In the synthesis of combinatorial chemical libraries on solid phase, there is a need to cleave the compounds from the solid
support before the library can be tested for biological activity. It is advantageous to use linkers which will release the
libraries by mild photolytic cleavage. We have developed six new linkers of the photosensitive α-methyl 2-nitrobenzyl type
containing amino, hydroxy, bromo and methylamino groups, and also 4-nitrophenoxycarbonyl activated OH and NH2 groups.

Summary This paper deals with the first investigation concerning the thermal behaviour of Ni(II) complexes with ligands having biguanide moieties. The new complex [NiL(1)](ClO4)2·2.5H2O (1) with the Schiff base resulted in [2+1] condensation of N,N-dimethylbiguanide with pentane-2,4-dione (L(1)) and the complex [Ni2L(2)](ClO4)4 (2), with the Schiff base, L(2), resulted through the oxidative condensation of L(1) have been synthesized and characterised. The bonding and stereochemistry of the complexes have been characterized by IR and electronic spectra. The cyclic voltammograms show the characteristic waves for mononuclear and respectively binuclear Ni(II) complexes and indicate that both complexes exhibit catalytic effects on the CO2 electrochemical reduction. The thermal behaviour provided confirmation of the complexes composition as well as the number and the nature of water molecules and the intervals of thermal stability. The different nature of the ligands generates a different thermal behaviour for complexes. 相似文献

Peanut stems and leaves have been used traditionally as both herbal medicines and special food in Asia. In this study, the main functional compounds of peanut stems and leaves extracts were identified using UPLC separation coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry (QTOF‐MS), and a traditional medicine library. Three different extraction solvents (ethyl acetate, petroleum ether and n‐butanol) were evaluated to prepare the extracts of peanut stems and leaves. A total of 283 chemical compounds were identified in peanut stems and leaves extracts, of which 207 compounds are tentatively new identifications in Genus Arachis. The integration of data acquisition and processing with the traditional medicine library provides a simple, efficient process to effectively facilitate the identification of chemical ingredients in complex natural product extracts. The integrated workflow for separation, detection and identification of functional compounds in natural products using UPLC/QTOF‐MS greatly improves productivity for development of traditional herbal medicines. Recently, the field of highly-ordered mesoporous and macroporous thin films coated onto solid electrode surfaces has begun to receive attention due to their great interest for electrochemical analysis. This review highlights the features of both electricallyconducting and non-conducting organized layers, which are applicable to designing electrochemical sensors, and the methods applied to construct these novel nanomaterials.We emphasize methods based on use of self-assembled colloidal templates (e.g., surfactants or nanoparticles), around which the materials of interest are formed. We then describe their basic electrochemical behavior and discuss their possible use as electrochemical sensors and biosensors, mostly in the particular case of structured metallic layers, functionalized mesoporous silica films, and some other continuous three-dimensional ordered porous structures. 相似文献

The 1,4-addition of the enolate generated from α-methylated acetoacetate incorporated at C-4 of methyl 6-deoxy-2,3-di-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-α-d-glucopyranoside to methyl vinyl ketone, followed by aldol condensation of the resulting 1,4-addition product under two base-mediated conditions, provided 4-O-functionalized d-glucose derivatives with high diastereoselectivity. These products install a 3-methyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one-4- (or -6-) carboxylic acid as the O-4 ester, in which C-4 or C-6 is an asymmetric quaternary carbon. Removal of the sugar template from those aldol condensation products provided synthetically useful 3,6-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one-6-carboxylic acid and 3,4-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one-4-carboxylic acid derivatives both in high enantioenriched forms. 相似文献
