Summary A thin layer chromatographic method for a qualitative screening-test and a quantitative analysis of 2,4,6-TNT, biodegradation products, octogen and hexogen in ammunition wastes was developed using both polar and non-polar modified sorbents. For enrichment a solidphase extraction on LiChrolut® EN followed by removal with methanol/acetonitrile (11 v/v) was chosen. Summary Polyethylene oxide (PEO)-based polymers with hydroxy, methoxy, and aminopropoxy terminal groups were coated on diol functionalized and hexamethyldisilazane end-capped silica particles. Proton-donor and proton-acceptor test solutes, including carboxylic acids, hydroxy-containing compounds, arylamines, and alkylamines were used to evaluate the chromatographic performances of these polymer coated particles under SFC conditions with neat CO2 as mobile phase. It was found that the particles coated with hydroxy-terminated PEO were suitable for the separation of proton-donor compounds such as hydroxy-containing compounds and carboxylic acids, and the particles coated with aminopropoxy-terminated PEO could be used for the separation of amines. That is, the proton-accepting stationary phase is suitable for the separation of proton accepting solutes, including strong basic alkylamines (pKb4), using neat CO2 as mobile phase, while the protondonating stationary phase is suitable for the separation of proton-donating compounds such as carboxylic acids (pKa4). Hydrogen bond basicity was found to be a critical factor for the chromatography of basic amines. Low volatility acidic and basic drugs were chromatographed using the new stationary phases. The stability of the PEO coated particles was determined by measuring the loss of organic carbon under SFC conditions. It was found that approximately 18 % of the coating (average molecular weight of 15,000) was washed out of the particles by supercritical CO2 after 7 h at 350 atm and 50°C  相似文献

为了测量黑腔靶X光引光效率、转换效率,我们设计了相应的分解靶(泄漏靶)实验,1989~1992年在″神光″装置上共进行了四次漏靶分解实验,利用灵敏度作了绝对标定的平响应X光二极管对漏靶注入孔、引光孔流出的X光角分布进行了测量,测出了x光角分布,得到了黑腔靶X光转换效率为50%~60%,引光效率约6%,为以后辐射驱动内爆研究的理论计算和靶的优化设计提供了重要的数据。  相似文献

Summary The BIAcoreTM Biosensor System utilizes a detection principle known as Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) which, in simple terms, detects changes in the refractive index of a solution in contact with a gold film. The gold film is surface modified with carboxymethylated dextran to produce a hydrophillic matrix onto which macromolecules may be covalently immobilized. In this respect, the BIAcoreTM is similar to any other insoluble matrix, such as a chromatographic support. The SPR detection principle, however, allows one to directly visualize the interaction under study, in real time and without the need for reporter molecules such as enzyme-labels. In addition, the very small sample requirements, automated robotics unit and ease of data analysis suggest the potential use of the BIAcoreTM instrumentation for assay development and possibly process development, especially where bio-specific interactions such as immunoaffinity chromatography are used as a step in the process. In this report, we demonstrate the use of the BIAcoreTM SPR detector for the micro-scale determination of conditions for immunoaffinity chromatography of soluble complementreceptor 1, sCR1.  相似文献

An electrostatic bond energy model is formulated to fit the enthalpies of formation and dipole moments of the alkanes and chloroalkanes. In this model, the charge distributions are calculated by an electrostatic approach similar to the "MSE" method, and the enthalpy of formation of a molecule is the sum of the bond energy terms plus the electrostatic energy of the interactions between the charges on all atoms. All parameters of this model are obtained by parameterization. The calculated dipole moments for 13 chloroalkanes and enthalpies of formation for 19 alkanes and non-geminal chloroalkanes agree with the determined values very well. To calculate the enthalpies of formation of geminal chloroalkanes, a correction mainly attributed to the van der Waals interactions in the geminal substituted group, about 24 kJ/mol per pair of geminal chlorine atoms, is introduced.  相似文献

