最近的研究中,采用1.06μm超短脉冲光激发,在多孔硅表面观察到了有效的红外多光子激发的荧光发射.研究表明,这是一个增强的三阶非线性光学过程.本文利用其三阶非线性特性对具有强可见光发射的多孔硅结构进行了研究,结果显示晶体硅的各向异性特征在多孔硅中几乎被保留;此外,较强的激光激发导致的红外上转换荧光信号衰减过程被归结为与多孔硅表面氢的脱附有关.  相似文献

Abstract

Benzylic amide catenanes are a class of synthetically-accessible interlocked molecular rings which can rotate one through the other depending on the nature of the local environment. The rings contain four phenyl units each and interlocking also affords their packing in novel, highly interacting ways that may lead to unexpected properties thus opening up the possibility of developing new materials. Third harmonic generation in benzylic amide catenane solutions was measured at a wavelength of γ = 1064 nm, with the fundamental and the harmonic wavelengths in the region of transparency of the material. The thoroughly non resonant value of the hyperpolarisability γ(-3ω; ω, ω, ω) was found to be (6.5 ± 0.7) × 10?35 esu with a negligible imaginary part, in agreement with the value of (6.8 ± 0.9) × 10?35 esu calculated from a bond-additivity model of hyperpolarisability. The static second order hyperpolarisability predicted by a Molecular Orbital model was about a factor four less than the experimental value. Second hyperpolarizability values of several solvents were also measured at the fundamental wavelength of γ = 1064 nm.  相似文献

In conventional pn junction solar cells, carrier multiplication by impact ionisation, is negligible, owing to the low temperature of the electron–hole pairs. This leads to particle conservation between the net number of absorbed photons and the number of electron–hole pairs withdrawn from the cell. In hot‐carrier solar cells, in which electrons are at a high temperature by assuming suppression of electron–phonon scattering, such particle conservation leads to peculiar results. Numerical calculations show that entire current–voltage characteristics with meaningful values of temperature and chemical potential do not exist. If the energy at which electron–hole pairs are extracted is smaller than the average energy of absorbed photons, the temperature of the electrons and holes becomes much larger than the tem perature of the sun. When the extraction energy is larger than the average energy of the absorbed photons, an entire current–voltage curve cannot always be obtained. It follows that impact ionisation and Auger recombination cannot be neglected when the thermal energy of the electron–hole pairs is comparable to the bandgap of the absorber. 采用粉末冶金技术制备了铜-石墨烧结材料,通过定速摩擦试验机,研究了石墨含量与第三体形态的关系及对材料摩擦性能的影响.结果表明:石墨含量小于15%时,石墨对材料的孔隙度及摩擦温度影响明显,表现出材料的摩擦磨损性能与石墨含量密切相关,这归因于干摩擦条件下摩擦表面形成的含有石墨粒子的第三体对摩擦性能作用明显.石墨含量低,形成的第三体金属成分高,硬质金属的犁沟作用导致摩擦系数和磨损率较高.随石墨含量增加,第三体中的石墨含量增加,这导致第三体致密程度和黏着程度降低,松散易流动的第三体有利于降低犁沟程度,从而起到降低和稳定摩擦系数、减少磨损率的作用.  相似文献

The heat transfer analysis on the laminar flow of an incompressible third grade fluid through a porous flat channel is examined. The lower plate is assumed to be at a higher temperature than the upper plate. Analytical solution for temperature distribution is obtained for various values of the controlling parameters and discussed. We provide an answer to a question raised by S. Amat, S. Busquier, S. Plaza on the qualitative analysis of the dynamics of a certain third order Newton type approximation function , by proving that for functions f twice continuously differentiable and such that both f and its derivative do not have multiple roots, with at least four roots and infinite limits of opposite signs at , has periodic points of any prime period and that the set of points a at which the approximation sequence does not converge is uncountable. The paper proposes a new deformation model of piezomaterials that includes linear, quadratic, and cubic, and piezoeffect mechanisms. A nonlinear system of equations describing the propagation of plane waves is derived. Two new problems are solved analytically: generation of the third harmonic of an SH-wave and generation and interaction of new SH- and SV-waves after SH- and SV-waves are excited. In this paper, we will give, for the periodic solution of the scalar Newtonian equation, some twist criteria which can deal with the fourth order resonant case. These are established by developing some new estimates for the periodic solution of the Ermakov–Pinney equation, for which the associated Hill equation may across the fourth order resonances. As a concrete example, the least amplitude periodic solution of the forced pendulum is proved to be twist even when the frequency acroses the fourth order resonances. 随着通信技术的发展,行波管预失真电路的研究变得越来越重要。该文针对基于肖特基二极管的非线性发生器,首次分析了二极管SPICE(Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis)模型参数中零偏压结电容和串联电阻对预失真扩张曲线的影响。对目前的微带预失真电路工作在K波段以下,绝对或相对带宽一般不超过1.8 GHz和4%,需在输入及输出端加隔离器等不足,基于ADS(Advanced Design System)软件设计并加工了一种用于中心频率30 GHz,绝对和相对带宽为2 GHz和6.67% 的毫米波行波管的微带预失真电路。分别测试行波管和级联线性化器后的行波管,29 GHz, 30 GHz和31 GHz的增益和相位压缩量分别可以从7.5 dB和40 , 7.3 dB和50 , 7.1 dB和59改善到3.8 dB和10 , 3.7 dB和12 , 2.4 dB和15以内。双音测试结果表明,为了达到通信中载波与三阶交叉调制分量抑制比(C/IM3)25 dBc的要求,单独行波管在29 GHz, 30 GHz和31 GHz时需分别回退17 dB, 18 dB和18 dB,而加入线性化器后的行波管,只需分别回退12 dB, 9 dB和8 dB,也即加线性化器可改善5 dB, 9 dB和10 dB,极大地提升了行波管的线性度,具有重要工程应用价值。  相似文献
