This study deals with the use of ethanol as washing solvent in the preparation of the silica gels from sodium silicate in order to enhance the textural properties, especially surface area. We here examined the effect of ethanol-washing on surface area, micro- and mesopore volume, and average pore size. The silica xerogels prepared from sodium silicate solution exhibited an extremely high surface area of 1139 m2/g by washing their hydrogels with ethanol. Compared to water-washed xerogels, ethanol-washed xerogels showed higher surface areas, total pore volumes, and larger average pore sizes. Unlike the surface area of water-washed xerogel, that of the ethanol-washed xerogel was not affected by the silica concentration of initial solution. This study indicates that the textural properties of sodium silicate-derived xerogels are further enhanced by using ethanol as washing solvent.  相似文献

A model microassay system was developed to measure indigo backstaining on cotton fabrics in the presence of enzymes on a small laboratory scale. Backstaining indexes for 11 cellulase samples were measured, and the enzymes were ranked from lower to higher backstaining. Two multienzyme cellulase preparations were separated into fractions using chromatofocusing on a Mono P column. Adsorption ability and backstaining properties of purified enzyme fractions were studied. Evidence was obtained that protein adsorption on cotton fabrics is a crucial parameter causing backstaining (both for crude cellulase samples and purified enzyme components).  相似文献

The solubilization of benzo[a]pyrene by organic solvents (dioxane, toluene and dichloromethane) and a surfactant (Triton X-100) was investigated. These media were successfully used for the determination of benzo[a]pyrene using fluorescence detection, with excellent limits of detection and large linear analytical ranges. Benzo[a]pyrene was detected in coal washing waters using liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. The stability of this compound in dioxane was also examined.  相似文献

以SiO_2/Al_2O_3物质的量比为50的HZSM-5分子筛为原粉,经过一定浓度的NaOH溶液处理后再使用柠檬酸溶液进行酸洗以制备微孔-介孔多级孔HZSM-5催化剂,并研究其在模拟油中的噻吩烷基化反应性能。结果表明,使用柠檬酸溶液进行酸洗可以清除碱处理后孔道内残余的杂质。当柠檬酸溶液浓度为0.5 mol/L时,此时得到的HZ(AC-0.5)催化剂具有适宜的孔径和酸性,因而噻吩烷基化转化率最高,达到95.6%。在HZ(AC-0.5)催化剂上以苯并噻吩作为噻吩衍生物模型化合物,异戊二烯作为烯烃模型化合物,苯作为芳烃模型化合物,分别考察噻吩烷基化反应性能,并分析不同组分的模拟油对噻吩烷基化反应转化率和选择性的影响。结果表明,噻吩烷基化的最佳反应温度是120℃,在该温度下苯并噻吩烷基化的转化率高于噻吩烷基化的转化率,当异戊二烯作为烯烃模型化合物后噻吩的转化率会升高,当苯作为芳烃模型化合物后噻吩的转化率会降低。  相似文献

以镍钴氢氧化物、异丙醇铝为原料,采用水解法合成三元前驱体Ni_(0.88)Co_(0.07)Al_(0.05)O_2,再与锂盐混合烧结得到正极材料(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、能量色散X射线谱(EDS)和恒电流充放电测试等对样品的晶体结构、微观形貌、元素价态以及电化学性能进行表征。研究表明,料液比1∶25、水洗3次、600℃回烧2 h合成的LiNi_(0.88)Co_(0.07)Al_(0.05)O_2具有较优的综合电化学性能,其在0.2C的放电比容量达207.6 mAh·g~(-1),首次充放电效率为84.8%,1C放电比容量为192.0 mAh·g~(-1),循环100周后,材料的放电比容量仍有148.0 mAh·g~(-1),容量保持率达到77.1%。  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted soil washing processes were investigated for the removal of heavy metals (Cu, Pb, and Zn) in real contaminated soils using HCl and EDTA. The ultrasound-assisted soil washing (US/Mixing) process was compared with the conventional soil washing (Mixing) process based on the mechanical mixing. High removal efficiency (44.8% for HCl and 43.2% for EDTA) for the metals was obtained for the most extreme conditions (HCl 1.0 M or EDTA 0.1 M and L:S = 10:1) in the Mixing process. With the aide of ultrasound, higher removal efficiency (57.9% for HCl and 50.0% for EDTA) was obtained in the same extreme conditions and similar or higher removal efficiency (e.g., 54.7% for HCl 0.5 M and L:S = 10:1 and 50.5% for EDTA 0.05 M and L:S = 5:1) was achieved even in less extreme conditions (lower HCl or EDTA concentration and L:S ratio). Therefore, it was revealed that the US/Mixing was advantageous over the conventional Mixing processes in terms of metal removal efficiency, consumption of chemicals, amount of generated washing leachate, and volume/size of washing reactor. In addition, the heavy metals removal was enhanced for the smaller soil particles in the US/Mixing process. It was due to more violent movement of smaller particles in slurry phase and more violent sonophysical effects. In order to understand the mechanism of ultrasonic desorption, the desorption test was conducted using the paint-coated beads with three sizes (1, 2, and 4 mm) for the free and attached conditions. It was found that no significant desorption/removal of paint from the beads was observed without the movement of beads in the water including floatation, collision, and scrubbing. Thus, it was suggested that the simultaneous application of the ultrasound and mechanical mixing could enhance the physical movement of the particles significantly and the very high removal/desorption could be attained.  相似文献

In order to improve the heavy metal removal ability of traditional single washing agents and explore the removal mechanism of heavy metals. Then, the washing reagents that mixed by low-molecular weight organic acids (citric acid, oxalic acid, and tartaric acid) and artificial chelating compound ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium (EDTA) were selected. Furthermore, the effect of soil washing parameters, the variation of leaching toxicity, mobility, stability and speciation of heavy metals were also considered. The results of soil washing experiments showed that mixing an equal volume of 0.05 M EDTA and 0.2 M organic acids (citric acid, oxalic acid, and tartaric acid) could remove more than about 80% heavy metals from soil under the optimal conditions. In addition, the soil leaching toxicity was decreased and the stability of remaining heavy metals was increased, indicating that EDTA-organic acid washing reagents could effectively reduce the ecological risk of contaminated soil. EDTA had a stronger chelating ability with heavy metals than the organic acids, and the organic acids could not only chelate heavy metals but also decrease the pH of the mixture for promoting the desorption of heavy metals. Thus, mixing EDTA and organic acids was advisable method to improve soil washing technology.  相似文献

This paper investigates a treated fly ash to act as a synthetic zeolite to remediate soils polluted with heavy metals and metalloids (As, Pb, Cu, Zn, Fe, Cd and Mn). Four types of such 'zeolites' were synthesized by hydrothermal treatment of a calcareous fly ash derived from Greek lignite-fired power plants: two with excess of sodium hydroxide in a solid/liquid ratio of 50 g·L^-1, and two with excess of fly ash in a solid/liquid ratio of 100g·L^-1. Soil samples were obtained from a former mining site at Lavrion, Greece. Mobilization and transfer of metals to the retention agents was effected by using HCI aq 1M, with satisfactory results with respect to As, Pb, Cu, Mn and Cd. The great variety of metal complexes in soil was found to be of major importance for the effectiveness of the overall process. The final products were solidified either on their own, or by using additives such as lime and cement.  相似文献
