多传感器目标识别的图像数据融合技术研究

军事和空间技术的要求促进了微光技术的发展。微光图像实时处理技术是夜技术今后发展的重要方向，本文针对微光图像与脉冲激光测距仪的数据信息实时融合与显示的方法及其实现进行了研究。给出了系统框图及工作原理，为实现探测识别、跟踪的实时性、智能化和微型化，从而为研制新一代战术侦察与火控系统提供了具体有效的技术基础。     

一种可实时化的多光谱图像融合系统

在多光谱摄影和光电成像技术基础上，本文提出了一种可实时化的多光谱图像融合系统。与多光谱摄影相比，不仅可实现多光谱实时化摄像，而且光谱响应进一步向近红外延伸，并引入图像处理技术。实验表明：这种技术对于增加系统的识别能力具有明显的作用，可进一步构成不同用途的新型多光谱图像融合系统。     

Near-barrier fusion reactions induced by α on197Au,193Ir,191Ir,185Re,181Ta,121Sb and69Ga nuclei

Fusion-evaporation cross-sections for the α-induced reactions upon¹⁹⁷Au,¹⁹³Ir,¹⁹¹Ir,¹⁸⁵Re,¹⁸¹Ta,¹²¹Sb and⁶⁹Ga nuclei at bombarding energies near the Coulomb barrier have been measured by off-line observation of the γ-rays emitted in the radioactive decay of the residual nuclei using stacked foil technique. The total fusion cross-section for the systems have been compared with simple statistical model calculations using the code ALICE/91 as well as with the coupled channel calculations that include the β₂ and ν₄ slatic deformations and dynamic couplings of the vibrational/rotational states of the target and the projet tile using the code CCDEF.     

一种基于Hough变换的声呐对目标航迹检测算法研究

为提高声呐对目标航迹的检测性能,从单部声呐时间融合的角度出发,提出了一种基于Hough变换的声呐信号检测算法。该算法把航迹上的观测点变换为参数空间的对应曲线,充分利用一段时间内的目标观测数据,在低信噪比下也能从背景噪声中提取目标的航迹特征,提高了声呐的检测概率,且对部分信息和数据的缺失不敏感。仿真试验证明了该算法的有效性。     

Reply to “Comment on papers by K. Shanahan that propose to explain anomalous heat generated by cold fusion”, E. Storms, Thermochim. Acta, 2006

Dr. E. Storms has published a Letter [E. Storms, Comment on papers by K. Shanahan that propose to explain anomalous heat generated by cold fusion, Thermochim. Acta, 2006] in which he argues that in a sequence of recent papers, the apparent excess heat signal claimed by Dr. Shanahan to arise from a calibration constant shift is actually true excess heat. In particular he proposes that the mechanisms proposed that foster the proposed calibration constant shifts cannot occur as postulated for several reasons. As well, he proposes Shanahan has ignored the extant data proving this. Because this Letter may lend unwarranted support to acceptance of cold fusion claims, these erroneous arguments used by Storms need to be answered.     

双核系统核子转移驱动势与复合核的最佳激发能

计算了以208Pb为靶的一系列重离子熔合反应双核系统核子转移驱动势.它制约由输运方程所支配的核子转移速率,因而确定了双核系统形成复合核的几率.并由此可确定形成复合核所必须的最低激发能,即形成最稳定复合核的最佳激发能,得到了与已知实验值基本符合的结果. Particle transfer driven potentials in Di nuclear System (DNS) in heavy ion collisions based on 208Pb target are calculated. The driven potential controls the particle transfer velocity in the process governed by the diffusion equation, and as a consequence determines the compound nuclear formation probability of DNS. The minimum excitation energy to form a compound nucleus, which is the optimum excitation energy to form the most stable compound nucleus, has been calculated, and the results are basica...     

基于多代理技术的传感器管理系统

针对分布式对空监视网中混合式传感器管理结构存在的问题，提出了基于多代理技术的混合式传感器管理结构。该结构较好地克服了混合式管理结构中在融合中心存在的瓶颈问题，通过多个传感器代理、融合中心代理之间的相互协商来实现传感器任务的分配。传感器代理与传感器相结合使传感器的工作模式实现高度的自动化和模块化，便于传感器的灵活组网。     

数据融合在C^3I系统中的应用

多传感器数据融合技术已在军事领域受到广泛重视，并逐步走向实际应用，本文简要介绍它的一般组成、特点以及在军事Ｃ＾３Ｉ系统应用中的主要功效。     

基于小波的全局多源遥感图像信息融合方法

提出的图像信息融合方法用于解决传统方法在空间分辨率等方面的不足。原始图像经过小波变换，分解成子图像，再进行分块处理，高、低分辨率图像根据全局方差准则分别计算融合的权值系数，进行图像融合重建，然后，对图像采用全局法进行信息融合，实验表明，方法切实可行，能使低分辨率图像接近于高分辨率图像。     

电路板故障诊断中神经网络信息融合技术的应用

将信息融合技术应用到导弹电子设备的电路板故障诊断之中．提出了一种基于红外热成像实验的温度故障隶属度函数构造形式以及改进的BP神经网络算法。进行了BP神经网络信息融合故障诊断的实验研究．从结果看信息融合能较好地解决电路板元件故障诊断的不确定性问题。
