利用新型场效应管(QFET)的正向变换器

介绍了单端正向变换器基本电路，重点叙述带三路调节DC电压的100KHZ180W离线电源。它采用具有低导电阻RDS和低栅极电荷Qg的新型场效应管（QFET）作为变换电路的主开关器件，降低了电源开关损耗并提高了效率3%-5%。     

双轴晶体主平面上倍频的相位匹配

从折射率椭球方程和折射率椭球面出发，讨论光束在双轴晶体中传播及偏振的特性、主平面倍频共线相位匹配（PM）问题，得到了双轴晶体主平面内激光所有可能PM倍频的8种偏振组合及其相应的PM角公式、有效非线性（NL）系数deff的一般表达式。结果表明：得到的公式简单，可大大简化PM参数计算及优化设计；折射率椭球面是单层曲面，比双层的折射率面简单；基于折射率椭球面寻找所有可能PM的类型、偏振组合的方法物理图像简明，易于理解，大大降低了双轴晶体PM问题分析的难度。     

Non-universal critical behaviour of heteronuclear dimers on a square lattice––A Monte Carlo study

Monte Carlo simulation within the grand canonical ensemble, the histogram reweighting technique, and finite size scaling analysis are used to explore the phase behaviour of heteronuclear dimers, composed of A and B type atoms, on a square lattice. We have found that for the models with attractive BB and AB nearest-neighbour energy, u_BB=u_AB=−1, and for non-repulsive energy between AA nearest-neighbour sites, u_AA<0, the system belongs to the universality class of the two-dimensional Ising model. However, when u_AA>0, the system exhibits a non-universal critical behaviour. We have evaluated the dependences of the critical point characteristics on the value of u_AA.     

A Modified Quasi-Newton Method for Structured Optimization with Partial Information on the Hessian

This paper develops a modified quasi-Newton method for structured unconstrained optimization with partial information on the Hessian, based on a better approximation to the Hessian in current search direction. The new approximation is decided by both function values and gradients at the last two iterations unlike the original one which only uses the gradients at the last two iterations. The modified method owns local and superlinear convergence. Numerical experiments show that the proposed method is encouraging comparing with the methods proposed in [4] for structured unconstrained optimization Presented at the 6th International Conference on Optimization: Techniques and Applications, Ballarat, Australia, December 9–11, 2004     

弱(L_1,L_2)-BLD映射的正则性

本文首先将文［１］中的ＢＬＤ映射推广为弱（Ｌ１，Ｌ２）－ＢＬＤ映射，并证明了如下正则性结果：存在两个可积指数 Ｐ１＝Ｐ１（ｎ，Ｌ１，Ｌ２）＜ｎ＜ｑ１＝ｑ１（ｎ，Ｌ１，Ｌ２），使得对任意弱（Ｌ１，Ｌ２）－ＢＬＤ映射ｆ∈（Ω，Ｒｎ），都有ｆ∈（Ω，Ｒｎ），即ｆ为（Ｌ１，Ｌ２）－ＢＬＤ映射．     

非关联双模场对Kerr介质中电子绝热跃迁转移现象的影响

本文研究了充满Kerr介质的高Q腔中非关联双模相干态场与级联三能级原子非共振相互作用情况下,电子的绝热跃迁转移现象与非关联场之间的关系。数值计算显示:级联三能级原子在与非关联双模相干态的相互作用下,该现象依然存在,但呈现不同于原子与关联场相互作用的新特征。     

Asymptotique de la norme $L^2$ d'un cycle géodésique dans les revêtements de congruence d'une variété hyperbolique arithmétique

Let M be an arithmetic hyperbolic manifold and be a codimension 1 geodesic cycle. In this paper, we study the asymptotic growth of the -norm of the lifts of F in the congruence tower above M. We obtain an explicit value for the growth rate of this norm. In particular, we provide a new proof of a celebrated result of Millson [Mi] on the homology of the arithmetic hyperbolic manifolds. The method is quite general and gives a new way of getting non zero homology classes in certain locally symmetric spaces. Biodegradable/biocompatible ABC triblock copolymer bearing hydroxyl groups in the middle block

New biodegradable/biocompatible ABC block copolymers, poly(ethylene oxide)‐b‐poly(glycidol)‐b‐poly(L ,L ‐lactide) (PEO‐PGly‐PLLA), were synthesized. First, PEO‐b‐poly(1‐ethoxyethylglycidol)‐b‐PLLA was synthesized by a successive anionic ring‐opening copolymerization of ethylene oxide, 1‐ethoxyethylglycidyl ether, and L ,L ‐lactide initiated with potassium 2‐methoxyethanolate. In the second step, the 1‐ethoxyethyl blocking groups of 1‐ethoxyethylglycidyl ether were removed at weakly acidic conditions leaving other blocks intact. The resulting copolymers were composed of hydrophilic and hydrophobic segments joined by short polyglycidol blocks with one hydroxyl group in each monomeric unit. These hydroxyl groups may be used for further copolymer transformations. The PEO‐PGly‐PLLA copolymers with a molecular weight of PLLA blocks below 5000 were water‐soluble. Above the critical micellar concentration (ranging from 0.05 to1.0 g/L, depending on the composition of copolymer), copolymers formed macromolecular micelles with a hydrophobic PLLA core and hydrophilic PEO shell. 贝克曼AllegraTM21R型超高速离心机故障排除一例

贝克曼Allegra^TM 21R型超高速离心机开机后，操作面板上出现错误代码“28”，离心机不旋转。离心机的电机采用无刷感应驱动，由电机驱动电源模块BSMl0GD60DN2驱动离心机的电机。故障是由于电源模块BSMl0GD60DN2损坏引起的。采用东芝三相桥式IGBT电源模块MG25Q6ES42代替BSMl0GD60DN2，并更换已烧毁的栅极电阻后。开机试验，仪器恢复正常。     

[Na(18-C-6)]2[Cu(i-mnt)2]的合成与结构分析

研究了18-冠-6与Na2[Cu(i-mnt)2][i-mnt=异丁二腈烯二硫醇阴离子,S2CC(CN)2-2]的反应,得到的配合物[Na(18-C-6)]2[Cu(i-mnt)2](1)通过元素分析、红外光谱、X射线单晶衍射进行了结构分析.配合物为单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c.晶体学结构数据a=1.2819(11),b=1.1793(10),c=1.4928(13)nm,β=99.121(16)°,V=2.228(3)nm3,Z=2,Dcaled.=1.369g/cm3,F(000)=958,R1=0.0521,wR2=0.1003.1中的[Cu(i-mnt)2]基团通过配体i-mnt的氮原子与两个[Na(18-C-6)]基团中的钠原子成键,形成稳定的中性配合物.
