研究了用介观量子点接触(QPC)对单电子两态和多态系统的量子测量问题.发现,在任意测量电压下,该测量问题不能用标准的Lindblad量子主方程描述.考虑了测量仪器和被测系统之间的能量交换对细致平衡关系的影响,对该问题提供了一个恰当的理论描述,并对未来的固态量子测量和量子反馈控制可能产生一定影响. 关键词: 量子测量 量子比特 细致平衡 退局域化  相似文献

To study the influence of an anisotropic parabolic potential(APP)on the properties of a quantum dot(QD)qubit,we obtain the eigenenergies and eigenfunctions of the ground and first excited state of an electron,which is strongly coupled to the bulk longitudinal optical(LO)phonons,in a QD under the influence of an APP by the celebrated Lee–Low–Pines(LLP)unitary transformation and the Pekar type variational(PTV)methods.Then,this kind of two-level quantum system can be excogitated to constitute a single qubit.When the electron locates at the superposition state of its related eigenfunctions,we get the time evolution of the electron’s probability density.Finally,the influence of an APP on the QD qubit is investigated.The numerical calculations indicate that the probability density will oscillate periodically and it is a decreasing function of the effective confinement lengths of theAPPindifferentdirections.Whereasitsoscillatoryperiodisanincreasingoneandwilldiminishwithenhancing the electron–phonon(EP)coupling strength.  相似文献

In this work we study the correlation function of the ground state of two-dimensional fully frustrated Ising model as well as spin glass. The Pfaffian method is used to calculate free energy and entropy as well as correlation function. We estimate the exponent of spin correlation function for fully frustrated model and spin glass. Heat dissipation is one of the most serious problems in modern integrated electronics with the continuously decreasing devices size. Large portion of the consumed power is inevitably dissipated in the form of waste heat which not only restricts the device energy-efficiency performance itself, but also leads to severe environment problems and energy crisis. Thermoelectric Seebeck effect is a green energy-recycling method, while thermoelectric Peltier effect can be employed for heat management by actively cooling overheated devices, where passive cooling by heat conduction is not sufficiently enough. However, the technological applications of thermoelectricity are limited so far by their very low conversion efficiencies and lack of deep understanding of thermoelectricity in microscopic levels. Probing and managing the thermoelectricity is therefore fundamentally important particularly in nanoscale. In this short review, we will first briefly introduce the microscopic techniques for studying nanoscale thermoelectricity, focusing mainly on scanning thermal microscopy (SThM). SThM is a powerful tool for mapping the lattice heat with nanometer spatial resolution and hence detecting the nanoscale thermal transport and dissipation processes. Then we will review recent experiments utilizing these techniques to investigate thermoelectricity in various nanomaterial systems including both (two-material) heterojunctions and (single-material) homojunctions with tailored Seebeck coefficients, and also spin Seebeck and Peltier effects in magnetic materials. Next, we will provide a perspective on the promising applications of our recently developed Scanning Noise Microscope (SNoiM) for directly probing the non-equilibrium transporting hot charges (instead of lattice heat) in thermoelectric devices. SNoiM together with SThM are expected to be able to provide more complete and comprehensive understanding to the microscopic mechanisms in thermoelectrics. Finally, we make a conclusion and outlook on the future development of microscopic studies in thermoelectrics.  相似文献

Superconducting qubits are Josephson junction-based circuits that exhibit macroscopic quantum behavior and can be manipulated as artificial atoms.Benefiting from the well-developed technology of microfabrication and microwave engineering,superconducting qubits have great advantages in design flexibility,controllability,and scalability.Over the past decade,there has been rapid progress in the field,which greatly improved our understanding of qubit decoherence and circuit optimization.The single-qubit coherence time has been steadily raised to the order of 10 to 100μs,allowing for the demonstration of high-fidelity gate operations and measurement-based feedback control.Here we review recent progress in the coherence and readout of superconducting qubits.  相似文献

在中国原子能科学研究院的HI 13串列加速器上通过157Gd(19F,5n)171Ta重离子熔合蒸发反应布居了171Ta的高自旋态,以多普勒移动衰减法的峰形分析法分析了171Tah9/2质子1/2[541]转动带的6条能级的寿命,得到了这6条能级的平均寿命值. The high spin states of~(171)Ta have been populated via heavy ion fusion evaporation reaction~(157)Gd(~(19)F, 5n)~(171)Ta at the HI-13 tandem accelerator in China Institute of Atomic Energy. The lifetimes of the high spin states in~(171)Ta have been measured by using the Doppler Shift Attenuation Method (DSAM). Six levels of its h_(9/2) proton 1/2\ band have been analyzed and their lifetimes have been deduced from the experimental data.  相似文献
