In this paper, we study a viral infection model with an immunity time delay accounting for the time between the immune system touching antigenic stimulation and generating CTLs. By calculation, we derive two thresholds to determine the global dynamics of the model, i.e., the reproduction number for viral infection $R_{0}$ and for CTL immune response $R_{1}$. By analyzing the characteristic equation, the local stability of each feasible equilibrium is discussed. Furthermore, the existence of Hopf bifurcation at the CTL-activated infection equilibrium is also studied. By constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals, we prove that when $R_{0}\leq1$, the infection-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable; when $R_{0}>1$ and $R_{1}\leq1$, the CTL-inactivated infection equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable; Numerical simulation is carried out to illustrate the main results in the end.  相似文献

We consider a linear regression model where neither regressors nor the dependent variable is observable; only intervals are available which are assumed to cover the unobservable data points. Our task is to compute tight bounds for the residual errors of minimum-norm estimators of regression parameters with various norms (corresponding to least absolute deviations (LAD), ordinary least squares (OLS), generalized least squares (GLS) and Chebyshev approximation). The computation of the error bounds can be formulated as a pair of max–min and min–min box-constrained optimization problems. We give a detailed complexity-theoretic analysis of them. First, we prove that they are NP-hard in general. Then, further analysis explains the sources of NP-hardness. We investigate three restrictions when the problem is solvable in polynomial time: the case when the parameter space is known apriori to be restricted into a particular orthant, the case when the regression model has a fixed number of regression parameters, and the case when only the dependent variable is observed with errors. We propose a method, called orthant decomposition of the parameter space, which is the main tool for obtaining polynomial-time computability results.  相似文献

A cured model is a useful approach for analysing failure time data in which some subjects could eventually experience and others never experience the event of interest. All subjects in the test belong to one of the two groups: the susceptible group and the non-susceptible group. There has been considerable progress in the development of semi-parametric models for regression analysis of time-to-event data. However, most of the current work focuses on right-censored data, especially when the population contains a non-ignorable cured subgroup. In this paper, we propose a semi-parametric cure model for current status data. In general, treatments are developed to both increase the patients' chances of being cured and prolong the survival time among non-cured patients. A logistic regression model is proposed for whether the subject is in the susceptible group. An accelerated failure time regression model is proposed for the event time when the subject is in the non-susceptible group. An EM algorithm is used to maximize the log-likelihood of the observed data. Simulation results show that the proposed method can get efficient estimations.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a vibrating system of Timoshenko-type in a bounded one-dimensional domain under Dirichlet–Dirichlet or Dirichlet–Neumann boundary conditions with one or two discrete time delays and one or two internal frictional dampings. First, we show that the system is well posed in the sens of semigroup theory. Second, we prove the exponential stability regardless to the speeds of wave propagation of the system if the weights of the time delays are smaller than the ones of the corresponding dampings, respectively. However, when the weight of one time delay is not smaller than the one of the corresponding damping, we prove the exponential stability in case of equal-speed wave propagation, and the polynomial stability in the opposite case.  相似文献

针对分布式制造环境下多车间调度问题特点,结合企业实际生产情况,考虑相邻工序间的运输时间,建立以最小化最大完工时间为优化目标的分布式柔性流水车间调度模型,提出一种改进布谷鸟算法用于求解该模型。算法改进包括设计了一种基于工序、车间和机器的三层编码方案;根据问题特点设计了混合种群初始化策略以提高种群质量;改进了布谷鸟搜索操作使其适用于求解该模型;设计了一种种群进化策略以提高算法收敛速度及解的质量。最后通过仿真实验,与多种算法对比,验证所提算法的有效性和优越性。  相似文献

本文研究单台无界平行批处理机上带有可变前瞻区间的在线排序问题。工件按时在线到达,目标是最小化时间表长。在时刻$t$,在线算法能够预见到$(t,t+\Delta(t)]$内到达工件的信息,这里前瞻区间的长度$\Delta(t)=\beta p_{\max}(t)$并非定长,其中$p_{\max}(t)$表示在$t$时刻及之前到达工件的最大加工时长,$\beta\in(0,1)$是常数。本文对于工件加工时长的一般情形,给出了当 0<β≤1/6 时最好可能的在线算法;对于工件加工时长被限制在一个区间的情形,给出了当 0<β<1 时最好可能的在线算法。  相似文献

The objective criteria are either the expected total discounted and undiscounted costs or average costs per unit time. This paper focuses on the fault estimation problem for switched systems with partially unknown nonlinear dynamics, actuator and sensor faults, simultaneously. The fault estimation observers are constructed, in which the observer dimension is not fixed and can be selected in a certain range. Both the disturbance decoupling and disturbance attenuation are considered, where the unknown nonlinear dynamics can be decoupled and the effect of modeling error and measurement disturbance is attenuated. Based on the average dwell time and the piecewise Lyapunov function, the observer parameter matrices can be calculated by solving LMIs and matrix equations.
