Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel is commonly used in Asia, and anemoside B4 (AB4) is its major saponin, with diverse pharmaceutical effects. Previous studies showed that intestinal flora plays an important role in the metabolism of herbs administered orally. In this study, the metabolic profile of AB4 with microflora in rat small and large intestines in vitro was investigated. Gut microflora was collected from different intestinal segments and anaerobically incubated with AB4 at 37°C for 24, 48, 72 and 96 h, respectively. A total of 10 metabolites were detected and identified by ultra‐ performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry, involving the products of oxygenation and deglycosylation reactions. Gut microflora in the large intestine generated more comprehensive metabolic pathways, which appears to be attributable to the wider range of bacterial types and numbers of bacteria. Human cancer cell lines SMMC‐7721, Hela and MCF‐7 were treated with metabolite pools by MTT assay, together with M6 as the greatest deglycosylation product. As a result, M6 exhibited a reduction in cell viability of SMMC‐7721 with an IC50 value of 22.28 ± 1.26 μg/mL. The present study provided scientific evidence for AB4 metabolism in small and large intestines, which is helpful to reveal the active forms of AB4 in vivo .  相似文献

Laser‐matter interaction is defined by an electronic band structure of condensed matter and frequency ωL of electromagnetic radiation. In the range of moderate fluences, the energy absorbed by electrons from radiation finally thermalizes in the ion thermal energy. The thermalization processes are different for optical as compared with X‐ray quanta and for metals relative to semiconductors and dielectrics, since the light absorption and electron‐electron, electron‐ion dynamics are sensitive to the electron population in a conduction band and the width of a forbidden gap. Although the thermalization processes are different, the final state is simply a heated matter. Laser heating creates powerful stresses in a target if duration of a laser pulse τL is short in acoustic time scale. Nucleation and material removal take place under such stresses. Such way of removal is called here the spallative ablation. Es wird eine weiterentwickeltes, isotopenanalytisches Verfahren zur probenchemischen Umsetzung von Kohlenwasserstoffen mit Chromium zu Wasserstoff bei 1300 K vorgestellt. Die erzielten Testergebnisse zeigen anhand der gemessenen δD-Werte, daβ Quarzöfen bei diesen Temperaturen noch keine die Isotopenmeβwerte beeinflussende Diffusion von Wasserstoff durch die Wandung zulassen. Auβerdem erfolgte die Reaktion nahezu spontan und vollständig, was die Methode zeitlich sehr effektiv macht.

A modified isotope analytical method is presented for the chemical reaction of hydrocarbons with chromium at 1300 K to form hydrogen. The test results obtained (i.e. the measured δD-values) show that at this temperature quartz heating tubes do not allow hydrogen to diffuse through the wail, which fact would influence the isotopic composition. Furthermore the reaction proceeds nearly spontaneously and quantitatively, which yields an effective method, especially with respect to time.  相似文献

The quest for higher peak focused intensities and better temporal contrast drives one to improve the design of all possible stages of the chirped pulse amplification (CPA) system. In this paper, we have analyzed the role of dispersion and spectral profile on the temporal shape and contrast ratio of the output pulse of a CPA system. The simulations indicate that an initial sech2 or a Gaussian pulse in the CPA system is best for a good contrast ratio. Incorporating a four-grating based pulse compressor in the CPA system improves the contrast as well as provides the flexibility to compensate the dispersion upto the fourth order. The simulations also detail the effect of spectral profile tailoring on the contrast ratio and peak power.  相似文献

A new crystalline octahedral hexaaqua Ni(II) bis(o-tolylazo-citrazinate)hexahydrate complex was synthesized. The analytical data proved the formation of 1:2 stoichiometry. An X-ray structure investigation has been carried out. The triclinic space group is p and the unit cell parameters are a = 585.5 pm, b = 993 pm, c = 1139.4 pm, α = 101.6°, β = 97.4°, γ = 102.4°. Evaluation of intensity data revealed the structure with an R-value of 0.03 (2316 observed independent reflections). Nanosized cobalt ferrite spinel particles have been prepared by using mechanically alloyed nanoparticles. The effects of various preparation parameters on the crystallite size of cobalt ferrite which includes milling time; ball-to powder weight ratio (BPR) and sintering temperature, were studied using X-ray diffractometer (XRD). Scherrer's equation was used to study the crystallite size evolution of the as-prepared materials. The results of the as-milled sample revealed that both milling time and BPR plays a role in determining the crystallite size of the milled powder. However, where sintering is involved, the sintering temperature results in grain growth, and thus plays a dominant role in determining the final crystallite size of the samples sintered at higher temperature (above 900 °C). From the vibrating-sample magnetometer (VSM) measurement it was observed that the coercivity of the as-milled samples without sintering is almost negligible, which is a type characteristic of superparamagnetic material. However, for the sintered samples, the saturation increases while coercivity decreases with increases sintering temperature.  相似文献

Co3xNi3−3x(PO4)2·8H2O (x = 1, 0.8, 0.6, 0.4, 0.2, and 0) were synthesized via simple wet chemical reaction and energy saving route method. The final decomposition products of hydrates are corresponding anhydrous tri(cobalt nickel) diphosphates. The metal and water contents of the synthesized hydrates were confirmed by AAS and TG/DTG/DTA techniques, respectively. The observed metal and water contents agree well with the formula of the title compounds. The crystal structures and lattice parameters as well as crystallite sizes of the studied compounds were determined using XRD data. The results from XRD and TG/DTG/DTA techniques confirmed that Co3xNi3−3x(PO4)2·8H2O at all ratios were the single phase. The FTIR spectra of studied compounds were recorded and assigned. The thermal behaviours of single and binary tri(cobalt nickel) diphosphate octahydrates were studied for the first time. The morphologies of the studied compounds were investigated by using the SEM technique. The micrographs of all studied compounds exhibited the thin plated morphology. The surface area and the pore size data of anhydrous forms were measured by N2 adsorption at −190 °C according to the BET method. The anhydrous forms of binary metal phosphate at x = 0.8, Co2.4Ni0.6(PO4)2, exhibits the highest surface area and expects to improve the catalytic activity.  相似文献

The nature of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) varies with the change in oxidation conditions. In this work, the effect of treatment temperatures on the acidity of MWCNTs was studied. Oxidation was performed by refluxing the MWCNTs in nitric acid or mixtures of sulfuric acid and nitric acid at different temperatures. After oxidative treatment, a quantitative characterization of o-MWCNTs has been performed using acid-base titrations which show that the number of surface acidic functional groups increased by increasing the treatment temperatures. Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) measurements show that the oxygen content increased with increasing treatment temperatures. Fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy (FTIR) was used for qualitative characterization. It has been demonstrated that the acidity is a function of the type of oxidizing agent used and the treatment temperatures. Due to the importance in attachment strategies and functionalization, this study adds to the global discussion of the possibility of controlling the MWCNTs’ surface chemistry which plays a crucial role in determining its reactivity.  相似文献
