110kv及其以下的油浸电力变压器的优化设计

变压器的优化设计是变压器设计的核心,根据变压器自身的特征,通常采用遗传算法进行优化。本系统通过采用改进GA的父代参与竞争的最优保存遗传算法进行优化,得到了几乎必然收敛的优化效果。     

Facile non‐lithographic route to highly aligned silica nanopatterns using unidirectionally aligned polystyrene‐block‐polydimethylsiloxane films

Thin films (monolayer and bilayer) of cylinder forming polystyrene‐block‐polydimethylsiloxane (PS‐b‐PDMS) were shear aligned by the swelling and deswelling of a crosslinked PDMS pad that was physically adhered to the film during solvent vapor annealing. The nanostructures formed by self‐assembly were exposed to ultraviolet‐ozone to partially oxidize the PDMS, followed by calcination in air at 500 °C. In this process, the PS segments were fully decomposed, while the PDMS yielded silica nanostructures. The highly aligned PDMS cylinders were thus deposited as silica nanolines on the silicon substrate. Using a bilayer film, the center‐to‐center distance of these features were effectively halved from 38 to 19 nm. Similarly, by sequential shear‐alignment of two distinct layers, a rhombic array of silica nanolines was fabricated. GaN氢化物气相外延生长系统的设计与制作

根据GaN氢化物气相外延生长(HVPE)的原理,设计制作了双温区卧式HVPE系统．根据实际生长中出现的问题和CaN样品的测试情况,对系统进行了逐步的调试和改进．     

Roles of SiH4 and SiF4 in growth and structural changes of poly-Si films

The structural properties of polycrystalline silicon films, prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition system, with different flow rates of SiH₄/SiF₄ mixtures at 300 °C were investigated. This study indicates that the low hydrogen coverage on the growing surface, under optimum fluorine radicals, will be leaded to an improvement of crystallized area as compared with case of high hydrogen coverage surface. Moreover, the studies of the role of SiH₄ and SiF₄ radicals show that the SiH₄ radicals are important in the nucleation and growth of grains. However, SiF₄ radicals are effective in the structural change of grain boundaries regions and by this way, in the present system, establish the growth of grains under the dominant 〈1 1 0〉 direction. The stress investigation indicates that addition of high flow rate of SiF₄ in amorphous film, results in the nearly stress free films. Finally, we found that the changes in g-value reflect the changes in the intrinsic compressive and tensile stress in the both polycrystalline and amorphous silicon films.     

200MW汽轮发电机组进油问题初析

对国产200MW汽轮发电机组普遍存在的向机内进油及密封油系统运行不稳定等问题进行了较为详细的分析,指出发电机氢侧回油腔窄小,回油不畅,密封瓦及内油挡安装不良;平衡阀灵敏度低,可靠性差;压差阀发卡发涩,跟踪性能差;密封油箱补排油不畅等因素是造成上述问题的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。     

Cosmic dust and our origins

The small solid particles in the space between the stars provide the surfaces for the production of many simple and complex molecules. Processes involving the effects of ultraviolet irradiation of the thin (hundredth micron) mantles are shown to produce a wide range of molecules and ions also seen in comets. Some of the more complex ones inferred from laboratory experiments are expected to play an important role in the origin of life. An outline of the chemical evolution of interstellar dust as observed and as studied in the laboratory is presented. Observations of comets are shown to provide substantial evidence for their being fluffy aggregates of interstellar dust as it was in the protosolar nebula, i.e. the interstellar cloud which collapsed to form the solar system. The theory that comets may have brought the progenitors of life to the earth is summarized.     

Structure and properties of the mesophase of syndiotactic polystyrene—III. Selective sorption of the mesophase of syndiotactic polystyrene

Syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS) has various crystalline forms such as α, β, γ, and δ forms, and a mesophase depending on the preparation method. In this study, we focused on the mesophase with the molecular cavity of sPS, which is obtained by step‐wise extraction of the guest molecules from the sPS δ form. To prepare the mesophase containing different shapes and sizes of the cavity, two kinds of the sPS δ form membrane cast from either toluene or chloroform solution were first prepared and then the guest molecules were removed by a step‐wise extraction method using acetone and methanol. We could succeed in the preparation of two kinds of mesophase with different shapes and sizes of the molecular cavity. Either toluene or chloroform vapor sorption to the sPS mesophase membranes was examined at 25 °C. Sorption analysis indicates that the mesophase with large molecular cavities can mainly sorb large molecules; on the other hand, the mesophase with small cavities can sorb only the small molecules, and is unable to sorb a large amount of large molecule because the cavity was too small to sorb the large molecules. Therefore, the sPS mesophase membrane has sorption selectivity based on the size of the molecular cavity. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part B: Polym Phys 42: 238–245, 2004     

抗癌药物蓖麻油提取物的气相色谱分析

文[1]曾报道将蓖麻油提取物精制品制成乳剂和多相脂质体,进行动物体内外抗癌活性实验,结果表明该提取物具有较强的抗癌活性,但其抗癌活性成分的组成和含量尚不清楚.本实验就蓖麻油提取物的组成和含量进行气相色谱分析.     

透湿过程中织物的润湿和散湿作用

采用蒸发和吸湿法测量多种织物的透湿速率，并且仔细研究用蒸发法时，织物润湿程度在透湿过程中的变化，发现织物在透湿过程中的润湿和放湿，以及织物的表面性状是影响其放湿速率的非常重要的因素。     

新疆野生黑加仑与马林果实的营养成分分析

通过对新疆野生黑加仑和野生马林的脂肪油，8种微量元素，17种氨基酸以及维生素C的含量进行测定得出：黑加仑脂肪油含量为17．9％，马林的脂肪油含量为22．3％，其中，黑加仑脂肪油中，r－亚麻酸的含量为19．02％，而马林中，其含量为9．40％，黑加仑中K，Na,Ca,Cu,Zn,Fe的含量比马林中的含量高，而Mn,Mg元素的含量却比马林含量低；马林的维生素C含量为16．22mg/g，黑加仑的含量为108mg/g，黑加仑的氨基酸的总量为1．63％，马林为1．14％。
