分别建立了串联悬臂梁、并联电容MEMS开关的结构模型和等效电路模型,利用其模型研究了开关的微波传输性能,在结构、工艺及驱动机制上作了比较。

主要介绍了传统PSTN网向NGN演进，重点讲述了传统信令网与NGN的融合，提出把传统电路交换机演进成媒体网关控制器，并讲述了其中信令模块的实现。     

Protein Adsorption Switch Constructed by a Pillar[5]arene‐Based Host–Guest Interaction

The interfacial properties of solid substrates are of importance for protein adsorption. Herein, we report a reversible protein adsorption switch based on the host–guest interaction of the butoxy pillar[5]arene and adipic acid. By the detector of the contact angle (CA), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and luminoscope on the silicon substrate, the intelligent protein switch exhibits excellent adsorptivity for BSA and switch performance by pH regulation.     

All-Optical Multi-Mode Interference Switch Using Non-Linear Directional Coupler as a Passive Phase Shifter

Abstract

This article presents an all-optical multi-mode interference switch in which the non-linear directional coupler is utilized to realize a passive phase shifter. The proposed structure can be used either as a 1 × 2 or a 2 × 2 switch, with two inputs applied simultaneously in the latter case. The operation of the device is mainly based on the phase difference of the inputs of the multi-mode interference section. The beam propagation method is used for the design and simulation of the structure. The simulation results approve the low sensitivity on wavelength and fabrication tolerances. The crosstalk of the structure is equal to ?31.6 dB.     

Features and Prototypes of HTS High Q Resonant Circuit

High Tc superconductor (HTS) technology has been used to develop a unique high Q resonant circuit. Such circuit or device has some special characteristics such as very high voltage generation. Theoretical study and experimental approaches have proceeded for the concept verification. This paper presents the theory about this high Q resonant circuit. The operation principle of the circuit is described. A practical prototype for HTS high voltage generation is also demonstrated. The experiment result shows that very high voltages can be achieved by the developed method using HTS technology.     

基于可调谐光纤激光器的频域光纤光学双稳态及其应用

频域光纤光学双稳态是光学舣稳态原理和现代光纤技术的有机结合，具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了基于可调谐激光器的电光混合型和本征型频域光学双稳态的工作机制和最新研究进展，并对这种器件在光纤激光稳功率器、光开关和数字式光纤传感器等方面的应用进行了讨论。     

开放式以太网交换机的设计与实现

针对互联网技术中的交换实验系统的缺乏,在分析了商用以太网交换机工作原理与电路设计基础之上,设计并实现了面向学习和实验的开放式以太网交换机。着重介绍了开放式交换机与以往的商用交换机的区别,并分别从软件和硬件两方面介绍了开放式交换机的实现过程。
