本研究探讨团队层面变革型领导与成员团队满意度、团队认同之间的关系,考察团队学习的中介作用,以及影响变革型领导和团队学习关系的权变因素。采用问卷调查方式对某省通讯运营商的85个客服团队进行调查。采用多层线性模型(Hierarchical Linear Modeling)对团队变革型领导、团队学习、团队满意度、团队认同之间的关系进行分析。结果表明,团队学习对团队领导的变革型领导行为与员工工作态度的关系具有一定的中介作用。团队成员工作技能在变革型领导和团队学习间起调节作用。  相似文献

Governments and higher education institutions around the world are placing online learning in their respective visions and policies as it has already transformed the way in which individuals learn, socialise and do business. Leadership is therefore increasingly playing a major role in the implementation and success of online learning goals. Although researchers have investigated adoption and usage of online learning in different settings, the mediation role of transformational leadership is yet to be examined using the Delone and Mclean IS success model. Data collected from 448 students in nine Yemeni public universities and the subsequent analysis employing structural equation modelling (SEM) via SmartPLS 3.0, revealed five main results: first, overall quality (system, information, and service quality) has a positive impact on transformational leadership; second, transformational leadership has a positive impact on actual usage; third, overall quality has an indirect positive effect on actual usage via transformational leadership; fourth, actual usage significantly affects user satisfaction and performance impact; and fifth, user satisfaction has a positive impact on student performance. The proposed model explains 61% of the variance in performance impact, and theoretical and practical implications are provided as well.  相似文献

结合教育组织的特点对PM量表进行相应的修订,以此来研究普通高中校长的领导行为。问卷统计结果显示,高中校长领导行为划分为PM、P、M、pm四种类型,各占33%、17%、28%、22%,其中PM型是最理想的。根据高中管理现状,借鉴PM领导理论,提出做好校长管理的建议。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Building supportive communities and improving programming for incarcerated persons can be difficult due to stereotypes derived from culture, media, and personal upbringing. Such stereotypes, like the narratives from which they are derived, are socially constructed. To develop an understanding of how those narratives construct “others” and to transform stereotypes of incarcerated “others,” we adopted a communication perspective on the problem of overcoming stigma, designed a course to promote transformative learning, and employed service-learning as a way to bring students into contact with incarcerated men in a regional prison facility. Students’ reflections over two semesters in the service-learning course revealed that interaction with people who were incarcerated transformed their beliefs and values about those with whom they worked, resulting in an attitude of “just mercy” toward people who were incarcerated and making possible a more humane understanding of themselves and those members of our communities who are incarcerated.  相似文献

十八大以来,我国党政体制正进行着深刻且具中国特色的制度性重塑。作为建党以来政法战线首部党内法规,2019年初颁布的《中国共产党政法工作条例》明确了党管政法的“上下左右”关系,既是对政法工作经验的总结与再次确认,也是对政法委职责与运作的重新规范,为新时代政法工作的开展建章立制。政法系统的发展与我国党政体制的探索息息相关,党管政法的历史演变与政法系统内部的“小权分散”相互促进并深刻勾连。《中国共产党政法工作条例》的出台因应了党政体制重构和归口管理逻辑复兴的时代潮流,是党内法规体系化在政法工作中权力自我规训的表现。监察体制改革对政法工作构成了竞争性代理和小权分散加剧的双重挑战。相应的,归口管理逻辑的复兴也带来协调党内“系统”间关系的新问题,而小权分散态势的加剧意味着《中国共产党政法工作条例》对政法委运作的再规范尚有赖于“以审判为中心”改革的真正落地。  相似文献

新中国成立以来的政法话语的流变,首先体现在其概念外延即“词与物”关系的不断变化。目前政法概念的所指基本集中在审判、检察、公安、国家安全和监狱事务。政法话语的流变本质上体现的是话语−权力关系的重新确立和不断塑造。党领导建立了各级政法机关,确立了马克思列宁主义的法律观,形成了以阶级、专政、国家安全、两类矛盾、社会治理等关键词在内的一整套政法话语体系。这套政法话语与宪法话语并无根本冲突,各自发挥功能,可以共同纳入社会主义法治体系话语之内。  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the stability of a swarm model, which is typically associated with the phenomenon of maintaining cohesion. In the swarm model, each individual has its own intrinsic nonlinear dynamics and the interaction between individuals follows a rooted leadership topology. We prove that, if the corresponding real symmetric matrix is negative definite, then the swarm is stable in the sense that all individuals will eventually form a cohesive swarm. In addition, we obtain the bounds of the swarm size. Numerical simulations were conducted to validate the theoretical results.  相似文献

Instructional teacher leadership, in which classroom teachers intentionally influence the practice of their colleagues, is a complex social dynamic. In this article, we argue for the use of an analytic framework that acknowledges this complexity, and we apply it to three cases of teacher leaders, all in the context of elementary and middle grades mathematics instruction. In each case, Urie Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems theory, complemented by social network analysis, proves useful for understanding the unique circumstances and the leadership activities in which the individual is able to engage. This comprehensive framework accounts for factors ranging from those internal to the individual to those inherent in the society at large, viewing the teacher leader as part of a complex social ecosystem of other individuals, institutions, policies and cultural norms. Following a brief overview of the theory, we apply it to the three cases in sequence. We conclude with implications for the field, both those who study instructional teacher leadership and those who train and support teacher leaders.  相似文献
