复杂连通区域扫描线填充算法的问题及改进

针对复杂连通区域扫描线填充算法可能出现的重复填充错误，分析了产生错误的原因，并给出了相应的改进办法．从而实现了复杂连通区域的快速正确填充。     

红外图像掠海小目标的检测算法研究

针对红外图像掠海小目标信噪比低，且易受到水天线和背景杂波干扰的特点，提出了一种红外掠海小目标的提取与检测算法。该方法的特点是：首先采用中值滤波来减小噪声，并提出了差方和算法，用以抑制背景噪声并对目标增强；再采用了图像行扫描法有效地滤除水天线；最后通过弱化背景边缘和阈值分割等综合算法得到候选小目标。仿真结果表明，该算法达到了较好的效果。     

Une méthode de calcul des coefficients de réflexion et de transmission d'une houle bidimensionnelle en milieu confinéA new method for the calculation of transmission and reflection coefficients for water waves in a small basin

This paper presents a method to estimate reflected and transmitted wave amplitude spectra in a bounded domain such as a wave tank, when available data signals must be shortened due to interferences and wall effects. This paper extends the well known Goda and Suzuki two-probe method to three probes. The paper also suggests solutions to compute reliable transmission and reflection coefficients in spite of problems linked to higher harmonics and to the interference between different wave trains propagating in the tank. 应用波分复用改善像束传像系统像质的研究

本文通过分析空间波分复用系统中包散元件的色散平均效应,用线扩散传递函数研究了像束传像性质,由光学成像的本征理论用像束成像信息量分析了波分复用改善像束传像像质的机制,并从实验上验证了上述分析结论.     

The electron microscopy of post-growth induced defects of ZnSe/GaAs epilayers

A fundamental research of structural defects induced upon post-growth processing of ZnSe/GaAs epilayers grown on (100) GaAs was done by identifying defect-related reflections in the transmission electron diffraction (TED) patterns of ZnSe. Structural artifacts, other than the as-grown defects, on this material system could be excluded according to our results. Four types of abnormal reflections have been observed in addition to primary reflections. These extra reflections are sensitive to the post-growth processing of ZnSe epilayers and may arise from various external effects, rather than epitaxy growth, such as irradiation damage, surface oxidation, and surface contamination. By mapping these reflections at several major zone axes using TED patterns, we found that the reciprocal lattice for a ZnSe crystal with structural defects consists of two distinct types of extra reflections associated with irradiation damage. The first type of extra reflections is ±1/3{111} and the other is ±1/2{111} corresponding to pure-edge and non-edge dislocation loops, respectively. For (100) oriented wafers, the ±1/3{111} and ±1/2{111} reflections were observed only on two of the four possible 〈111〉 variants (i.e. [111]_Zn and [111]_Zn)and this phenomenon was attributed to the anisotropy of defect distribution. Extra reflections associated with surface oxidation and contamination are also observed. The orientation relationships between a surface hexagonal ZnO and a cubic ZnSe film are [0001]_ZnO//[−111]_ZnSe, and [01−11]_ZnO//[011]_ZnSe. The origin, characterization, and elimination of these induced reflections are discussed. With the knowledge about these extra effects on structural defect formation, we have shown the real microstructure of ZnSe epilayers.     

Optical design of a toroidal grating monochromator based beam line on Indus-1

In this paper, we discuss the detailed optical design of a beam line that is under construction on the synchrotron radiation source, Indus-1. Toroidal mirrors are used as pre-and post- focusing elements and a toroidal grating monochromator as a dispersing element. Using three interchangeable gratings, this monochromator will give, at a moderate resolution, a good throughput on the sample in the wavelength range 40 to 1000 Å. Effect of various parameters and their optimization on the resolution and throughput characteristics have been studied by ray tracing calculations, and presented.     

抗坏血酸同顺磁离子Mn~(2+)、Gd~(3+)络会的~(13)C NMR研究

该文用顺磁离子对其近邻~(13)C核的NMR吸收增宽效应,系统地研究了抗坏血酸在不同溶剂中对金属离子Mn~(2+)、Gd~(3+)的配合行为.在水溶液中,抗坏血酸可通过两种配合方式与Mn~(2+)作用,但与Gd~(3+)的作用只有一种稳定的结构.在水中抗坏血酸对金属的配位活性部位分别是1位羟基氧,3位离解的羟基氧和6位羟基氧.在DMSO中,3位羟基由于H~+对该基团的静电遮蔽而变得对金属离子Mn~(2+)表现为配位惰性,同时6位羟基配位活性较大增强.对Gd~(3+)来说,此时没有优势配位活性部位存在.文章还讨论了抗坏血酸在H_2O-DMSO混合溶剂中的~(13)C NMR谱及在DMSO中NaOH对其~(13)C NMR谱及其与金属络合结构的影响.     

基于Windows CE的线路巡检系统

首先讨论了现有线路巡检模式的不足，然后提出了利用windows CE来构建线路巡检系统。分析了该系统的硬件平台之后，提出了线路巡检系统的体系结构，阐述了该系统应具有的软件功能。在实际应用中表明，该系统在线路巡检中有较强的推广价值。     

用最小二乘法恢复逐行倒相副载波

介绍ＰＡＬ制彩色全电视信号中色同步信号编码原理及恢复逐行倒相副载波的过程中，两种计算色同步信号相位角的方法。并且在实验的基础上得出：最小二乘法在ＰＡＬ制电视信号的副载波相位角计算中不仅可以满足精度要求，而且简便灵活。
