一种适应运动前景的快速行人检测算法

针对智能监控视频中行人的运动特性和基本HOG加SVM人体检测算法的特点,将运动目标检测算法融入基本的HOG加SVM人体检测算法。首先,利用运动目标检测算法确定运动区域矩形窗,并扩大调整矩形窗尺寸获得ROI窗口;然后,根据运动区域尺寸与训练样本尺寸的差距调整ROI窗口的首级窗口缩放因子,并对ROI窗口进行人体检测。实验结果表明,本文算法优于基本的HOG加SVM人体检测算法,具有良好的实时性和适应性。     

多功能窗户控制系统的设计和应用

针对传统窗户缺少智能化功能的缺陷,以STC89C52单片机为控制核心,设计了一种根据环境参量自动开关窗户的多功能窗户控制系统。通过硬件设计及软件编程,可实现定时、光控、防雨、防烟、防盗、遥控等实用功能。在实验室环境下(温度15 ℃,湿度30%),对系统进行模拟测试,实验测试结果表明,设计的系统达到了预期效果。     

Optimal Groomings with Grooming Ratios Six and Seven

Grooming uniform all‐to‐all traffic in optical (SONET) rings with grooming ratio C requires the determination of a decomposition of the complete graph into subgraphs each having at most C edges. The drop cost of such a grooming is the total number of vertices of nonzero degree in these subgraphs, and the grooming is optimal when the drop cost is minimum. The determination of optimal C‐groomings has been considered for , and completely solved for . For , it has been shown that the lower bound for the drop cost of an optimal C‐grooming can be attained for almost all orders with 5 exceptions and 308 possible exceptions. For , there are infinitely many unsettled orders; especially the case is far from complete. In this paper, we show that the lower bound for the drop cost of a 6‐grooming can be attained for almost all orders by reducing the 308 possible exceptions to 3, and that the lower bound for the drop cost of a 7‐grooming can be attained for almost all orders with seven exceptions and 16 possible exceptions. Moreover, for the unsettled orders, we give upper bounds for the minimum drop costs.     

Scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy on Au nanoparticles assembled using lauryl amine (LAM) and octadecane thiol (ODT)

In this report, we demonstrate scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy on thin films of lauryl amine (LAM) and octadecane thiol (ODT) protected gold nanoparticles. We show that the zero current in the I-V curves (measure of Coulomb blockade (CB) of the nanoparticles) depends on the properties of the spacer molecule. In both the cases the gap voltage and the tunneling current at which the images are obtained are quite different which is further confirmed from the fitting performed based on the orthodox theory. The values for the capacitance and charging energy obtained from the fitting for ODT capped particles are comparable to the values obtained using spherical capacitor model. In contrast, values of these parameters were found to differ for LAM capped nanoparticles. While imaging, ODT capped nanoparticles were observed to drag along the scan direction leading to ordering of particles. Images of LAM capped gold nanoparticles show local ordering in self-assembly of particles although no evidence of large scale ordering in spatial Fourier transform was seen. These observations suggest that nanoparticles with larger CB would be imaged nonevasively in contrast to small CB systems for which tip induced effects will be dominant. In both the systems the current was found to rise faster than theoretical curves based on the orthodox theory suggesting that mechanism of charge transfer in this case may involve field emission rather than tunneling through a rectangular barrier. An attempt has been made to explain charge transfer based on Fowler-Nordheim (F-N) plots of the I-V curves.     

Twisted Poincaré Duality for some Quadratic Poisson Algebras

We exhibit a Poisson module restoring a twisted Poincaré duality between Poisson homology and cohomology for the polynomial algebra endowed with Poisson bracket arising from a uniparametrised quantum affine space. This Poisson module is obtained as the semiclassical limit of the dualising bimodule for Hochschild homology of the corresponding quantum affine space. As a corollary we compute the Poisson cohomology of R, and so retrieve a result obtained by direct methods (so completely different from ours) by Monnier. Rota–Baxter Algebras and New Combinatorial Identities

The word problem for an arbitrary associative Rota–Baxter algebra is solved. This leads to a noncommutative generalization of the classical Spitzer identities. Links to other combinatorial aspects are indicated.      

The Sixth Painlevé Equation as Similarity Reduction of $${\widehat{\mathfrak{gl}}_3}$$ Generalized Drinfel’d–Sokolov Hierarchy

Scaling symmetry of -type Drinfel’d–Sokolov hierarchy is investigated. Applying similarity reduction to the hierarchy, one can obtain the Schlesinger equation with (n + 1) regular singularities. Especially in the case of n = 3, the hierarchy contains the three-wave resonant system and the similarity reduction gives the generic case of the Painlevé VI equation. We also discuss Weyl group symmetry of the hierarchy.      

生物质碳点的合成及初步用于盐酸土霉素的测定(英文)

以活性炭为碳源,过氧化氢和醋酸为混合氧化剂,通过化学氧化法合成了碳点。经过乙醚提取纯化,并用聚乙二醇2000进一步钝化,碳点性能得到了改善。最终制得的碳点在316 nm处激发时,最大发射波长出现在435 nm左右,其荧光量子产率为19.6%。盐酸土霉素对碳点有猝灭作用,据此实现了对土霉素的测定。该方法线性关系良好(r=0.998 6),回收率在98.0%~102.0%(RSD=1.7%),检测限达1.4×10-3μg·mL-1。     

小波变换及其芯片研究

介绍了小波变换在图像处理上的应用,多方面介绍了其主流芯片的结构、特点,列举了各芯片的典型应用方案,提出了根据小波芯片在系统设计时要解决的问题,并展望了小波芯片的发展方向.     

cdma2000 1x EV-DO下行无线链路预算

1x EV-DO是cdma2000 1x系统的演进,在cdma2000 1x的基础上能够提供高速移动数据传输业务.本文简要介绍了1x EV-DO的技术特点和前向链路的时隙结构,并对前向链路在不同传输速率条件下所能达到的覆盖范围进行了估算,结合估算结果对1x EV-DO系统进行实例分析,分析结果说明1x EV-DO系统很难提供3G标准所规定的静止环境2048kbit/s的无线接入速率,只有当用户数有限且传输信道质量优良的条件下,才有可能提供大约600kbit/s的最高无线接入速率.
