射频CO2激光用于轧辊毛化的实验研究

分析了轧辊材料在温度发生变化时对激光吸收系数的影响和毛化加工时各种工艺参数对毛化点的影响.针对Diamond K-50射频激励CO2激光器对轧辊毛化的实验,分析了激光脉冲宽度、重复频率以及毛化扫描速度等参数对毛化点的大小和椭圆度的影响,其中激光脉冲宽度与毛化点大小成线性关系,在脉宽为50～400μs时,毛化点椭圆短轴直径可达90～260μm,满足所需要的毛化加工要求.

Scheduling Tasks on Unrelated Machines: Large Neighborhood Improvement Procedures

Two approximation algorithms are presented for minimizing the makespan of independant tasks assigned on unrelated machines. The first one is based upon a partial and heuristical exploration of a search tree, which is used not only to build a solution but also to improve it thanks to a post-optimization procedure. The second implements a new large neighborhood improvement procedure to an already existing algorithm. Computational experiments show that their efficiency is equivalent to the best local search heuristics.     

Comparison of Lagrangian bounds for one class of generalized assignment problems

Classical and modified Lagrangian bounds for the optimal value of optimization problems with a double decomposable structure are examined. For the class of generalized assignment problems, this property of constraints is used to design a Benders algorithm for solving the modified dual problem. Numerical results are presented that compare the quality of classical and modified bounds.