Recently, Ye, Tapia and Zhang (1991) demonstrated that Mizuno—Todd—Ye's predictor—corrector interior-point algorithm for linear programming maintains the O( L)-iteration complexity while exhibiting superlinear convergence of the duality gap to zero under the assumption that the iteration sequence converges, and quadratic convergence of the duality gap to zero under the assumption of nondegeneracy. In this paper we establish the quadratic convergence result without any assumption concerning the convergence of the iteration sequence or nondegeneracy. This surprising result, to our knowledge, is the first instance of a demonstration of polynomiality and superlinear (or quadratic) convergence for an interior-point algorithm which does not assume the convergence of the iteration sequence or nondegeneracy.Supported in part by NSF Grant DDM-8922636 and NSF Coop. Summary We describe here a sensitive, selective and rapid method to quantitate plasma catecholamines, especially dopamine, using high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. This method requires a 10-minute run time and has a threshold for detection of 2 picograms, (10pg/ml).A number of commonly employed mobile phases for catecholamine analysis have been tested and have failed to detect dopamine in biological samples. Neither acetonitrile (3–7%) or methanol, (5–8%) in the mobile phase has produced consistently interpretable data either due to inability to detect or interference from co-eluting substances. Optimal detection was achieved with a mobile phase containing sodium acetate (6.8g), citric acid (5.9g), EDTA (48mg), di-n-butylamine (270l), Na-1-octane sulfate (850mg), methanol (100 ml) (amounts refer to 1 liter aqueous solution) (pH 4.3). The mobile phase was passed through a Waters 5 resolve C18 column using a Waters 590 pump and m460 electrochemical detector and 740 data module, Flow rate was 0.9ml/min. Using this method, normal values in human and swine left ventricular myocardium and human and swine plasma have been established for norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-anilino(toluidino-, morpholino)-1,3,4-thiadiazoline-2-thiones at 80°C with allyl bromide and benzyl chloride in alcohol, acetonitrile or DMF in the presence of KOH and also with phenoxymethyloxirane in alcohol in the absence of base gives the corresponding novel allyl-, benzyl-, and 2-hydroxy-3-phenoxypropyl products substituted at the exocyclic S atom. Alkylation of the indicated thiones with benzyl chloride at 150-153°C in DMF in the presence of KOH occurs similarly. Under these conditions, allyl bromide forms alkylation products at the endocyclic N(3) atom as a result of an SN thio-Claisen rearrangement of the initially formed product which is allyl substituted at the exocyclic S atom.  相似文献

The synthesis of new hosts specifically designed for the recognition of neutral guests bearing donor-acceptor hydrogen bonding groups is described. These hosts are characterized by the presence of two distinct binding region in close proximity: the rigid π-donor cavity and the H-bond donor N-methylene-N′-phenylureido group inserted onto the upper rim of the calix[4]arene skeleton. The binding abilities of these receptors were investigated toward a series of neutral ditopic organic molecules in CDCl3 solution by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The results obtained show that rigidity of the calix[4]arene apolar cavity is the control element in determining efficiency. In fact, compared with the more rigid 2, host 10, where the rigidity of the cone structure is maintained by hydrogen bonding of the OH of the lower rim, a decrease of efficiency of almost one order of magnitude was observed. The cooperative effect of the two binding region of host 2 was verified with different classes of ditopic guests. Good efficiency in the recognition of urea derivatives and dimethylsulfoxide was achieved.  相似文献

Copolymerisation of methyl methacrylate with nine novel monomer compounds, triazinyl benzanthrone dyes, triazinyl benzotriazole stabilisers and their combined structures, was investigated. Chemical bonding of the compounds in the polymers obtained was confirmed spectrophotometrically. The quantity of the chemically bonded monomer compounds was determined to be over 50%, providing a colour and a fluorescence stable to solvents. Their influence on the rate of the copolymerisation was studied. It was found that the compounds under study did not significantly affect the rate of copolymerisation. A stabilizing effect towards photo-degradation of PMMA was achieved at 0.1 wt.% initial concentration of the compounds, which made them suitable for “one-step” colouration and stabilisation of PMMA.  相似文献
