双DC-DC变换器在爆闪式警示信号灯上的应用

本文探讨利用双DC-DC变换器去解决单级DC-DC变换器在宽电压范围工作时开关效率降低,开关器件不能正常工作,甚至损坏的问题。在现有信号灯的基础上,设计出一种寿命长、适应宽电压范围、功能齐全,便于生产、管理、使用、维修的爆闪式警示信号灯。     

Photorefractive Four-Wave Mixing Switches Utilizing Pockels Effect -Longitudinal and Lateral Switches-

We carried out detailed calculations for photorefractive wave-mixing switches based on one of three crystals with high electro-optic coefficients, namely, BaTiO₃, Strontium Barium Niobate (SBN (0.75)), and Potasium Sodium Strontium Barium Niobate (KNSBN). A comparison of results for the three crystals shows that a 0_-cut BaTiO³ crystal is suitable for a longitudinal switch and requires a voltage of about 80 for a 2-mm-thick crystal to induce sufficient phase mismatch. The electrodes must be transparent for the incident and diffracted beams. A 45_-cut SBN (0.75) crystal, however, is suitable for a lateral switch and requires a voltage of about 150 for a 1-mm-wide crystal. The electrodes do not need to be transparent.     

毛细管放电X光激光装置中的预脉冲电源

 针对目前毛细管放电X 光激光装置产生的预脉冲电流幅值过大、持续时间较短的问题，提出了增加预脉冲开关抑制原有预脉冲，再外加由脉冲成形网络组成的预脉冲发生器，产生所需预脉冲的改造方案。可在主脉冲来临之前产生幅度10~50A，持续时间约17μs的方波预脉冲电流，来满足毛细管放电泵浦类氖氩X光激光实验的需要。     

白炽灯延寿节电开关

运用交流电路中线圈的自感特性，制成一种白炽灯的延寿节电开关，它可消除白炽灯起动瞬间的浪涌电流，延长白炽灯寿命，节约用电。     

Cr^4＋：YAG可饱和吸收特性测量

测量了Cr4+:YAG材料的可饱和吸收特性,用多种数据分析方法处理了实验结果,Cr4+:YAG的基态吸收截面σgs=11×10-19cm2,激发态吸收截面σes=1.2×10-19cm2。     

稳态锁模产生4ps激光脉冲

首次利用ＧａＡｓ光电导开关，控制Ｎｄ：ＹＬＦ激光器腔内Ｑ值，实现稳态锁模，获得脉宽和能量稳定性极高的４ｐｓ激光脉冲。     

Transfer matrix approach of vibration isolation analysis of periodic composite structure

The transmission properties of elastic waves propagating in a three-dimensional composite structure embedded periodically with spherical inclusions are analyzed by the transfer matrix method in this paper. Firstly, the periodic composite structures are divided into many layers, the transfer matrix of monolayer structure is deduced by the wave equations, and the transfer matrix of the entire structure is obtained in the case of boundary conditions of displacement and stress continuity between layers. Then, the effective impedance of the structure is analyzed to calculate its reflectivity and transmissivity of vibration isolation. Finally, numerical simulation is carried out; the experiment results validate the accuracy and feasibility of the method adopted in the paper and some useful conclusions are obtained. LaB6在低压强氮气和氦气中的放电特性

 研究了LaB₆在1~10 Pa氮气和氦气中的直流和脉冲放电特性以及放电过程对电极的影响。结果表明，电极直径为5 mm的LaB6氦气放电管在脉冲工作状态下可以长期稳定放电。在脉冲电压为2.2 kV、脉冲宽度10 ms、频率13.3 Hz下，脉冲峰值放电电流超过120 A。氦气放电管在放电过程中，阴极表面有离子的清洗和活化作用，可以使电极的表面逸出功降低，提高放电管的发射能力和稳定性。LaB₆作为气体放电电极具有寿命长、延迟时间短、放电电流大等优点，可用于重复强流脉冲气体放电的高压高速开关器件。     

开关结构对a-SiTFT-LCD光学特性的影响

分析非晶硅薄膜晶体管在a-SiTFT-LCD中的开关特性，讨论这种开关结构中的主要功能膜材料尺寸与性能参量、光刻制备工艺，存储电容以及栅脉冲延迟效应等对a-SiTFT-LCD的通断电流比，信号响应与保持特性，图像亮度与对比度等光学特性的影响。     

一种高精度低功耗流水线ADC开关电容电路

提出一种新的电容失配校正方案及功耗驱动的OTA设计思路,通过对虚地电容的修正,将电容失配因子在取样保持系统中去除,达到提高电容匹配程度,降低OTA增益误差的要求,使开关电容部分的瞬态功耗下降.本文采用TSMC 0.18μm工艺设计了一个8位,取样速率为200MHz的流水线结构模数转换器作为验证电路,仿真结果说明此优化结构符合高精度和低功耗要求,可应用到流水线等高速模数转换电路中作为信号前端处理模块使用.
