针对目前砝码检定工作操作过程复杂、检定效率低等问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的砝码自动检定系统。在符合砝码检定规程的情况下,系统实现了检定数据实时采集、数据处理、生成原始记录、管理标准器、查询历史数据和衡器控制等功能。相对现有的砝码检定方法有操作简单、高效、程序移植性好等优点。系统由主控计算机、串口转无线扩展卡、多台衡器设备及相应的标准砝码装置组成。通过使用串口转Wi-Fi模块,系统可实现控制多台衡器设备的需求。实验结果证明,系统运行稳定可靠,采集数据准确,容易扩展,且大幅度减轻了检定人员的劳动强度,在计量检定工作中具有一定的实用和推广价值。 相似文献

Glycans are known to be involved in a variety of biological processes throughout human physiology. Mass spectrometry has demonstrated itself as powerful analytical tool for quantitative and structural characterization of glycans. Studying these molecules at the glycopeptide level however, offers distinct advantages, namely the ability to characterize both the glycan and peptide fragments simultaneously, and moreover the ability to assign site specific heterogeneity. In light of this, peptides often dominate the spectrum and hinder the ionization efficiency of glycopeptides. For this reason, enrichment protocols prior to downstream MS analysis need to be developed. Here, we discuss the synthesis and use of carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCH) to enrich glycopeptides from a 12 protein mixture for MS analysis. This protocol was compared to a commercially available glycopeptide enrichment kit offered by EMD Millipore through the use of tandem mass tags (TMT) for relative quantification. Using this approach, we identified 98 unique N-linked glycopeptides and observed, that CMCH was able to enrich more sialylation than the commercial kit. In addition, we observed a trend based on TMT reporter ratios with respect to increasing sialylation. This corroborated that this stationary phase was exhibiting a mixed-mode enrichment through both hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) and weak anion exchange (WAX) principles. 相似文献

The falsification of a hybrid system aims at finding trajectories that violate a given safety property. This is a challenging problem, and the practical applicability of current falsification algorithms still suffers from their high time complexity. In contrast to falsification, verification algorithms aim at providing guarantees that no such trajectories exist. Recent symbolic reachability techniques are capable of efficiently computing linear constraints that enclose all trajectories of the system with reasonable precision. In this paper, we leverage the power of symbolic reachability algorithms to improve the scalability of falsification techniques. Recent approaches to falsification reduce the problem to a nonlinear optimization problem. We propose to reduce the search space of the optimization problem by adding linear state constraints obtained with a reachability algorithm. An empirical study of how varying abstractions during symbolic reachability analysis affect the performance of solving a falsification problem is presented. In addition, for solving a falsification problem, we propose an alternating minimization algorithm that solves a linear programming problem and a non-linear programming problem in alternation finitely many times. We showcase the efficacy of our algorithms on a number of standard hybrid systems benchmarks demonstrating the performance increase and number of falsifyable instances. 相似文献

A unique opportunity exists when an experimental NMR spectrum is obtained for which a specific chemical structure is anticipated. A process of Verification--the confirmation of a postulated structure--is now possible, as opposed to Elucidation-the de novo determination of a structure. A method for automated structure verification is suggested, which compares the chemical shifts, intensities and multiplicities of signals in an experimental 1H NMR spectrum with those from a predicted spectrum for the proposed structure. A match factor (MF) is produced and used to classify the spectrum-structure match into one of three categories, correct, ambiguous, or incorrect. The verification result is also augmented by the spectrum assignment obtained as part of the verification process. This method was tested on a set of synthetic spectra and several sets of experimental spectra, all of which were automatically prepared from raw data. Taking into account even the most problematic structures, with many labile protons present and poor prediction accuracy, 50% of all spectra can still be automatically verified without any false positives or negatives. In a blind test on a typical set of data, it is shown that fewer than 31% of the structures would need manual evaluation. This means that a system is possible whereby 69% of the spectra are prepared and evaluated automatically, and never need to be seen or evaluated by a human. 相似文献

发射极电流集边效应是由晶体管基极电阻的自偏压引起的 ,描述该效应的微分方程早已建立 ,这里设计了一种用 SPICE验证精确解 /近似解的新方法 .结果表明 :近似解是在 V( x) VT 的前提条件下求得的 ,仅在弱注入区和中等注入区适用 ,不能给出在强注入区和极强注入区的归一化电位和电流密度的分布函数 ;相反 ,基于精确解的理论却能给出从弱注入区到极强注入区的归一化电位和电流密度的分布函数 ,且与用 SPICE模拟得到的结果吻合 .结论是 :从整体来看 ,精确解的理论比近似解的理论描述该效应要稍好一些 ,因为前者的适用范围比后者宽 .应当强调指出 ,该效应 相似文献
