北京大学化学与分子工程学院在实施基础学科拔尖学生培养计划过程中,实行动态管理制度,低年级统一培养,高年级通过制定个性化教学方案和参加科研训练的办法遴选拔尖学生,探索"扎根课堂打好基础,依托科研提高能力,着眼交流开阔眼界"的培养模式,实现"以高水平科研带动创新人才培养"的目标。在基础核心课程中设置平行的英文班和阅读讨论班以适应不同学生的需求。2016年,随着北京大学综合改革计划的推进,进一步明确了"一体化、多层次、开放式、重基础、求创新"的教学指导思想,在注重化学基础理论知识和基本实验方法培养、注重数学和物理基础知识学习的基础上,构建多样化和多模式的立体课程体系,为学生提供适合的课程学习和个性化学术发展途径。  相似文献

This study reported a stereoselective synthesis of (+)/(+)-pentenomycin I in 4–5 steps through regioselective silylation, optical resolution and dihydroxylation, followed by an olefin formation, from a known racemic cyclopentenone prepared from 2-deoxy-d-glucose. We also accomplished the transformation of a common intermediate into a variety of analogs. In addition, the antimicrobial activities of the pentenomycin analogs were evaluated, which revealed important structural factors of pentenomycins for the antimicrobial activities.  相似文献

ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn (ABO-HDN), which may cause neonatal jaundice and polycythemia, or even stillbirth or neonatal death, is widespread in China. Prenatal testing for the fetal ABO blood group can reduce unnecessary concerns or ensure prompt treatment. Herein, we presented a method to employ high-density silica microbeads (SiO2 MBs) for capturing fetal nucleated red blood cells (fnRBCs) in maternal peripheral blood, and we detected the ABO genotype of the fetus using these captured cells. We evaluated 52 patients using the SiO2 MBs. Among 26 pregnant women with type O blood, 8 (30.8%) of the fetuses had type A blood, 5 (19.2%) had type B blood, and 13 (50%) had type O blood. SRY genes were detected in all 27 male fetuses. This study represents a simple and effective method for noninvasive prenatal detection of the fetal ABO genotype. We believe that this method has great potential for noninvasive prenatal testing of the fetal Rh blood group and other fetal diseases as well.  相似文献

This paper reports the investigation of the nanostructured surface morphology of novel arborescent polyisobutylene-block-polystyrene (PIB-PS) copolymers, in comparison with linear PS-PIB-PS triblock copolymers, using atomic force microscopy (AFM) in tapping mode. Arborescent PIB-PS samples displayed interesting new phase morphologies, which changed dramatically upon annealing but remained irregular. Linear PS-PIB-PS samples showed morphologies similar to those previously found by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in cryomicrotomed bulk samples, ranging from spherical/cylindrical to lamellar nanometer-sized discreet PS phases dispersed in a continuous PIB matrix. Annealing the samples resulted in more ordered structures.Three-dimensional AFM image and section analysis indicated a height difference between PIB and PS in the block copolymers, which became more prominent during annealing. This feature was verified on compression moulded and protein coated samples. The arborescent PIB-PS materials displayed thermoplastic elastomeric behaviour with a tensile strength between 7 and 10 MPa and elongation ranging from 1000% to 1830%. In comparison, linear triblock samples had a tensile strength between 7 and 20 MPa and elongation ranging from 380% to 640%. Block copolymers with irregular elastomeric midsegments may emerge as a new class of TPEs.  相似文献

Summary The quantitative use of high speed capillary electrophoresis (HSCE) is examined by applying high voltages across short capillaries. Acceptable performance in terms of injection precision and migration times were achieved within 1–2 minute analysis times. HSCE was used for the novel CE application of dissolution test sample solution analysis. The results generated by HSCE compared well with those generated using validated on-line UV absorbance measurements. It is concluded that HSCE is a viable alternative and supplement to standard analytical methods employed in dissolution test analysis.  相似文献

针对化探样品中痕金的电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测试方法,探讨了吸附酸度、解脱时间、吸附温度等对测试结果的影响。确立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定的最佳条件。方法检出限为:0.035 ng/g,准确度△lgC(n=12)为0.01~0.05,精密度RSD(n=12)为4.50~9.64。很好的解决金的快速测定问题,对地矿部门日益增多的化探任务,提高了测试速度,缩短了测试周期,值得推广。  相似文献

在自制单螺杆小型挤出机上通过熔融共混的办法,制备了不同配比(5/95—25/75)的EC/Nylon—1010共混物.用WAXD、DSC、毛细管流变仪、力学性能测试等方法对共混物进行了研究.发现共混后尼龙-1010的形态结构有明显改变,其强度、模量都有提高,在高剪切速率下,共混物粘度大大降低.配比为1585时,这些性能的改进尤为明显.  相似文献

Summary Rimantadine is synthetic analog of amantadine; both are antiviral agents used for prophylaxis and treatment of influenza A. A capillary zone electrophoretic (CZE) procedure for the determination of rimantadine has been developed. As the direct determination of rimantadine is poorly sensitive because the compound is almost transparent in the UV/Vis range, several indirect methods were studied. Two were found to be the particularly useful: (a) indirect detection using 5 mM 4-methylbenzylamine in 1:4 methanol-water as absorbing background electrolyte, with detection at 210 nm, and (b) derivatization of rimantadine with 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonic acid in alkaline medium and subsequent determination of the derivative by CZE (40 mM tetraborate, pH 9.2, detection at 280 nm). Uncoated capillary tubing, 44 cm length ×75 μM i.d., was used for both determinations. The detection limits were 0.1 and 2 ppm for methods a and b, respectively. The methods were used to determine rimantadine in pharmaceutical products and for dissolution testing of Flumadin? tablets.  相似文献
