A newly nonenzymatic sensor for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) based on the (Au‐HS/SO3H‐PMO (Et)) nanocomposite is demonstrated. The electrochemical properties of the as‐prepared nanocomposite were studied. It displayed an excellent performance towards H2O2 sensing in the linear response range from 0.20 µM to 4.30 mM (R=0.9999) with a sensitivity of 6.35×102 µA µM?1 cm?2 and a low detection limit of 0.0499 µM. Furthermore, it was not affected by electroactive interference species. These features proved that the modified electrode was suitable for determination of H2O2.  相似文献

In this article we report the synthesis of new periodic mesoporous organosilicas (PMOs) with the co-existence of diurea and sulfanilamide-bridged organosilica that are potentially useful for controlled drug release system. The materials possess hexagonal pores with a high degree of uniformity and show long-range order as confirmed by the measurements of small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), N2 adsorption isotherms, and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). FT-IR and solid state 29Si MAS and 13C CP MAS NMR spectroscopic analyses proved that the bridging groups in the framework are not cleaved and covalently attached in the walls of the PMOs. It was found that the organic functionality could be introduced in a maximum of 10 mol% with respect to the total silicon content and be thermally stable up to 230 °C. The synthesized materials were shown to be particularly suitable for adsorption and desorption of hydrophilic/hydrophobic drugs from a phosphate buffer solution at pH 7.4.  相似文献

高度定域的、对称的、键轨道基组的建立是一个多步的计算程序:(1)以定域片断轨道[φk,φi,φj]为基,对分子作有条件的RHF运算,算得FUL和DSI°态的片断分子轨道[Φ°l',Φ°n,Φ°m]和[Φl,Φn,Φm]。在基组[φk,φi,φj]中,φi∈双占据和空σ片断分子轨道(FMOs)组,φj∈πFMO组,φk∈单占据σFMO组,它们都精确地定域在各自的片断内;(2)利用Φ°l'与Φ°l间的重叠积分值(Sl'l>0.5),可以从DSI°态中,自动地选出Ns个对称的、由单占据轨道线性组合而成的分子轨道Φ°l'=Σakl'φk(k=1,2,…,Ns),接着,用Φ°l'取代FUL态中同类的、非对称轨道组Φl=Σaklφk(k=1,2,…,Ns);(3)以上述新的轨道组[Φ°l',Φn,Φm]为基(其中,Φ°l'∈DSI°态,它们离域于整个分子;双占据及空σFMO组Φm和πFMO组Φm属于FUL态),按FUL态的条件,再次对分子作有条件的RHF运算,从中得到一组对称的、闭壳层正则FMOs,而且每一个FMO均有正确的电子占据数;(4)利用Perkin原理,将第3步所得的正则FMO组定域成一个对称的键轨道基组[Φl',Φn',Φm']。在这个基组中,π体系Φm'与σ构架Φn'是彻底分离的,而且这两个轨道组始终精确地定域在各自的片断内。  相似文献

Calculations at several levels of ab initio molecular orbital theory have been carried out on 20 polycyclic aryl nitrenium ions of general structure ArNH+ and containing from two to four condensed rings. Electronic interactions between the aryl ring and the NH+ group stabilize all ions relative to PhNH+ by amounts varying from 14 to 40 kcal mol−1 depending on the ring system and on the site of substitution. Apart from a few symmetrical cases, the ions exist in distinct syn and anti configurations, separated by substantial inversion barriers. At the HF/6‐31G(d) level, the latter are predicted to lie in the rather narrow range of 27.8±2.0 kcal mol−1. The properties of materials confined in porous media are important in scientific and technological aspects. Topology, size, and surface polarity of the pores play a critical role in the confinement effects, however, knowledge regarding the guest–pore interface structure is still lacking. Herein, we show that the molecular mobility of water confined in periodic mesoporous organosilicas (PMOs) is influenced by the polarity of the organic moiety. Multidimensional solid‐state NMR spectroscopy directly probes the spatial arrangement of water inside the pores, showing that water interacts either with only the silicate layer or with both silicate and organic layers depending on the alternating surface polarity. A modulated and a uniform pore filling mode are proposed for different types of PMOs.  相似文献
