离子液体的毒性

离子液体因其特有的物化性质受到越来越多的关注,并被认为是环境友好的"绿色产品"。但是有关离子液体的潜在毒性一直被人们所忽视,直到最近才有少量报道。本文综述了离子液体毒性研究的相关情况：详细介绍了离子液体毒性研究的各种方法及优缺点;离子液体对各类生物的急性毒性和慢性毒性;离子液体的各部分组成,尤其是阳离子核种类、取代烷基碳链长度和阴离子种类对离子液体毒性的影响情况,以及SAR理论在离子液体毒性研究中的应用情况。在此基础上提出今后离子液体毒性研究的发展方向。     

微视频技术在基础化学实验教学中的实践应用

以高校基础化学实验"从海带中提取碘""三草酸合铁（Ⅲ）酸钾的制备"为例，分别探讨了微视频技术在化学基本操作实验和综合设计型实验中的具体应用；此外，举例说明利用Flash软件制作的虚拟微视频可以在仪器分析实验中清晰地再现仪器真实操作中的每一个步骤，弥补了学生在实验前无法实际操作仪器的不足。实践证明，微视频技术的应用，丰富了基础化学实验教学模式，增强了学生自主学习的能力和动手能力，提高了实验成功率和实验教学效果。     

化学教育硕士研究生的科学本质观研究*——基于对科普微视频的分析

以构建的科学本质要素框架作为分析工具,研究学生经科普微视频分析所呈现的科学本质观。结果表明,学生无法全面、深入分析视频呈现的科学本质,反映了局限的科学本质观,而经过讨论与汇报能在一定程度上提升其科学本质观。据此,为化学教育硕士研究生的培养工作提出3点建议,即将科普微视频作为科学本质教育的素材,促进学生形成完整且深刻的科学本质观,发展学生准确抽提课程资源中的科学本质的能力。     

药物化学中构效关系的教学方法研究

构效关系是先导化合物修饰、新型药物设计的基础,在药物化学教学中具有至关重要的作用.由于其多样性和复杂性,学生的掌握情况不理想.本文针对这一问题对药物的构效关系进行归纳分类,总结为"三部分一核心多构型"三类,每一类都进行举例讲解,为学生更好地理解与掌握药物化学的构效关系提供一种可行的方式.     

“普通化学实验”网络教学体系的建设与应用

介绍了"普通化学实验"网络教学体系的建设,其着重于多媒体实验室构建、实验内容精选与加工、网络教学平台和数据处理系统的建立。实践表明,网络教学体系具有工作强度低,实验效率高,展示直观清晰,成绩评判公正,学习时空延展等优势,对完善"普通化学实验"教学模式具有重要意义。     

基于手机录像实现莱顿弗罗斯特现象的观察*

莱顿弗罗斯特现象在化工领域具有重要的研究价值。为将该现象的实验引入到本科实验教学中,设计制作了基于手机录像功能的莱顿弗罗斯特现象观察装置,可研究表面温度、液滴种类、表面活性剂等因素对莱顿弗罗斯特现象的影响。该装置制作简便,成本低廉,使用方便,效果明显,有利于提高学生的学习积极性,加深学生对泡核沸腾和膜状沸腾等沸腾传热不同状态的理解。     

Novel Tdp1 Inhibitors Based on Adamantane Connected with Monoterpene Moieties via Heterocyclic Fragments

Tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 1 (Tdp1) is a promising target for anticancer therapy due to its ability to counter the effects topoisomerase 1 (Top1) poison, such as topotecan, thus, decreasing their efficacy. Compounds containing adamantane and monoterpenoid residues connected via 1,2,4-triazole or 1,3,4-thiadiazole linkers were synthesized and tested against Tdp1. All the derivatives exhibited inhibition at low micromolar or nanomolar concentrations with the most potent inhibitors having IC₅₀ values in the 0.35–0.57 µM range. The cytotoxicity was determined in the HeLa, HCT-116 and SW837 cancer cell lines; moderate CC₅₀ (µM) values were seen from the mid-teens to no effect at 100 µM. Furthermore, citral derivative 20c, α-pinene-derived compounds 20f, 20g and 25c, and the citronellic acid derivative 25b were found to have a sensitizing effect in conjunction with topotecan in the HeLa cervical cancer and colon adenocarcinoma HCT-116 cell lines. The ligands are predicted to bind in the catalytic pocket of Tdp1 and have favorable physicochemical properties for further development as a potential adjunct therapy with Top1 poisons.     

Heterocyclic compounds as antiviral drugs: Synthesis,structure–activity relationship and traditional applications

A virus outbreak challenges the economic, medical, and public health infrastructure worldwide. More than one virus capable of triggering diseases have been identified per year since 1972, which requires the development of new ways of treatment and prevention, however, such processes are not rapid and easy. With the pandemic scenario experienced since early 2020, several drugs with well-known purposes have gained prominence, due to speculation of their use in the treatment against the new coronavirus. Among the main drugs studied, the vast majority contain a heterocyclic structure. In this review, we presented the traditional and efficient synthesis of 15 drugs that have been studied for the COVID-19 treatment, containing in their structure heterocycles like indole, quinoline, pyrimidone, tetrahydrofuran, pyrrolidine, triazole, pyridazine, pyrazole, pyrrolopyrimidine, azetidine, pyrrolotriazine, pyrazine, tetrahydropyran, benzofuran, spiroketal, and thiazole. Furthermore, we have shown the original applications, as well as their structure–activity relationship and what is their situation as a drug candidate against COVID-19. Thus, the objective was to consolidate the main synthetic and pharmacological aspects involving clinically developed heterocycles that at some point were presented as promising against SARS-CoV-2.     

INS／GPS／SAR组合系统白噪声误差特性的在线随机加权估计

首次把随机加权估计这一新兴的统计计算方法应用于导航系统的研究,证明用它进行INS/GPS/SAR组合系统误差特性的估计是可行的,仿真实验和计算结果表明,该方法明显地优于其它传统的统计估计方法。     

How useful are closed captions for learning mathematics via online video?

Closed captioning of instructional videos is a topic that has not seen much discussion despite its importance for hearing-impaired students and recent legal ramifications if videos are not appropriately captioned. In particular, it is unclear what best practice in captioning videos should be to benefit all learners in disciplines such as mathematics with a reliance on the development of visual explanation while providing audio narration. In this paper, we report on a study undertaken at an Australian university, to investigate the perceived level of usefulness of captions and their automatic translations in a mathematics course. We discovered that students broadly agreed that captions are a useful learning feature: to allow flexibility of where and when a video is watched, but also to help understand speaker accents, and clarify explanations that are difficult to hear in the recording. Due to the high levels of use and perceived educational benefits of closed captions in online video but limited literature, there is a significant need for new research in this area. An urgent discussion is needed to explore how students engage with closed captions, how they may support learning, and to investigate implications on instructional design of mathematical videos.
