Dynamic structure factor in a random diffusion model

Let {X _t:0} denote random walk in the random waiting time model, i.e., simple random walk with jump ratew ^–1(X _t), where {w(x):x^d} is an i.i.d. random field. We show that (under some mild conditions) theintermediate scattering function F(q,t)=E ₀ (q^d) is completely monotonic int (E ₀ denotes double expectation w.r.t. walk and field). We also show that thedynamic structure factor S(q, w)=2 ₀ cos(t)F(q, t) exists for 0 and is strictly positive. Ind=1, 2 it diverges as 1/||^1/2, resp. –ln(||), in the limit 0; ind3 its limit value is strictly larger than expected from hydrodynamics. This and further results support the conclusion that the hydrodynamic region is limited to smallq and small such that ||D |q|², whereD is the diffusion constant.     

双重JPEG压缩图像篡改区域检测与定位

对JPEG(joint photographic experts group)图像实施篡改往往会产生双重JPEG(double JPEG,DJPE) 压缩痕迹,分析该痕迹有助于揭示图像压缩历史并实现篡改区域定位。现有算法在图像尺寸较小和质量因子(quality factor,QF) 较低的时候性能不佳,对两个QF的组合情况存在限制。本文提出了一种端到端的混合QF双重JPEG压缩图像取证网络,命名为DJPEGNet。首先,使用预处理层从图像头文件中提取表征压缩历史信息的量化表 (quantization table,Qtable) 特征,将图像从空域转换至DCT(discrete cosine transform)域构造统计直方图特征。然后,将两个特征输入到由深度可分离卷积和残差结构堆叠而成的主体结构,输出二分类结果。最后,使用滑动窗口算法自动定位篡改区域并绘制概率分布图。实验结果表明,在使用不同Qtable集生成的小尺寸数据集上,DJPEGNet所有指标均优于现有最先进的算法,其中ACC提高了1.78%,TPR提升了2.00%,TNR提升了1.60%。     

Ultra-Damping Composites Enhanced by Yolk–Shell Piezoelectric Damping Mechanism

High-performance damping materials are significant toward reducing vibration and maintaining stability for industrial applications. Herein, a yolk–shell piezoelectric damping mechanism is reported, which can enhance mechanical energy dissipation and improve damping capability. With the addition of yolk–shell particles and carbon nanotube (CNT) conductive network, damping properties of various resin matrices are enhanced with the energy dissipation path of mechanical to electrical to heat energy. Particularly, the peak loss factor of epoxy composites reaches 1.91 and tan δ area increases by 25.72% at 20 °C. The results prove the general applicability of yolk–shell piezoelectric damping mechanism. Besides, the novel damping materials also exhibit excellent flexibility, stretchability, and resilience, offering a promising application toward damping coating, indicating broad scope of application in transportation and sophisticated electronics, etc.     

High-Efficiency Organic Solar Cells Enabled by Chalcogen Containing Branched Chain Engineering: Balancing Short-Circuit Current and Open-Circuit Voltage,Enhancing Fill Factor

The elaborate balance between the open-circuit voltage (V_OC) and the short-circuit current density (J_SC) is critical to ensure efficient organic solar cells (OSCs). Herein, the chalcogen containing branched chain engineering is employed to address this dilemma. Three novel nonfullerene acceptors (NFAs), named BTP-2O , BTP-O-S , and BTP-2S , featuring different peripheral chalcogen containing branched chains are synthesized. Compared with symmetric BTP-2O and BTP-2S grafting two alkoxy or alkylthio branched chains, the asymmetric BTP-O-S grafting one alkoxy and one alkylthio branched chains shows mediate absorption range, applicable miscibility, and favorable crystallinity. Benefiting from the enhanced π–π stacking and charge transport, an optimal power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 17.3% is obtained for the PM6: BTP-O-S -based devices, with a good balance between V_OC (0.912 V) and J_SC (24.5 mA cm⁻²), and a high fill factor (FF) of 0.775, which is much higher than those of BTP-2O (16.1%) and BTP-2S -based (16.4%) devices. Such a result represents one of the highest efficiencies among the binary OSCs with V_OC surpassing 0.9 V. Moreover, the BTP-O-S -based devices fabricated by using green solvent yield a satisfactory PCE of 17.1%. This work highlights the synergistic effect of alkoxy and alkylthio branched chains for high-performance OSCs by alleviating voltage loss and enhancing FF.     

孪生网络框架下融合显著性和干扰在线学习的航拍目标跟踪算法

针对一般跟踪算法不能很好地解决航拍视频下目标分辨率低、视场大、视角变化多等特殊难点,该文提出一种融合目标显著性和在线学习干扰因子的无人机(UAV)跟踪算法.通用模型预训练的深层特征无法有效地识别航拍目标,该文跟踪算法能根据反向传播梯度识别每个卷积滤波器的重要性来更好地选择目标显著性特征,以此凸显航拍目标特性.另外充分利用连续视频丰富的上下文信息,通过引导目标外观模型与当前帧尽可能相似地来在线学习动态目标的干扰因子,从而实现可靠的自适应匹配跟踪.实验证明:该算法在跟踪难点更多的UAV123数据集上跟踪成功率和准确率分别比孪生网络基准算法高5.3%和3.6%,同时速度达到平均28.7帧/s,基本满足航拍目标跟踪准确性和实时性需求.     

ISOLATION,CHARACTERIZATION AND EXPRESSION OF THE COMPLEMENTARY DNA FOR HUMAN TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR (TNF-α)

A cDNA for human TNF-α (615bp) was isolated by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using first strand cDNA from PMA-induced HL-60 cells as template. The result from sequencing the 615 bp cDNA fragment indicated that it corresponded to the entire sequence of mature human TNF coding region. Direct expression of mature human TNF was achieved using a plasmid pHT-1 constructed by ligation of the cDNA and a synthetic DNA. The IPTG-induced bacterial product (hTNF) showed cytotoxicity to mouse L-929 cells. The TNF activity was further identified by neutralization of a specific monoclonal antibody against human TNF-α. Approximately 80,000 units of activity were detected per ml of culture at A600=2.     

Tröger's base scaffold in racemic and chiral fashion as a spacer for bisdistamycin formation. Synthesis and DNA binding study

‘Head-to-head’ oligo-N-methylpyrrole peptide dimers linked by a methano[1,5]diazocin scaffold are presented in racemic as well as chiral fashion. Their DNA binding activities were assayed on calf thymus DNA, poly(dA-dT)₂, and poly(dC-dG)₂ by NMR and ECD spectroscopies, and fluorescence probe displacement assay. The presented dimers prefer AT sequences, but show higher affinity to poly(dC-dG)₂ than distamycin A. The (4R,9R) configuration of methanodiazocin bridge was found to be better suited for interaction with ct-DNA and poly(dA-dT)₂ than (4S,9S) configuration.     

The molecular and crystal structures of two diastereomeric 3,4-dihydropyrromethenones

The molecular and crystal structures of the two racemic diastereomeric 3,4-dihydropyrromethenone derivatives1 and2 of configurations (Z) and (E) were determined at 93 K (1, 2) and at room temperature (1). From an analysis of the crystallographically observed temperature coefficients a pseudorotation flexibility of the pyrrolidinone ring in the crystal is deduced. In both compounds a nearly orthogonal arrangement between the two heterocyclic ring systems is observed, which is ascribed to the steric bulk of the substituents in positions 1 and 3 of the pyrrolidinone ring.Herrn Prof.Josef Schurz zum 60.
