Herein, we present a compact transversal bandpass filter (BPF) with an extremely wide upper stopband and multiple transmission zeros (TZ). Three signal transmission paths with shorted stubs and open-coupled lines allow signal transmission from input port to output port. Two resonant modes can be excited simultaneously and managed easily for bandpass response. Eleven TZs are achieved via transmission path cancelation; an extremely wide upper stopband with an attenuation level better than –12 dB is achieved up to 11.7 f0, where f0 is the center frequency (CF). In addition, bandwidth and CF can be controlled by adjusting electrical lengths. For proof of concept, a wideband BPF centered at 1.04 GHz with 3 dB fractional bandwidths of 49.2% was designed, fabricated, and evaluated. Wide bandgap polymer D18 with narrow photon harvesting in visible light range and small molecule N3 with near-infrared photon harvesting are adopted for building semitransparent organic photovoltaics (OPVs). To find out the optimal D18:N3 weight ratio for semitransparent OPVs, series of opaque OPVs are built with a varied D18:N3 weight ratio. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) and fill factor can be maintained over 16% and 77% in the D18:N3 (0.7:1.6, wt/wt) based opaque OPVs, respectively. The average visible transmittance (AVT) of the corresponding blend films can be achieved over 50%, demonstrating the great potential in fabricating efficient semitransparent OPVs. The semitransparent OPVs based on D18:N3 (0.7:1.6, wt/wt) are fabricated by using 1 nm Au/(10, 15, 20 nm) Ag as cathode. The thickness of Ag layers is varied to balance the optical properties and electrical properties of semitransparent top electrode. The semitransparent OPVs with 10 nm Ag achieve the highest light utilization efficiency of 2.90% with a PCE of 12.91% and an AVT of 22.49%, which should be among the best performance of reported semitransparent OPVs. This work demonstrates that the wide bandgap polymer donor with narrow photon harvesting in visible light range has great potential in preparing efficient semitransparent OPVs. 相似文献

提出了一种基于等效磁表面的层叠型介质天线,同时具有宽带和高增益等特点。设计采用两片高介电常数的薄介质片,构造出两个等效磁表面,结合金属地的等效电表面,可以在“电-磁"以及“磁-磁"的边界条件中获得两个独立的TEy111 模式。通过合并这两个模式可以有效拓展天线的工作带宽,同时,等效磁表面的引入还可以提高天线的增益。天线的仿真和测试结果一致性良好,其|S11|<-10 dB 的相对带宽约为36%,最大增益在6.3 GHz 处达到8.4 dBi。另外,该天线的辐射单元均由低损耗的介质构成,辐射效率高,使其在未来无线通信系统中具备一定的应用前景。 相似文献

In this paper, a compact microstrip lowpass filter (LPF) using triangle-shaped resonators is presented. The designed LPF includes three symmetric triangle-shaped resonators to provide a suitable passband and sharp response. A suppressing unit composed of several suppressing cells is designed to obtain a wide rejection band and low insertion loss in the passband. The fabricated LPF has been measured and indicts that it has −3 dB cut off frequency at 5.15 GHz. The rejection band has been expended from 5.51 GHz to 43.2 GHz with maximally flat return loss in this region nearby to 0 dB. Also, simulation and experimental results show that the proposed filter has a very flat group delay in the passband, which is the minimum value in comparison with the published works since 2017. 相似文献

As a next generation of detection technology, terahertz technology is very promising. In this work, a highly efficient terahertz wave absorber based on 3D graphene foam (3DG) is first reported. Excellent terahertz absorption property at frequency ranging from 0.1 to 1.2 THz is obtained owing to faint surface reflection and enormous internal absorption. By precise control of the constant properties for 3DG, the reflection loss (RL) value of 19 dB is acquired and the qualified frequency bandwidth (with RL value over 10 dB) covers 95% of the entire measured bandwidth at normal incidence, which far surpasses most reported materials. More importantly, the terahertz absorption performance of 3DG enhances obviously with increasing the incidence while majority of materials become invalid at oblique incidence, instead. At the incidence of 45°, the maximum RL value increases 50% from 19 to 28.6 dB and the qualified frequency bandwidth covers 100% of the measured bandwidth. After considering all core indicators involving density, qualified bandwidth, and RL values, the specific average terahertz absorption (SATA) property is investigated.
