Novel optical film sensor design based on p-polarized reflectance

A new scheme of optical film sensor is presented. The sensor is based on p-polarized reflectance, consisting of a sensing coated substrate, is easily optimized for maximum sensitivity in different applications. The resolutions of refractive index n_f, extinction coefficient k_f and thickness h_f of the sensitive films are predicted to be 10⁻⁷, 10⁻⁵ and 10⁻³ nm, respectively. Experimentally, we selected the sol–gel derived SnO₂ films as gas-sensitive films and conducted preliminary gas-sensing test. The results indicate that novel optical film sensor scheme has higher sensitivity, and the detection sensitivity is available to 10⁻¹ ppm on the condition of optimum optical parameters and incident angle.     

Morphology and spectral properties of thin films of benzoxazole derivatives of biphenyl

We have studied the spectral properties and morphology of thin films (TVD films) formed by thermal vacuum deposition of 4,4′-bis[(E)-1-(1,3-benzoxazol-2-yl)-2-ethenyl]-1,1′-biphenyl and its substituted derivatives. We have shown that introducing bulky 2,2′-oxyhexyl substituents into the biphenyl units leads to a shift of the fluorescence maximum for the TVD films toward shorter wavelengths, a decrease in their photostability, and aggregation of the films during storage. __________ Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 74, No. 3, pp. 300–303, May–June, 2007.

综述透明导电薄膜的性能、种类、制备工艺、研究及应用状况,重点讨论掺铝氧化锌(AZO)薄膜的结构、导电机理、光电性能和当前的研究焦点。并指出,为了进一步提高透明导电薄膜的性能,应从以材料选择、制备工艺、多层膜光学设计等方面深入研发,以满足尖端技术的需要。     

Fuchs-Kliewer phonon spectrum of Co3O4(110) single crystal surfaces by high resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy

The Fuchs-Kliewer phonon spectrum of single crystal Co₃O₄(110) has been analyzed by high resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HREELS) and the four fundamental phonon losses have been identified at 26.8, 47.5, 71.1 and 84.7 meV (216, 383, 573 and 683 cm⁻¹). This is the first HREELS study reported for an intrinsic spinel single-crystal surface with primary focus on the Fuchs-Kliewer phonon structure. The Co₃O₄ crystal is first characterized by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and low-energy electron diffraction (LEED), which establish the composition, cleanliness, and order of the (110) surface. Electron scattering is then used to obtain a series of well-resolved Fuchs-Kliewer phonon spectra over 2.25-14.25 eV incident electron energy range. The variation in phonon intensity with primary beam energy is shown to agree with that predicted by dielectric theory.     

DDI法测薄膜光学常数

双光束双波长激光干涉（ＤＤＩ）法采用自行设计的可调双波长氦氖激光器作光源，可在同一光路中通过两次测量获得薄膜样品两个波长（０．６３３μｍ，３．３９μｍ）下的光学常数，即折射率、消光系数和厚度。论述了测量原理、测量装置和测量结果。     

热分解法制备钛酸铅镧薄膜及其电性能研究

本文研究了用金属有机物热发解法制备ＰＬＴ８薄膜的工艺过程和基片对薄膜结构的影响，并且给出了铁电性能的测量结果。     

LB技术制备大面积超薄PMMA抗蚀层的研究

采用自行研制的ＬＢ自动提膜装置，制备出大面积（１０×８ｃｍ２）、高质量的ＰＭＭＡ超薄抗蚀剂膜，并将其用于高分辨率铬掩模版的研制。通过电子束曝光，湿法蚀刻，制作了分辨率优于０．５μｍ，特征线宽０．３８μｍ的４（１００ｍｍ）铬掩模版。     

碲镉汞外延晶膜的不稳定性

利用变温和变磁场霍尔测试对在空气室温环境长期存放的碲镉汞液相处延晶膜作了定期的检测，结果表明，晶膜的电学性质随时间有明显的改变，本文采用非均匀晶膜的层状模型对晶膜的不稳定性作了详细的分析。
