对在建标技术报告中正确贯彻《测量不确定度表示指南》的理解

针对计量人员在贯彻《测量不确定表示指南》,尤其是在撰写“建标技术报告”时遇到的一些体问题,进行了探讨。     

ELASTIC BEHAVIOR OF PROTEIN-LIKE SINGLE CHAIN

The conformational properties and elastic behaviors of protein-like single chains in the process of tensile elongation were investigated by means of Monte Carlo method. The sequences of protein-like single chains contain two types of residues: hydrophobic (H) and hydrophilic (P). The average conformations and thermodynamics statistical properties of protein-like single chains with various elongation ratio λ were calculated. It was found that the mean-square end-to-end distance r increases with elongation ratio,λ. The tensor eigenvalues ratio of : decreases with elongation ratio λ for short (HP)x protein-like polymers, however, the ratio of : increases with elongation ratioλ,especially for long (H)x sequence. Average energy per bond increases with elongation ratioλ, especially for(H)x protein-like single chains. Helmholtz free energy per bond also increases with elongation ratioλ. Elastic force (f), energy contribution to force (fU) and entropy contribution to force (fs) for different protein-like single chains were also calculated.These investigations may provide some insights into elastic behaviors of proteins.     

BLUE LIGHT-EMITTING COIL-ROD-COIL BLOCK OLIGOMERS WITH RIGID p-HEXAPHENYL AS CHROMOPHORE

The synthesis and characterization of coil-rod-coil triblock oligomers, poly（ethylene oxide）-b-p-hexaphenyl-b- poly（ethylene oxide）, are described. The number of repeating ethylene oxide units in each flexible block are 3 （EO3-PHP- EO3）, 8 （EOs-PHP-EO8）, 13 （EO13-PHP-EO13）, and 17 （EO17-PHP-EO17）, respectively. The structures of these oligomers are confirmed by ^1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, EA, and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The introduction of soluble poly（ethylene oxide） coils to the rigid p-hexaphenyl segment significantly improves the solubility of the oligomers, so they can form smooth thin films by spin-coating from their solutions. The oligomers are quite thermally stable and have 1% weight loss temperatures at above 340℃ under nitrogen. They can emit strong blue light in both solution and film state, and have fluorescence quantum yields of about 40% in chloroform. They are expected to have potential applications in optoelectronic devices.     

响应性凝胶及其在药物控释上的应用

综述近年来在响应性凝胶材料研究方面的进展，介绍了能感应ｐＨ、温度、光、电场以及生化物质等外界因素变化的响应性凝胶的结构特点与响应机理，同时介绍了此类凝胶应用于药物控制释放方面的研究近况。     

烟草三维荧光特征和品质评吸的关系

研究不同品种烟草石油醚冷萃取物的三维荧光光谱，包括烟草所共在的荧光性质和各自的荧光特性，寻找它们与烟草香味，颈头等吃味之间的关系，选择合适的量值指标，为烟草品质的 观感官评估提供了一个实用的对照方法。     

枸杞多糖对白血病细胞作用热化学特征研究

用微量热法研究了枸杞多糖对小鼠白血病细胞L1210代谢作用的热化学特征。结果表明，枸杞多糖对L1210细胞代谢有明显的抑制作用，为枸杞在防治肿瘤中的应用提供了可靠的信息。     

α－甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯的合成及其自由基、阴离子聚合的研究

合成了α－甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯（ＡＭＡ），并对其自由基、阴离子聚合进行了探讨。结果发现，该单体难以进行选择性自由基聚合，但可用作多种单体自由基聚合的交联剂。用１，１′－二苯基己基锂在ＴＨＦ中引发ＡＭＡ，可顺利地进行α位双键的选择性阴离子聚合，分子量实测值与计算值基本一致。在较低温度下（≤－６０℃），可得窄分布ＰＡＭＡ（Ｍｗ／Ｍｎ＝１．１２～１．１５）。随聚合温度升高，间同和无规聚合物含量分别呈下降和上升趋势。ＧＰＣ、１ＨＮＭＲ及ＦＴＩＲ鉴定表明，用阴离子聚合法可得到溶于多种溶剂、每个重复单元上均定量带有烯丙基双键的窄分布官能性ＰＡＭＡ。     

有机官能化MSU-x孔分子筛的界面特征

MSU- x是自 M41S系列介孔分子筛问世以来所合成的另一类新型介孔分子筛材料 ,它具有三维立体交叉排列的 " worm- like"孔道结构特征及采用中性模板剂、廉价无毒等诸多合成优点 [1～ 4],有着潜在的应用价值 .为了改善纯硅的介孔材料的表面和孔道性质 ,扩大其应用领域 ,除了在骨架引入金属离子或在其孔道中负载催化活性物质外 ,对介孔材料进行有机官能化制备无机-有机杂化材料改善其骨架和孔道性质是当前研究的热点之一 [5].正是由于活性有机基团的存在 ,使得这些材料可直接用于催化反应 ,或作为中间介质成为其它络合离子的主体 .由于有机基…     

Description of the Structure and Properties of Atactic Polystyrene Melt Using Integral Equation Theory

The polymer reference interaction site model （PRISM） integral equation theory was used to describe the structure and thermodynamic properties of atactic polystyrene （aPS） melt, in which the monomer of aPS is represented with an eight-site model to characterize its microstructure. The intramolecular structure factors needed in the PRISM calculations were obtained from single chain MD simulations. The calculated results indicate that the results by the integral equation method agrees well with experiments, and can reflect the fine microscopic structure of real aPS melt. This work shows that the PRISM theory is a powerful tool for investigating the structure and properties of complex polymers.     

Effects of Self—coiling of Organic Molecules on Intramolecular Exciplex Formation and Fluoresscence Quenching in DX—H2O Solvent System

Effects of self-coiling of organic molecules on intramolecular exciplex formation of compound I,in which the carbazole chromophore and terephthalic acid methylester acceptor group are linked by one (CH2)10 chain,and the decrease of the fluorescence intensities of compounds Ⅱ，Ⅲ，and Ⅳ,in which the carbazole chromophore and 3,5-dinitrobenzoate are connected by one aliphatic chain of (CH2)10 (Ⅱ），（CH2）12（Ⅲ）,or (CH2)4(Ⅳ）,have been studied in the dioxane (DX)-H2O binary system.The results show that self-coiling of organic molecules in DX-H2O facilitates intramolecular exciplex formation of I and induces the decrease of fluorescence intensities of Ⅱ,bacause of the proximity effect brought about by selfcoiling of organic molecules under hydrophobic-lipophilic interaction(HLI) between the excited carbazole chromophore and the acceptor.Since the similar effects are observed even when the concentration of the probes are less than their CAgCs(critical aggregate concentrations )in the DX-H2O mixture with the same φ values,formation of the intermolecular exciplex has been excluded.The effects are found to be strongly depended on φ values,indication that they are mainly driven by HLI.The properties of the acceptors can also affect the intramolecular exciplex formation.With terephthalic acid methylester moiety as the acceptor,the carbazole chromophore exhibits the fluorescence spectra of the exciplex,while with 3,5-dinitrobenzoate moiety as the acceptor,only the fluorescence spectra of excited carbazolyl chromophore are observed.
