多媒体数据流实时传输技术研究

随着人们对实时业务需求的不断扩大，多媒体实时传输技术得到了蓬勃发展。文章研究了关于多媒体数据流实时传输的关键技术——资源预留协议、实时传输协议、实时流化协议、IPv6协议，具体分析了这些技术的原理及功能，最后给出了网络实时传输技术的实现与展望。     

Bounds on the magnetic moment of the τ-neutrino via the process e+e-→v(v)γ

Using Breit-Wigner resonance relation,bounds on the magnetic moment of the tau-neutrino are calculated through the reaction e+e-→v(v)γ at the neutral boson pole in the framework of a superstringinspired E6 model which has one extra low-energy neutral gauge boson and a LRSM.     

Existence of nonstationary bubbles in higher dimensions

We are interested in the existence of travelling-waves for the nonlinear Schrödinger equation in R^N with “ψ³−ψ⁵”-type nonlinearity. First, we prove an abstract result in critical point theory (a local variant of the classical saddle-point theorem). Using this result, we get the existence of travelling-waves moving with sufficiently small velocity in space dimension N4.     

A Population Dynamics Model with Parental Care

A model for an agestructured unlimited population dynamics with parental care of offspring is presented (migration of individuals is not taken into account). The model consists of six partial integrodifferential equations for single males, single females, pairs with offspring under parental care, pairs without offspring under parental care, and offspring of the male and female sex. A class of separable solutions is constructed.     

An Expansion Formula for q-Series and Applications

In this paper the author proves a q-expansion formula which utilizes the Leibniz formula for the q-differential operator. This expansion leads to new proofs of the Rogers–Fine identity, the nonterminating ₆₅ summation formula, and Watson's q-analog of Whipple's theorem. Andrews' identities for sums of three squares and sums of three triangular numbers are also derived. Other identities of Andrews and new identities for Hecke type series are also discussed.     

Initiation of Light Pulses by a Coaxial H‐Compressed Discharge

An optimum configuration of the discharge channel of a coaxial Hcompressed discharge is determined to exclude the screening influence of an envelope on discharge radiation in the UV region of a spectrum. It is shown that the use of an Hcompressed discharge of coaxial shape makes it possible to increase the radiation yield in the UV spectrum as compared to a plane shape at the same parameters of electric power supply.     

Unexpected synthesis of 6-amino-2,3-dihydro-4-pyrone-3-spirocyclohexane

The reaction of 2-amino-2-(trichloromethyl)tetrahydro-4-pyrone-5-spirocyclohexane with ethylenediamine afforded 6-amino-2,3-dihydro-4-pyrone-3-spirocyclohexane, whereas 2-amino-5,5-dimethyl-2-(trichloromethyl)tetrahydro-4-pyrone gave 2-(3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropionylmethylene)imidazolidine in low yield.     

超高频RFID无线接口标准ISO／IEC 18000-6C的研究

继ISO／IEC 18000-6A、B之后的ISO／IEC 18000-6C,它对前两种模式的协议特点进行了一系列有效的修正与扩充。其中物理层数据编码、调制方式、防碰撞算法等一些关键技术有了改进,使得ISO／IEC 18000-6C的性能比A、B有了很大的提高。本文介绍了ISO／IEC 18000-6C标准的协议特点及其与A、B之间的比较。     

Interfacial reaction between 42Sn-58Bi solder and electroless Ni-P/immersion Au under bump metallurgy during aging

The interfacial reaction between 42Sn-58Bi solder (in wt.% unless specified otherwise) and electroless Ni-P/immersion Au was investigated before and after thermal aging, with a focus on the formation and growth of an intermetallic compound layer, consumption of under bump metallurgy (UBM), and bump shear strength. The immersion Au layer with thicknesses of 0 μm (bare Ni), 0.1 μm, and 1 μm was plated on a 5-μm-thick layer of electroless Ni-P (with 14–15 at.% P). The 42Sn-58Bi solder balls were then fabricated on three different UBM structures by using screen printing and pre-reflow. A Ni₃Sn₄ layer formed at the joint interface after the pre-reflow for all three UBM structures. On aging at 125°C, a quaternary phase, identified as Sn₇₇Ni₁₅Bi₆Au₂, was observed above the Ni₃Sn₄ layer in the UBM structures that contain Au. The thick Sn₇₇Ni₁₅Bi₆Au₂ layer degraded the integrity of the solder joint, and the shear strength of the solder bump was about 40% less than the nonaged joints.
