In order to improve the ability of noisy photoelectric image segmentation and satisfy the requirement of human visual apperception, a noisy photoelectric image segmentation method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the basic principle of FCM algorithm is analyzed in detail. Secondly, on the basis of PCM algorithm, only such pixels affected by noise lesser that centralized in the diagonal area of two-dimensional histogram is actualized image processing, and the probability of the pixel that lie in such area is obtained. Thirdly, objective function, membership matrix and cluster centers are renovated on the basis of PCM algorithm. Finally, experiment contrast between our method and other methods is executed, the results of experiment indicate that our method has relatively better segmentation quality and faster segmentation speed. 相似文献

图像关注焦点(FOA)检测是基于人眼视觉关注模型的图像感兴趣区提取的关键技术。为了更加精确、合理地搜索图像关注焦点,提出一种基于双阈值视觉关注模型的FOA检测算法。算法首先提取图像的亮度、颜色、方向和离散矩变换(DMT)特征,生成各个特征对应的特征图;然后将各特征图合并为一张包含多种特征的显著图;最后根据显著图的灰度直方图建立静态阈值与动态阈值,确定图像关注焦点的位置与数量。实验结果表明:新算法在图像关注焦点检测的准确性上较Itti模型有更为优秀的表现,更符合人眼视觉的关注习惯。 相似文献

Infrared-visible fusion has great potential in night-vision enhancement for intelligent vehicles. The fusion performance depends on fusion rules that balance target saliency and visual perception. However, most existing methods do not have explicit and effective rules, which leads to the poor contrast and saliency of the target. In this paper, we propose the SGVPGAN, an adversarial framework for high-quality infrared-visible image fusion, which consists of an infrared-visible image fusion network based on Adversarial Semantic Guidance (ASG) and Adversarial Visual Perception (AVP) modules. Specifically, the ASG module transfers the semantics of the target and background to the fusion process for target highlighting. The AVP module analyzes the visual features from the global structure and local details of the visible and fusion images and then guides the fusion network to adaptively generate a weight map of signal completion so that the resulting fusion images possess a natural and visible appearance. We construct a joint distribution function between the fusion images and the corresponding semantics and use the discriminator to improve the fusion performance in terms of natural appearance and target saliency. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed ASG and AVP modules can effectively guide the image-fusion process by selectively preserving the details in visible images and the salient information of targets in infrared images. It is important for Mars exploration rovers to achieve autonomous and safe mobility over rough terrain. Terrain classification can help rovers to select a safe terrain to traverse and avoid sinking and/or damaging the vehicle. Mars terrains are often classified using visual methods. However, the accuracy of terrain classification has been less than 90% in read operations. A high-accuracy vision-based method for Mars terrain classification is presented in this paper. By analyzing Mars terrain characteristics, novel image features, including multiscale gray gradient-grade features, multiscale edges strength-grade features, multiscale frequency-domain mean amplitude features, multiscale spectrum symmetry features, and multiscale spectrum amplitude-moment features, are proposed that are specifically targeted for terrain classification. Three classifiers, K-nearest neighbor (KNN), support vector machine (SVM), and random forests (RF), are adopted to classify the terrain using the proposed features. The Mars image dataset MSLNet that was collected by the Mars Science Laboratory (MSL, Curiosity) rover is used to conduct terrain classification experiments. The resolution of Mars images in the dataset is 256 × 256. Experimental results indicate that the RF classifies Mars terrain at the highest level of accuracy of 94.66%. 相似文献

The mechanism of transduction in the photoreceptor remains the least understood link in the chain of molecular and cellular processes that are responsible for vision. This paper reviews the molecular species and processes involved in the absorption of light and subsequent biochemical responses of the photoreceptor cell. The cells' electrical response and the probable ionic basis of the response are described. 提出了一种基于可见-近红外光谱技术与BP人工神经网络(BP-ANN)算法快速进行污水类型鉴定的新方法.以FieldSpec(R)3地物光谱仪采集了4种污水样品的光谱数据,共168份,随机将其分成校正集(132份)和检验集(36份).分别采取全波段(400~2450 nm)与择取波段(400~1800 nm)两种方法建立模型进行分析.光谱经S.Golay平滑和标准归一化(SNV)处理后,以主成分分析法(PCA)降维.将降维所得的前9个主成分数据作为BP-ANN的输入变量,污水类型作为输出变量,建立3层BP-ANN鉴别模型.利用36个未知样对模型进行检验.结果表明:两类模型预测准确率均高达100%,且择取波段模型比全波段模型具有更高的预测精度.说明利用可见-近红外技术结合BP-ANN算法进行污水类型的快速、无污染鉴定是可行的,且波段筛选是优化模型的有效方法之一. 相似文献

针对可见光和红外热图像序列中的远距离目标检测问题,提出了一种基于模糊积分的可信度融合的目标检测方法。该方法通过帧间差累积,在两种传感器的图像中确定了运动目标区域,根据目标区域的强度分析,定义了目标可信度度量,进而利用模糊积分融合函数进行可信度融合以实现目标检测。试验结果表明模糊积分分类效果较好,从而证明了该方法在目标识别中的可靠性和可信度,具有一定的实用性。 相似文献
