The trend prediction of the stock is a main challenge. Accidental factors often lead to short-term sharp fluctuations in stock markets, deviating from the original normal trend. The short-term fluctuation of stock price has high noise, which is not conducive to the prediction of stock trends. Therefore, we used discrete wavelet transform (DWT)-based denoising to denoise stock data. Denoising the stock data assisted us to eliminate the influences of short-term random events on the continuous trend of the stock. The denoised data showed more stable trend characteristics and smoothness. Extreme learning machine (ELM) is one of the effective training algorithms for fully connected single-hidden-layer feedforward neural networks (SLFNs), which possesses the advantages of fast convergence, unique results, and it does not converge to a local minimum. Therefore, this paper proposed a combination of ELM- and DWT-based denoising to predict the trend of stocks. The proposed method was used to predict the trend of 400 stocks in China. The prediction results of the proposed method are a good proof of the efficacy of DWT-based denoising for stock trends, and showed an excellent performance compared to 12 machine learning algorithms (e.g., recurrent neural network (RNN) and long short-term memory (LSTM)). 相似文献

Multistandard channelisation for base stations is a big application of generalised discrete Fourier transform modulated filter banks (GDFT‐FBs) in digital communications. For technologies such as software‐defined radio and cognitive radio, nonuniform channelisers must be used if frequency bands are shared by different standards. However, GDFT‐FB‐based nonuniform channelisers can suffer from high filter orders when applied to wideband input signals. In this paper, various combinations of GDFT‐FB with the frequency response masking technique are proposed and evaluated for both uniform and nonuniform channelisation applications. The kinetic theory of plasma has been employed to compute the test-charge potential distributions accounting for quantization effects in magnetized electron-positron-ion (EPI) plasmas. In this regard, the degenerate positrons and electrons are assumed to follow the Fermi-Dirac distribution, while inertial ions are modelled by Maxwellian velocity distribution. By solving the Fourier-transformed Vlasov–Poisson equations, a modified dielectric function and electrostatic potential is obtained. By imposing various constraints on the test-charge speed, the potential profile has been analysed in terms of Debye–Hückel (DH), far-field (FF), and wake-field (WF) potentials. It has been found that the amplitude of DH and FF potentials increases by the inclusion of quantization effects, and it becomes the opposite for the WF potential profile. Furthermore, the variation of positron concentration significantly affects the DH, FF, and WF potentials. The present findings are important to understand the shielding phenomenon in degenerate multi-species plasmas. 相似文献

In situ photoelastic‐modulated Fourier transform infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy has been applied for the investigation of interfacial stability of organothiol and organosilane monolayer films on nanocrystalline zinc oxide thin films. It has been shown that for octadecyltriethoxysilane films, exposure to high water activities results in physisorption of water in the cross‐linked film. This high water activity at the interface leads to a reversible wet de‐adhesion of the interfacial silanol groups from the ZnO surface. However, the organothiol seems to form a denser monolayer and a stable by S–Zn bond that is resistant to the competition with adsorbed water. The reversible attachment for cross‐linked organosilanol films has been demonstrated for the first time by means of an in situ spectroscopic method on model ZnO surfaces. Natural rubber/polycaprolactone (NR/PCL) bio-based blends with different organic peroxides were prepared using an internal batch mixer and subsequently cross-linked at 170 °C. Two types of commonly used organic peroxides, dicumyl peroxide and di(tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene peroxide, were applied as free-radical initiator. Cross-linking efficiency of NR/PCL blends were investigated using oscillating disc rheometer measurements, followed by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic mechanical analysis and tensile testing. Total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) emissions were determined using headspace analysis integrated with gas chromatography with flame ionization detector. Determined TVOCs emissions varying in range 21.6–52.1 μg/g and generally value of this parameter decreased with increasing content of PCL phase in studied blends or with application of more efficient di(tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene peroxide as cross-linking agent. It was found that increasing of TVOCs parameter indicated deterioration of mechanical properties of NR/PCL blends, which corresponded with the changes in chemical structure and thermal properties of cross-linked NR/PCL. This confirms that evaluation of TVOCs parameter is interesting alternative for “conventional methods” to characterization of the studied bio-based blends. 相似文献

The gelation of a ceramic precursor, zirconium alkoxide, has been studied using dynamic oscillatory measurements. The gelation time is controlled by varying the concentrations of zirconium propoxide, hydrolysis with water, and acetylacetone concentration which acts as a chelating ligand. Gelation times were varied from minutes to months. The gelation time varied with zirconium concentration to the –10 power, hydrolysis to the –7 power, and ligand concentration of the –17 power. Exact analytical solutions for a class of unsteady unidirectional flows of an incompressible second-order fluid are constructed. The flows are generated impulsively from rest by motion of a plate or two plates or by sudden application of a pressure gradient. Expressions for velocity, flux and skin friction are obtained for both large and small times. It is found that large and small times solutions are dependent on the coefficient of viscoelasticity. The solutions corresponding to Newtonian fluids can be easily obtained from those for fluids of second order by letting the viscoelastic parameter to be zero. 相似文献

The steady-state conjugated turbulent heat transfer with axial conduction in the wall and convection boundary conditions is solved with the generalized integral transform technique for the flow of Newtonian fluid in parallel-plate duct. A lumped wall model that neglects transverse temperature gradients in the solid but that takes into account the axial heat conduction along the wall is adopted. Highly accurate results are presented for the fluid bulk and wall temperatures and Nusselt number. The effects of the conjugation parameter, Biot number, and the dimensionless channel length on Nusselt number and fluid bulk and wall temperatures are systematically investigated. 相似文献
