We present a software release policy which is based on the Stackelberg strategy solution concept. The model formulated assumes the existence of two type of producers in the market, the leader and follower. The resulting release policy combines both cost factors and a loss of opportunity factor which is the result of competition between the rival producers. We define a Stackelberg strategy pair in the context of our model and, through a series of preliminary results, show that an optimal strategy pair exists. We also present a numerical example which utilizes a software reliability growth model based on the nonhomogeneous Poisson process. Finally, we explore the relative leadership property of the optimal strategies.This work was supported in part by a FOAS Research Grant provided by RMIT. 近年,社交网络已经成为用户普遍使用的进行知识分享的媒介。对社交网络环境中的知识传播进行建模研究,以期为有关部门有效实施监管、提升用户的知识交流效率提供借鉴。以经典的SIS和SIR模型为基础,融入用户合作和领导激励等因子进行优化,并结合复制动态方程构建两种社交网络用户知识传播模型(SISL/SIRL)并进行分析,最后给出数值与模型算例。结果表明:存在领导者的社交网络知识传播速率更快。在社交网络知识传播过程中,易感染用户数量减少,免疫用户数量增加,感染用户数量小范围内上下波动。构建的知识传播模型相对于经典模型与真实社交网络具有更强的拟合性。  相似文献

本文以资源保存理论和自我决定理论为切入点,探讨了资质过剩感知与员工时间侵占行为的关系及自我决定感和威权领导在两者之间的作用机制。以402名企事业员工为对象的调查研究显示:资质过剩感知正向影响员工时间侵占行为;自我决定感在资质过剩感知与员工时间侵占行为之间起到了部分中介作用;威权领导调节了资质过剩感知与自我决定感之间的关系,同时调节了资质过剩感知通过自我决定感的降低影响员工时间侵占行为的间接效应。  相似文献

Increasingly, STEM focused high schools are used prepare students for college STEM majors and launch them into STEM careers. Yet a new focus on STEM education at the elementary levels suggests that the importance of STEM education is much broader than a preparation for workforce needs in high school or college. This paper describes a case study designed to articulate the mission and design of an effective and nationally recognized STEM‐focused elementary school. As described through the six most impactful components of STEM‐focused elementary school design at Walter Bracken STEAM Academy, the case study emphasizes the school's strong and inclusive school leadership, with staff organized into grade level groups empowered to innovate and honing their teaching practices. External partnerships are leveraged to broaden student learning opportunities. Students at Bracken engage in active learning opportunities and multidisciplinary lessons where STEM is used as a way of thinking and as a way to coherently combine content into active learning opportunities that are engaging for learners. By organizing the structural components of an exemplary STEM‐focused elementary school, we hope to deliver actionable reforms for elementary schools wanting to increase their STEM‐focused offerings.  相似文献

Mathematical models are presented for studying the value of leadership in a team whose composition is changing over time. The models are based on a leader's role of achieving cooperation among the interacting members so that they perform their tasks better and hence improve overall team performance. Three different approaches, modified from Kauffman's NK model, are proposed. Each model includes controllable parameters whose values reflect the amount of interaction among the workers as well as the skill and variance of the leader in achieving cooperation. Computer simulations are used to show how the skill level and variance of the leader affect the expected performance of the team. Managerial insights into the value of the leader—such as the fact that finding a more skillful leader can be more important to team performance than controlling the amount of interaction among the team members—are provided.  相似文献

This study adds to our understanding of science and mathematics teacher leadership in rural schools. Through In Vivo and Concept coding of teacher interviews, we investigated 20 secondary science and mathematics teachers' perceptions of rural teacher leadership during their participation in a three-year professional development program. As the teachers developed as teacher leaders, they broadened their focus from improving their own students' learning to sharing new knowledge learned through the program with other teachers both informally and formally. We compared our program components to the Teacher Leader Model Standards and added an emphasis on the importance of disciplinary content knowledge. We also identified patterns in science and mathematics teacher leadership that are contextually connected to teachers' instruction in rural high poverty schools. Rural teacher leadership included the importance of building strong teacher–student relationships, providing new academic opportunities for students, encouraging students' success, and building community connections.  相似文献

很多零售商常处于其所在供应链的主导地位,针对零售商具有价格领导权并且考虑专利保护的闭环供应链进行分析,运用博弈理论得到了零售商、原制造商和再制造商的最优策略,以及最优策略关于再制造成本节约的变化规律。研究表明:随着再制造成本节约的增加,最优单位专利许可费和废旧产品回收价格逐步增加,最优产品批发价格和销售价格逐步降低,并通过数值算例表明:零售商、再制造商和供应链系统的利润逐步增加,原制造商的利润逐步减少。  相似文献

现有研究普遍认为领导者需要平衡二元创新中主流创新与新流创新之间的资源配置,但针对具体的资源平衡机制研究较少。本文采用基于主体建模与仿真(ABMS)的方法,将领导风格和资源柔性纳入二元创新资源配置动态模型,并在考虑风险和不确定性的条件下开展模拟仿真,研究发现:企业二元创新绩效与变革型领导风格倾向成正相关,与交易型领导风格倾向成负相关;变革型领导企业的创新绩效随资源柔性提高而增长,交易型领导企业与之相反;领导风格与资源柔性之间存在匹配性:变革型领导与高资源柔性正向促进企业创新绩效,交易型领导与低资源柔性更利于取得高绩效;企业创新绩效与创新风险呈“倒U形”关系。研究成果拓展了企业领导理论和二元创新理论,也为领导者适应风险、转变领导风格、调整资源柔性开展二元创新提供决策依据。  相似文献
