高宽(FWHM)值从116.9arcsec降至44.2arcsec,继续升高VTE处理温度至1300℃,FWHM值反而升高至55.2arcsec.快速提拉法生长出来晶体,[100]方向和[001]方向的热膨胀系数分别为17.2398×10-6/K,10.7664×10-6/K.经过三步VTE处理后[100]和[001]方向热膨胀系数降至16.6539×10-6/K和10.1784×10-6/K.     

Nd：YVO4晶体α向生长研究

采用固-液两相混合，使Nd2o3、Y2O3和V2O5在近常温条件下初步合成Nd：YVO4多晶原料，降低固相合成反应温度，减少V2O5在多晶原料制备过程中的挥发。讨论了α方向V单晶生长条件，采用提拉法，以(100)方向进行单晶生长，得到一系列掺杂浓度的Nd：YVO4单晶。     

Measurement of the Distribution of Magnetic Field in Gyrotron of ECRH System on HL-2A Tokamak

In ECRH system of HL-2A tokamak, we chose a new type of gyrotron imported from Russia. We finished the installation and testing last year with the help of Russian experts. We got a lot of useful data and satisfying results after our experiments with the operating of gyrotron.

设二元函数f(x,y)有稳定点P(x_0,y_0),并设f_(xx)(x_0,y_0)=A,f″_(xy)(x_0,y_0)=B,f″_(yy)(x_0,y_0)=C,△=AC-B~。当△=AC-B~2=0时,f(x,y)在点P(x_0,y_0)处是否有极值的问题,一般教科书都未进行过具体地讨论,本文对这一问题进行了初步地探     

牛顿弦截法预估校正迭代格式的收敛阶

研究如下形式的牛顿弦截法的预估校正(P.C.)格式:P(预估):~xk+1=xk-(xk-xk-1)f(xk)f(xk)-f(xk-1)C(校正):xk+1=xk-(~xk+1-xk)f(xk)f~(xk+1)-f(xk)证明了它的收敛阶为2.618.     

关于局部对称空间中2-调和子流形

本文研究局部对称完备黎曼流形中的紧致2－调和子流形，得到了这类流形第二基本模式长平方的Pinching定理及推广的J．Simons型积分不等式。     

Influences of Thalliation on the Morphology and Critical Temperature of Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 Thin Films

Tl2Ba2CaCu2Ox(Tl-2212) thin films were prepared by the two-step technique.A precursor film was first prepared by the pulsed laser deposition method,and then experienced the incorporation of thalliation in a one-step or two-step annealing process.The experimental results show that the two-step annealing process produces dense and smooth films,and that the one-step annealing process produces a high critical temperature film of 101K,but the transition width is wide.Precursor films with homogeneous Ba2Ca1.3Cu2.1Ox composition are essential for producing high-quality Tl-2212 films.     

基于虚拟仪器的异步串行通信协议的检测方法

在分析基于RS－232C标准的串行异步通信原理的基础上，讨论了利用RVO2100虚拟数字示波器检测串行异步通信协议的方法，并与传统检测方法进行了比较。
