染料激光器双折射调谐器设计讨论

本文对染料激光用调谐器进行了理论分析,提出了同时兼顾调谐灵敏度,输出光强度及输出激光线宽等因素的综合设计方案。     

Probabilistic linear models for multiresolution estimation in gray-level images

A multiresolution analysis of digital gray-level images is presented. A gray-level multi-scale framework is determined from two main assumptions: the gray scale is binary at the finest spatial resolution, and the gray levels of composed regions are obtained additively. In order to interrelate the gray-level histograms of the same image at different resolutions, probabilistic linear models are developed, which are then applied for estimation. Linear-optimization theory is used as a way of constructing such models. A general procedure for image processing is sketched, based on gray-level estimation. A versatile algorithm for nonlinear filtering is derived. A New Method for Rotation and Brightness Invariant Pattern Recognition Based on Modified Multiple Circular Harmonic Expansions

A new method for rotation and brightness invariant pattern recognition was proposed by applying multiple circular harmonic expansions to the joint transform correlator. The amplitudes of the multiple orders of circular harmonic expansions made from a detecting image were synthetically modified to respond to the same auto-correlation peaks. These modified circular harmonic expansions were arranged in the input plane as reference patterns together with an arbitrary target pattern, and the correlation signals between them were calculated in the subtracted joint transform correlator. The fraction of the correlation-peak intensities between the target and the references were extracted as a new discrimination parameter. This new parameter performs pattern recognition under rotation and brightness invariance with good discriminability. Its high discriminability has been proved in computer simulations using the face image patterns of many individuals.     

直接基于灰度图象的多尺度角点检测方法

在计算机视觉领域中角点特征的提取具有相当重要的地位，因为角点包含了丰富的信息。本文提出了一种新的利用微分几何和小波变换的多尺度角点检测方法，它具有以下特点：一是无须提取边缘图象，而是直接在灰度图象上提取角点。二是由于利用了小波变换技术从多个尺度上进行角点的提取，所以它既较为有效的抑制了由于噪音等原因造成的诸多错误角点位置的出现，又能得到较为精确的有用角点位置。最后通过实验证明了本算法有效性。     

基于小波基优化和动态比特分配的数字音频压缩编码方案

提出了一种新颖的基于自适应小波基优化选择和心理声学模型相结合的数字音频信号的透明质量编码方法，保证固定失真水平上使每帧信号的变换系数的动态分配的比特数最少，并且利用动态码本的方法来消除音频信号的统计冗余，进一步压缩比特率，对于抽样率为４４．１ｋＨｚ每样值用１６比特线性码表示的光盘单声道音乐信号可以压缩到６４ｋＢＰＳ左右。     

正交小波包的构造

本文给出尺度因子ａ＝４时正交小波包的构造，推广了［２，４］引入的正交小波包，并给出相应的分解与再构造算法．本文引入的正交小波包具有保持信号ｆ∈Ｌ^２的线性相位，也讨论了尺度因子ａ＝ｋ（ｋ∈Ｚ，ｋ≥２）正交小波的构造     

Production and characterization of refractive index gratings in high-birefringence fibre optics

In this work, we report production and modelling of both Bragg gratings and rocking filters in high birefringence fibre optics. Bragg gratings are produced by UV (257.0 nm) external interferometric exposition of a frequency-doubled Ar⁺ ion laser, whereas for rocking filters formation the visible Ar⁺ ion laser lines in 488.0 and 514.5 nm are used in an internal method. The spectral characteristics due to the birefringence properties are studied through numerical methods and experimental techniques. The spectral responsivity of the structures under temperature changes and stress application is presented.     

一种新的$1/f$过程小波模型

给出了一种新的二进小波1/f过程模型,从理论上证明了一类谱指数为H的近似1/f过程可通过一簇平稳随机过程产生.由于所提方法利用了1/f过程小波系数的相关性,因而有效地减少了合成1/f过程的谱误差.数值实验结果表明,新模型很好地改进了已有模型.     

波分复用系统中的交错复用器(Interleaver)技术

鉴于波分复用技术已成为光纤通信的发展方向，介绍几种新型的交错复用器的原理、结构等情况，对各种器件进行了比较。
